So I was looking forward to a southwest salad from here and I knew back at home in Texas they normally give you a good amount of everything. This has to be the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Literally 15 minutes so far in line.

Very poor food and service. Ketchup dispenser wasn't working, my wife ordered a chicken wrap sandwich and it looked like they threw all the ingredients into the wrap, wadded it up and stuffed it into the box. It was horrible, later as we were trying to eat, people at the counter were cussing, I'm just glad I didn't have any of my grandkids with me, it wouldn't have been pretty! We have eaten here before while traveling through Rawlins, WA never again! I want to add how dirty the bathrooms were. There was urine all over the floor in the toilet area and around the urinals as well, paper all over the floors and etc. read more

3.5 stars. The playroom for the kids is just above the usual ones at most McDonalds, the food though is the same as any other.

On the out side it looks new and shinny but in side its small and skuzzy. It will work tho for any of your Mcdonalds cravings. But also warned no dollar menue! read more

Very Disappointing. My wife & I stopped on the way back from Yellowstone. I ordered the "signature" Steakhouse meal and it came without bacon and the cheese was n't even melted. My wife had a chicken sandwich and a salad. She started eating the salad & picked out the brown lettuce and dried out carrot. I am a middle school track coach and we were heading back home after a track meet when the bus needed to stop to get gas. Some of the students wanted to get something from the gas station while others asked if they could run down to the McDonalds. We decided to tell all the students to go to the McDonalds, but that they had to be back before the bus was finished fueling up. With no notice, a busload of hungry, tired middle school athletes bum-rushed McDonalds. To all the coaches' amazement, the location handled it with aplomb. The manager was amazing (I wish I could remember his name). The service was extremely fast and the entire team received their food before the bus was finished refueling. Everyone working was very helpful, friendly, and patient with the kids. It impressed us so much that we returned the twice more the following week when we had back-to-back meets. Every time, this location and its AMAZING manager handled our dirty, hungry athletes quickly and efficiently. You'd be surprised how many fast-food places cannot handle a busload of students quickly and have been at a place for over 40 minutes still waiting on food. We will continue to return to this McDonalds when traveling through Rawlins in the future. Thank you for making our job as coaches easier with prompt and courteous service. read more

The food is McDonalds' food what can you say? I worked at a McDonalds many, many years ago (not this one) & it was all packaged &/or frozen. I doubt if much has changed. BUT... the service at this one is horrible! I sat at the main drive up speaker this morning & watched as 3 other vehicles got their orders in and drove past me from the secondary speaker. The car behind me backed up & drove up to the other speaker and then shrugged his shoulders at me as he drove past me. After backing up & driving over to the second speaker I got an "I'll be right with you", fed up (is that an oxymoron?) I drove off & will never return again. If this kind of experience just happened once I'd be more than understanding (I work in the service industry too) but just a couple of weeks ago I ended up sitting in their 'waiting parking spaces', along with another vehicle, for 15+ minutes for just a sausage McMuffin w/ egg & nothing else. If you need your McDonalds fix then go, but don't expect any type of spectacular or timely service. read more

Very dirty. Food was just okay. Cant believe they don't take more pride in the cleanliness. Place was almost empty at 11:30am and nobody behind the counter could find 5 minutes to wipe the tables down and pick up the paper all over the floor? I wonder how the kitchen is??? We stopped to eat but it was so dirty (bathrooms, trash overflowing in outside trash cans, the glass doors and the floor were all filthy) so we left. Stopped at the Rawlins location on 8-10-19 at around 9 pm. Was busy but did find a table to sit down. We ate our meals and decided we'd get McFlurry's to go. I about threw up when the guy from the kitchen area handed me the McFlurry's...his hands were filthy! He looked like he had just changed the oil in his car and came into work making food! Everything I could find said open 24 hrs I went there at 3:47 a.m. drive thru lights were on lights inside were on but no one around. My friends and I were traveling on 1-80 through Wyoming on Sunday and stopped for the lunch. The food is same as any other McDonald's. The order took little bit time as there few customers ahead of me. They have a large seating area and also play area for kids. No issues and complaints about the staff. read more

The staff are very friendly and nice. Always seems like they are training new staff. This is one of the slowest McDonalds, check your order as they are often wrong. 18 people working not including the person cleaning floors, not the dirty tables. Despite the fact that over 10 orders waiting in the lobby and a backed up drive through French fries were not fresh. Not as bad as everyone claims. They were quick and efficient. They weren't very friendly; but overall the experience was fine.

If i could give it 0 stars I would, don't ever go at night, it takes 20min just for someone to take your order and another 20min to get your food and once your up at the window they don't even have your order right or they tell you that you didn't order anything, so those 20min you spent for them to take your order and the other 20min it took you to get to the window was a waist bc now you have to get air another 20min to get your food, it's ridiculous!!!!! and they have a bunch of new people that are just looking around at each other asking them self how to work the machine or how to even make an ice coffee!! Iv been going here every day at night before I come into work and I can't believe it's the same shit everyday! I have never experienced customer service at any McDonalds like I did here. The food was pleasingly hot. When ordering at the drive thru the kindest ladies greeted us and seemed to have a positive attitude. I wish there were more workers just like them. This place is a slow McDonald's, no matter what time you are there. Most of the time the people are rude, though sometimes the older ladies working drive thru are nice. The management and workers don't seem to care about customer service, but being the only McDonald's in town I guess they don't care or have to worry about it.
