We stopped by here on our way to Sturgis, SD and wow! Fantastic street tacos, the pork was excellent, asada - on point and one other kind, beef w/ red sauce (I think) was amazing! Upon our return trip back from Sturgis, we made sure we left South Dakota with ample time to get to our campground, unhook and get back prior to their closing so we could try the burritos! Wife had the pork and I had the asada - we opted for the 'wet' style. Again, they were so good and on point. They also have a salsa bar where you can grab extras like jalapeños, pico, hot and medium sauces and other topping items. If you're a local, congrats! If you're passing by, STOP AND GRAB SOME TACOS!!! - AMAZING!! read more

Pinchis Tacos - Mexican Near Me - Rawlins, Wyoming

When someone says let's go to Rawlins, there's only one place that comes to mind and it's Pinchis Tacos. WOW, this place blew my expectations out the water. I actually had zero expectation walking in and walking out, I was like this is one of the best Mexican joints probably in the whole state. There is absolutely nothing you can get wrong here. We ate everything so fast that we didn't even take any photos. The quesabirria was divine, the al pastor was so flavorful, the quesadillas were fire, literally everything on the menu is delicious. They are so busy that they sell out of their meats for the day by lunchtime. Locals were telling me they'll drive an hour just to come to Pinchis tacos. I will never stop thinking about this amazing place we stumbled upon. Do not sleep on this place and if you are passing through Rawlins, stop, you will not regret anything. read more

Incredible food and great energy. Whether you're grabbing quick tacos or diving into their quesa-birria, you can't go wrong. When a spot is constantly buzzing with locals and travelers alike, you know you've hit the jackpot! read more

Fast, friendly, helpful staff. It's kind of a combo small ice cream parlor and sit down fast casual. The toppings bar - loaded. Incredibly flavorful. I had a picadillo (ordered two) and it was just right. So glad we stopped during a long drive from Wisconsin to CA. read more

This humble taqueria may be the best restaurant in Rawlins. There are maybe 15 distinct fillings to choose from for tacos & burritos. The four that we tasted were top 5% - and we live in the Southwest. The toppings bar allowed for full customization. Seriously, if this food were available in Santa Fe, the place would be mobbed with both locals and tourists. The service was pleasant and efficient. We didn't try the ice cream but we did buy some small pasteles to take with us, which were also excellent. This place made our day. read more

Amazingly delicious and authentic tacos! Quick and friendly service. We did chicken, Barbacoa, and Al pastor tacos. If traveling through stop by and pick some tacos here. read more

how is it possible to mess up a burrito and how in the world is this place five stars? I can tell this place puts zero effort into the food they make. u are better off going to taco bell. the worst and most flavorless burrito i've ever had in my life. idk if i would even call it a burrito. it looked like it was put together by a preschooler, zero effort put into it. It was just an uncooked tortilla folded over itself with fillings inside of it. almost like a giant taco if anything. The second I took the wrapping off, the entire thing fell apart. Threw the whole thing in the trash. ppl have to be really down bad to call this good food read more

Traveling through town and stopped here to grab a quick bite. Amazing serving, supper welcoming and didn't wait long at all

Quick service at the counter where you order, food came out fast and was tasty, freshly prepared, serve-yourself garnishes and salsas. The staff were very gracious and clientele a mix of people passing through and locals, people on lunch break. Food delivered to your table in clean and comfy dining room. They list out all their meat choices (and a few meatless) and you choose the form: taco, burrito, quesadilla, some as tortas. Would return! read more

The food was fresh and delicious. The sauce did not taste like it was from a can but was cooked slowly. The service and ambiance was nice.

Amazing. We were traveling and found a gem!! The cashier brought out samples of the meat to try before we ordered.

Great food, quick service. I got the Deshebrada Verde. One of the best meals I've had in Wyoming!

Just passing thru on our way from Jackson, Wy to Fort Collins, Co. Kids will NOT eat fast food. So we found Pinche's, which had great reviews. It did not disappoint. My husband got tacos and my boys got the asada burrito. I got the barbacoa quesadilla. By themselves each item works be great, but the excellent offerings of fresh Pico, salsa, and other condiments brought it next level! So good. We pass thru the area every summer. We will be back and recommend to anyone who finds themselves in the area. read more
