Consistently the single most dysfunctional McDonalds location I've ever been to. I end up here on occasion as the kiddos will demand to have their cheeseburger and nuggets quota filled. Count on your order being wrong but don't bother double checking the bag. Last week, an order with 2 cheeseburger meals and a mc crispy meal. They forgot the mc crispy, one of the burger meal's fries and didn't put cheese on any of the burgers. This week, a raw mc crispy...utterly disgusting...with no pickles. As if the 100% error rate wasn't bad enough, inside you'll find an absolutely filthy store that's regularly out of soap and towels. So, so, SO nasty. If I could give the McDonalds location zero stars I would. This location is the rarest to home so we visit the drive through a couple of times a month. For the last few months every trip they've gotten our order wrong, including today. Typically they will miss one sandwich or one order of fries. They are almost guaranteed to mess up the sandwich- we always order a plain hamburger for my younger one and they will include the ketchup, mustard, pickle and onions, none of which my daughter will eat. Even if we try to remove these afterwards the sandwich retains the taste she doesn't like and she ends up not eating. Today I decided to go into the store to pick up my order and lucky I did, because they missed a sandwich and then when I pointed it out they made it wrong. It's absurd their ordering system allows customization but the employees are not trained to follow through. Given the frequency this happens I believe it's a systemic problem rather than any particular employee in this location. Also while I was there inside another customer came in fuming - he'd been waiting for curbside delivery for over 10 minutes and it never came. Long wait at the car drive, to finish the painful experience, they forgot the BBQ sauce and ketchup in the kid meal. Funny enough I repeated the order to the person in charge of delivering the meal, he confirmed they were with the meal, nope still missing. I have no idea how McDonald's allows this location to remain open. It's a terribly rundown, unmaintained, and fairly dirty location. You can see this starting outside, with rotting wood and lack of paint in many areas. It's literally falling apart in places. Once you enter, it doesn't get any better. The floor has the odd greasy film grossness that those of you who have worked in fast food will know from the kitchen area. Good fast food operators ensure their floors are cleaned in the kitchen several times a day to keep it at bay. Places like this allow that floor "feeling" to migrate throughout the restaurant, including into the public areas. This is one of the latter. Counters are either dirty or have swirl marks from being cleaned with a dirty cloth. Spills and stains abound on many surfaces. The handwashing sink up front looks like it has mold around it. Spots of black something are in other places on, around, and under counters, drink machines, condiment stations, and more. The playground is closed. We asked why and were told it's been closed for months because "something unsafe in there needs to be fixed." But no one has bothered actually to fix it. We certainly will not be returning to this rundown dump of a McDonald's. read more

The manager lied and told me that was normal at all McDonald's. That is not. Also, the last time I went the patties in the chicken Big Mac were room temperature and the cheese cold. Joel the store manager today, April 29. Tuesday is the worst Manager and shift leader ever in the history of McDonald's I go in hungry after my 12 hour shift at work and I go in trying to order some food I pay for a four piece chicken tender, which is 699 before tax. I get a free McChicken And I end up walking out with four piece, chicken nuggets and a McChicken so they are charging me for the tenders and only giving me nuggets. I go back and complain and they give me a my chicken tenders and let me keep the nuggets and then while I was there, I decided to order a plain Sunday and they end up giving me a chocolate sundae. Every single time I go and Joel is working my food is either messed up missing or just completely wrong and they still charge me for it This needs to get fixed ASAP if I go in and pay for the food I want I better come out with the food I paid for not no substitutes. This previously rundown McDonald's, now freshly remodeled and nice inside and outside is fine for the regular things like burgers and fries. However, the menu does not include milkshakes of any flavor, which is highly disappointing. I won't go back for this reason. Every other fast food restaurant around town has milkshakes, no problem. This is hard to believe at McDonald's. I think they will probably lose customers due to the competition. I mean, it's summer time, and most people want their milkshakes during this season! Sometimes you have a hankering for McDonalds fries and you really can't get the same taste anywhere else (for better or worse) The McDonalds in the area are doing some changes to accommodate the challenges with the pandemic. But the issue is that the rules for each location is different. This McDonalds in the Redmond area is great for me because it allows for ordering takeout on premises (in this case, walking inside the store, socially distanced of course). In comparison, the McDonalds closest to me in Bellevue only allows drive through, pre-orders for pickup through the McDonalds app or third party apps. This is great if you can drive or love McDonalds enough to have an app or order enough from third parties to justify delivery costs or eliminate them. But if you are spontaneously going because you are in the area and DON'T drive, not being able to order easily is a disadvantage. I would be fine ordering outside (not through the drive thru window though lol) as long as I don't need to think and plan for it. So I was glad that you can do so in the Redmond area. I went inside, I order at the counter and waited around 10-15 minutes. The place was clean and everyone was wearing masks and the 1-2 other customers were distanced from each other. The ordering and retrieval of the food was quick and efficient and mostly tastes like I remember, which is all I ask for. Plus they had the spicy McChicken which is rare (though not as spicy as I remembered). read more

I would give this location a zero if I could. Today I waited for 45 minutes in the pull ahead drive thru area and never received my food or was acknowledged at all. It was busy and things were moving slowly, so I tried to keep my patience. But after 10 cars behind me had received their food I decided to get a refund. When I went inside, everyone in line was being completely ignored. The worker only seemed interested in fulfilling doordash and mobile orders. After waiting in line for 5 minutes and not a single person was helped, I went to the mobile order pickup area and requested a refund there. The person who took my order in the drive thru came up and did the refund. He was very nice, both when he took my order and payment, and when he gave me my refund. I'd ordered breakfast this morning through the mobile app. Would have left feedback on the app or the website, but it's engineered so it's difficult or near impossible. (can't retrieve a receipt from a mobile order - necessary to provide feedback) I ordered a fairly decent sized breakfast order (family in town). As soon as I got to the window, I was immediately parked for what seemed like ten minutes. Only after the drive through line get emptied out plus waiting for another several minutes did i finally get my order.
