Got the two munchie meals- Service was quick- Disappointed or shocked no fountain drinks available.. Went with two iced coffees and that does not taste well with tacos! Food was fresh Service was bad the girl at the cash register was complaining to customers about how she had to be at work until 5:00 pm and it was only a little after 1:00 pm They only had small cups for drinks which we did fine in so no big deal we just refill But as a mentioned above we did fine in and we were clear about planing to fine in and they gave us the food in bags not trays Restaurant was very dirty and the man's restroom was in desperate need of attention For a restaurant with only 2 or 3 guests you will think they will have time to do a little clean up. read more

1st, I drove thru 2 wks ago and was charged twice for pickles on my Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger ("BUC") with no condiments. 8/23, I again ordered a BUC and told them about the double charge, asking for free pickles this time. They refused. I reiterated my order for a BUC with no condiments. The display screen was not working so I could not confirm the order accuracy. I got home with a BUC with NO BACON! Do these 1D10Ts consider bacon a condiment on a BACON ultimate cheeseburger? Lame at best, highway robbery at worst. If they don't make it good with a complete freebie BUC made properly, it's the LAST time I'll go there This was at the Jack-in-the-Box at Damonte Ranch Parkway in South Reno. This place and their staff suck They are rude and can't do their jobs right. I ordered a meal which comes with soda and fries and then only gave me the sandwich and drink and told me I had to pay for the fries. They stand around playing on phones and don't pay attention to people who wanna order in the lobby. How are you suppose to review a place if they are never open? I've come to this restaurant and many occasions. I came today and entered the drive thru and was told the kitchen was closed. Closed???!? The girl that took my order was called Georgina she was really rude, I was getting some food for the guy's and I , while I was ordering she kept making rude comments especially when I ordered the 14 tacos she said under her breath " damn fat ass". I give them 1 star. Today's as the 3rd day I went to get food from Jack in the box and the sign on the drive thru said closed. It says they open at 7am and it was 7:30am. The last time it was 6pm and as I'm about to order a lady comes out at tapes a sign on the drive thru screen and says we are closed. I can't do this on my own. This place needs new management. I have never seen a fast food place as unreliable as this. Very sad. read more

This location's drive thru was closed before 10pm with a sign up that blamed employees for now showing up. Personally I see this as a reflection of poor management. Businesses are not entitled to anyone's labor. If employees stop showing up, take a deep look in the mirror and ask yourself why. read more

Went there on last Saturday, ordered the angry tacos, the regular monster tacos, an order of small tacos, and an order of onion rings. When I got home the angry tacos were missing. Being a distance from there I decided not to run back. My wife wanted the regular monster tacos on the following Tuesday night. We ordered the same thing again, but I asked if it was possible to get commenced for the tacos I did not get on that Saturday. I was told by the female manager there was no way that Jack in box could away free food. I explained to her it was not free food if I paid for it on Saturday. I got mad and told her I guess Jack in the box needs the money more I do and left with my order. I have been in the service for 25 years and service to keep your business to make sure that the service is there to retain your business. Upon Entry the place was empty. A few workers in the back kitchen area My elderly mom and i stood at the counter awauting to be acknowledged, a min or so and a young lady came to take our order she was not very friendly and spoke mono tone. Ordersd a coffee and she put the decaf container on the counter (we didnt order decaf )and. Cup next to it , my mom went to pour her coffee and it spurted as it was empty i said excuse me and know one responded even though there were 3 people whithin 4 feet from me. Yeah! I hit this place on the regular since I work down the street. I have never really had a problem with them. The lines move fast when they have them and the staff (although it turns over a lot) is always nice. My only reason for taking off a star is that they are pretty careless with lettuce, putting on those big thick ugly leaves instead of nice thin leaves - it got to the point that I stopped caring about lettuce since I don't love it anyways and now I just order without lettuce. Solid lunch bet for sure if your in a hurry or just looking for something to take back to work and eat in your office. read more

