I'm so sad to have to write this review again. I had the same experience 7 years ago at the same location and I am sad and mad that nothing has been done by the management to fix the issue. MY QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE WAS ABSOLUTELY RED RAW INSIDE! I mean I don't have a problem with rare beef -- I always enjoy eating a rare to medium rare steak, but I would never condone a raw hamburger patty in a high volume, fast food setting. That's just asking for severe health issues due to E-coli -- even possibly DEATH! I would've posted a pic but I was so disgusted I threw it away immediately, not to mention with evidence so graphic, posted publicly, would probably get the place shut down for good. I have been here twice and both times have been horrible. This most recent we waited at the ordering speaker for more than two minutes before the person asked us if she'd taken our order yet. When speaking or asking a question, I was ignored. When I done ordering they didn't say anything, so I waited after over a minute after still not saying anything I just moved forward. I understand it's McDonald's but these kids are absolutely horrible at doing their jobs, which again it's McDonald's. It's not that hard. If anything this side of town, you'd expect better. Every time I go here I somehow get the same cashier: The awkward one that acts like he hates his life, barely talks, and moves as slowly as he possibly can. I used to be a frequent customer of this particular McDonalds. Granted its just fast food , i'm not expecting much other than to fill my face on quick notice. However, every time i have gone through this drive through there has been something incorrect about my order. From my "well done" fries being cold the second i get them, burgers pieced together on torn apart buns, ordering a sweet tea and instead receiving a non-sweetened tea, to them substituting cucumber in place of pickles? Because every time I go there, they either get my order wrong or they forget something like today I order a 40 piece chicken nuggets and they give me a 20 piece just like the others they either also take super long and one time they even forgot I ordered and this guy who worked here told me to pull up on the last window and no one got my order. Who ever was working on 5/27/22 needs to be let go (and that's me putting it nicely), I called a few times and WATCHED them hang up. What used to be one of the best McDonald's in Reno has fallen to one of the worst! Lack of employees I get, but after waiting a considerable amount of time in the drive thru line, the window attendant takes my card laughing hysterically. I asked for an extra napkin, and whatever is hilarious still is and says "what?". This happens two more times and I scream "NAPKINS". His co-workers all laughing aloud. Decided to order from McDonalds through UberEats. With my luck they could not find a driver, so my order took a lot longer than they said it would be. They sent me a message saying that they are sorry for the delay, but it was taking longer than usual to find a driver. I tried to cancel the order but I would've lost all my money if I did. I'm not sure if that will be an ongoing issue due to COVID-19. On the plus side, when they finally got a delivery person, the food arrived sealed, hot and they had apple pie. Writing this review for a friend. My son called me last night...he was walking back from #MCDonalds after getting his usual 2 cheeseburgers and fries. He loves that place...and I've never denied him of that small pleasure - despite his health and GI issues. But did you catch that? He was walking back, alone....after going there by himself. I'm in Henderson...he's in Reno "working on his career" with #CarChayce What was supposed to be a nice opportunity for him to go and buy dinner by himself....didn't go the way he planned. The place was pretty quiet. He waited a very LONG time for his food. When he finally got it....the 25+ year old woman who works there went to hand him his bag - but then she made a terrible decision. She reached into his bag, took some of his fries, ate them, and proceeded to mock his reaction of shock. She mocked my son out loud. In front of him, and other workers. At his expense. He called me as he was walking back. His words of confusion and disappointment were a severe assault on my give-everyone-the-benefit-of-the-doubt heart. We came here at 10 PM wanting food and after seeing the sign that your business was open until 11 PM we came in contact with your own workers denying us service at 10 PM... he was very rude and lied about the hours. At least 3 times in the morning they open 1/2 late (yes I checked the time on the door). No one at drive through but when you go up to the window the female employee made eye contact then walked away like she did not see you. This is the nearest McDonald's to Incline and I stop here often to use their bathroom, their wifi or get a quick snack. A few months ago, my friend gave me $30 with the strict instructions to buy 30 burgers as I was heading down to help feed the homeless down at 4th & Record. I popped in and asked how long it would take for them to get me 30 of their $1 burgers together - and they said give us 15 minutes. The cashier asked why I needed 30 and I explained why. I think that's why they slipped us a couple extra for free :-) By the way, the McDonald's burgers were a hit with the diners - they were served steaming hot and fresh and everyone loved the surprise (well, the first 30 people in line did, anyway!) read more

