I've eaten here several times over the years. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it's great! This past visit, I ordered ~$250 worth of food for catering. There aren't many options for catering lunch in Rawlins/Sinclair area, but Su Casa is prepared with an established catering menu. The team were really great to work with from the start to the finish. I recommend ordering the day before to give the kitchen time to prepare. I selected a tray of beef and chicken tacos, flautas, green chile, guacamole, pico de gallo, beans & rice and sopapillas for desert. I was very pleased at the execution of the order and everyone really enjoyed the lunch. There wasn't anything I wouldn't order again -- the homemade salsa is always a great addition to any order. Just the right amount of heat. If you know this part of the country, there are not many food options. I've always found this restaurant to provide good value given the rather remote nature of the town (Sinclair). I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. read more

The I-80 was closed and we wanted to find a good place to eat and we found it! The food is authentic homemade Mexican food with some awesome chili sauce. The service was very good and they are attentive. Next time W we are driving in the area we will be sure to stop back for food. read more

we had a group of 12 and came in 30 minutes before closing. we were asked to wait for seating. By the time we got seated it was 7:00. Our waitress was rude when taking our orders and proceeded to come to remove plates as soon as she thought we should be done. i ordered Steak Fajitas and it was mostly vegetables. I got about 6 pieces of overcooked steak that was more like jerky. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The prices on the menu do not reflect the actual prices. I paid nearly $6 higher than what I was expecting. Additionally, we ordered a side of guacamole that we never received. The waitress asked if we wanted hot sauce, and we said yes, but we never got it. The food was disappointing. read more

I hadn't been there in 20 years but the food was every bit as good as I remembered it. The Bandido Sopaipilla and the Navajo taco are both fantastic! Get them smothered in green and don't forget get dessert. Their Churritos which are Deep Fried Tortilla Strips rolled in Cinnamon Sugar, w/ Ice Cream, Whipped Cream, and Honey are the best! read more

The best pico de gallo I have ever had. It is worth going just for that. Su Casa is fantastic. Great food. Good prices. Very fast service (we waited only about 10 minutes after ordering to get our food). And friendly employees. I got their chili relleno (a fried green chili) and really enjoyed it. For the relleno you have the choice of green or red sauce. I asked which was better and she recommended the green, which is what I went for. After taking all the orders the waitress took a moment to let me know the green sauce did have some pork in it, in case I was vegetarian (having just ordered a vegetarian dish). It was so nice of her to ask! Most places would not do that. Being flexitarian I still got the green sauce and it was outstanding. Not like any verde sauce, it was almost more of a bean sauce. The beans and rice that came with the dish were good. I was only able to finish one of the relleno so needed a box, which was unfortunately styrofoam. They give you a started of chips and salsa for free, which is nice. And I ordered a side of pico de gallo to go with them too, which was very worth while at $0.65 My wife got boiled bean stuffed sopapilla and it was also tasty. Definitely should get it smothered though. We also got a side of jalapeño fries. They must have just had a tiny bit of jalapeño seasoning. They were good, but nothing special. Their homemade hot sauce is great. The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. We will definitely go back for desert sometime. Great food and experience! read more

Su Casa's, well in my opinion, no other Mexican restaurant compares to Su Casa's. I have eaten at many different Mexican restaurants from Laramie to New Mexico, and many different out to Las Vegas. I have to honestly say it's hands down the best! The best in taste, service, and cozy restaurant atmosphere! If you are passing by Sinclair, Wyoming on I-80...I HIGHLY recommend you stop by Su Casa's and treat yourself to the best Mexican food around. It's literally 1 minute off of the exit. Holy moly! After eating on the road for 2 weeks, this place was an absolute find on I-80 between Rawlins & Laramie. Just say "YES" to the green chili sauce...got mine on the side and ended up eating it like soup! Pico was fresh and delicious. Guac was smooth and yummy. My husband's fajitas were outstanding and I really enjoyed my tacos. Best of all, the staff was super nice and the place was so clean you'd be tempted to invoke the "5 second rule" if you dropped something! Thank you fir a truly lovely meal! read more

We were traveling 80 mph and trying to dodge the construction cones on I-80 when the hunger bug bit. We found Su Casa café listed on yelp and thought we would give it a try. Good decision! Sinclair has a massive refinery and that's all we had noticed when we passed the town previously. This time we traveled a very short distance off the freeway and made it to this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to find that everything is cooked fresh here and the food is really good. The setting is very modest, but the people are friendly. I got a small combination which was actually quite a bit of food. Beans and rice both above average. Guacamole made onsite was nice. Business was booming when we were here around 1 PM on a Sunday-- deservedly so. read more

We passed thru today and sadly Su Casa was closed. Apparently they are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Their good is amazing.

About a halfway stop between Jackson, WY and Denver, CO, Su Casa has everything you'd need for a pitstop meal. Want a taco? You can get one, soft or hard shell In the mood for chile relleno? Have at it! Feeling like a cheeseburger and fries? On the menu! Seriously, I ate a chicken taco on the side as well as a cheeseburger and fries. With a root beer, of course. It made me so full and happy. I love the family owned vibe, even when they were short-staffed on a Sunday our waitress doubled as a cashier and hostess and took care of the entire dining rooms' worth of people. And she was nice! Kudos to her (and a generous tip) for her "get 'er done" attitude. Way better than gas station snacks and it filled me up for lunch and dinner. read more

Not bad food, but definitely not Mexican. I ordered steak burritos, and they were tiny little things in a taco sized tortilla. Full of tender meat, but flavored more like something you would get in an English pub. Sprinkled with cheese and had a mushroom sauce. No sign of any other flavor, and definitely no chilis of any kind in it, in spite of what the responder says, Anyway, I'm from California, where there are more Mexicans than anything else, and the competition is huge. Therefore the Mexican food is great, and authentic. This is a place I would only eat at again if there was truly nothing else around. Update: Not an hour has passed and my wife and I are crapping like a goose on green wheat. Going from two stars to one. read more