If "a picture is worth a thousand words" then I guess I won't really have to go into too much detail with this one. I ordered a Steak & Egg Breakfast Burrito with no egg or chipotle sauce. This is what I opened when I got home. I wish I was kidding, but I'm dead serious. Sadly, this was the SECOND time they'd done this. After the first time I specifically asked that they make sure it was made fairly (shame on me, you'd think I'd learn after the first time). Let me just say that I do realize that removing the egg from the burrito will affect the portion size. However, I think this is past ridiculous. If you have ever ordered the hash brown sticks you will get an understanding of how small this burrito really was. I have small hands- I wear a size 4 1/2 ring if that helps and my palm is less than 5" top to bottom. I opened the "burrito" and it was comprised of the following: 3 hashbrown sticks, a nickel size clump of cheese and 3 tiny strips of steak. No joke. Again, I realize that omitting the egg does reduce the size of the burrito, but c'mon, really? This tells me that their "steak & egg" burrito is in fact, primarily egg. The only reason the burrito even looks 'full' is because the tortilla was folded over - it was all tortilla just wadded up! Del Taco has the same item on their menu and manages to use common sense when I place the same order. So yea, it IS possible not to be an idiot. Blah, blah, blah I complained (for the second time), they apologized (for the second time), told me to come back and they'd fix it (for the second time) and promised it wouldn't happen again (for the second time). Me, tired of getting virtually nothing after paying $3 something for these 'burritos' and god awful fries- I don't go back. First off I eat jack atleast once a week sometimes 3 times and have been to every jack in the area reno/sparks/carson/dayton/Gardnervile and this is by far the worst location ever. Every time I try to go here they are closed when the, supposed to be open or they are open and can't make what you want the customer service sucks very rude and slow if you do get to order what you want food dosen't taste good not a good Representation of what jack in the box is. This location has the worst management I have ever seen. My last visit I stopped on the way home from work at 7am I work graveyard but it's right off freeway so I was like ill take a chance pulled up drive thru after few min waiting at speaker someone said what do you want sounded like they just wokeup I went to place my order and was told only fryer stuff no staff I said then why even open lady said tough shit go somewhere else no sorry or anything. Went to get food tonight and was in line waiting before 8pm. I sat at the menu to order for 2 minutes before someone said "please hold". I am very unhappy with the service at this location. I had my boyfriend take me there to get me something to eat, my boyfriend drove up the top speaker the employee proceeded to tell us to "hold on" mind you there is no line. Has he is taking out order he was very rude, then has we pull up to the window, it's wide open and they are blasting music out of the window. So we waited a little while for someone to come to the window so we could and no one ever showed up, so we left. He goes by many names among my crowd. Jack, Jack-in-The-Crack, Jack-in-The-Box, the Box...and where would we be with out the Jack clown head on your car antenna? Do cars still have antennas? Jack is a must stop for breakfast, when we are near one. The Breakfast Jack is pure fast food goodness that gets me every time. A warm soft hamburger bun, no seeds, a hot fried egg, ham, and melted cheese. It's simple. It's bliss. Let's face it though, we rarely just go for breakfast. It's usually a lunch/dinner/late night kind of thing. Your brother-law tossing his cookies in the drive-thru after midnight kind of thing. What?! Back to that Breakfast Jack, it is served all day ya know? You know what goes perfect with that, two tacos for .99 cents and an order of curly fries. There, I admit it. This is my pure pleasure meal with Jack. A deep fried, not healthy at all, taco that was previously frozen. What's not to love? The insides are hot and melty, it's topped with cool lettuce and their version of sauce/salsa, all in a deep fried crunchy shell. The curly fries? Seasoned perfectly and fried until crispy and golden. Curly fries are one of my favorite food inventions btw. Now, old Jack has many things to offer on the menu. My husband loves the sourdough Swiss breakfast sandwich, and the sourdough burger. We are very keen on the egg rolls too. Who'd a thunk? Egg rolls at Jack? A lot of their limited offers tend to be tasty as well. But alas, they do not stay long. So, if you're ever luck my enough to be in a town where Jack resides, hit 'em up, anytime. Went to Jack In The Box today and as I drive up to the speaker he tells me to wait, as he just says wait, no "please"... as I wait for about five minutes with no one in the drive thru or even in the restaurant, I order as he was very impolite... we drive up to the window wide open with music blaring out of the back of the kitchen. Very annoying music and waited at the window for 15 mins without even seeing a single face.. we left as the back of the kitchen looked very dirty and unorganized. Will not be coming back. I know i can't expect great service or food from a jack in the box but i'm quite disappointed. we ordered loaded potato wedges and they asked at the window if cheese and bacon were okay. the only ingredients other than potatoes. when we opened the box there was only cheese in one corner and no bacon. I asked for extra sauce at the window and the lady gave me attitude saying "i already put one in each bag". i also IMMEDIATELY had explosive diarrhea, again not surprising because it is jack in the box but the food could've been fresher. read more