I asked for a sausage biscuit with cheese NO EGG. I said NO EGG, more than once because she did not seem to understand. Guess what came on the biscuit...and I hate eggs!! I would normally throw it away and wait for lunch, but I really wanted it, so I parked and went inside. I repeated what I wanted VERY clearly-biscuit, sausage, cheese. Doesn't seem that hard? Opened it...no cheese. Sigh. Of course. So I basically paid 4 bucks for disappointment and heartache (because the sandwich with egg costs so much more!! We have been here a few times now. Today was much like the past visits, aggravating. Put our order in and misunderstanding on the order takers part would have given us the wrong thing, but we told them to just go with what they imputed to the register. After we ordered three others ordered much larger orders. My order came out. Three other orders came out but not my sisters. I got hot under the collar and went up to find out why she as usual did not get her order. It was not a hard order, but a simple cheeseburger... nothing else. I'm not the type to post bad reviews but enough is enough. This is not only the worst McDonald I've been to but the worst restaurant ever that I've had the displeasure of visiting. This perspective was formed over a total of 5-8 visits and it was a bad experience almost every time. Now some may wonder why I would keep visiting a restaurant after so many bad experiences; well I live way out here off mount rose highway and options are sparse so sometimes you have to make due but this was my absolute last visit. Now let's get to why I'm writing this review. To sum it up 80% of their employees have no customer service skills and are usually rude maybe due to upper management being the same way such as the person I dealt with today named Maria. They had got our order wrong and I caught it at the windows before paying and instead of just adding the missing item Maria decided to argue with me and proceeded to tell me to call corporate if I had a problem with a smirk on her face and i actually did take her up on that offer. I don't get it, would it have been that hard to push another button? This type of service is a reoccurring theme at this restaurant along with almost always closing earlier than the time posted and being out of items. I get it that it's fast food but wow at least have some self respect and respect for you customers to do you job even half assed because a half assed job would have been better than what I got today. The lady who worked the register, who I presume is the manager, due to her different attire to the other workers, was very rude and unfriendly to my family and I. The food, of course, was nothing special. But that's the usual. Only gave a 2 star due to the rad drive through guy. He's really cool and friendly and definitely deserves a much better job. This is our local McDonald's location. We don't frequent it that much, and if we do, it's usually for fries or chicken nuggets from the drive thru. Our order is always correct, the staff is usually pretty friendly. My complaint is that they don't have lemonade. Other than that, it's on par with other locations I've been to. read more

Ordered a Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal with an "ICED" tea, no ice at all. Got home and the bun was rock hard, lettuce was wilted and slimy and the tomato could not even tell it was a tomato. Called and talked to the manager who would not give her name, told her about the sandwich in which she responded yes I knew about that it had been sitting on the warmer for a long time, yet they still sold it to me and gave it to me. No apology nothing. Just laughing the whole time. And she hung up on me. This all took place on June 6 2018 at appox. 5:45PM. This place sucks. The hours are incorrect on Google, and Yelp apparently, and the worker was very rude last night when we showed up thinking the store was open. Instead of respectfully informing us that the hours displayed on Google were incorrect, he uncomfortably squawked, "We're not Google!!!!," and made no effort to just be polite. When I asked him to maybe tell his manager the hours are wrong on Google, and that it would be a quick fix online to avoid people from showing up late, he said "That's not in my job description." Clearly, this work environment does not encourage doing anything but the bare minimum, and does not encourage their employees to show respect to customers. Never coming back! read more
