Our family came by here for a quick lunch on our way through town. We walked in and were instantly greeted with a foul smell, something rotting? We waited for about 10 minutes and watched employees in the kitchen, but no one came to take our order after looking at us multiple times. One employee walked up to the register multiple times, but didn't acknowledge us... his fingernails were full of black stuff under them. I know a lot of jobs create dirty nails, but this is not acceptable for food service. Everything is very dirty. We left and went to McDonald's across the street. The McDonalds is clean and the employees are attentive. We don't live near here, so no big deal for us. I just want to prevent others from wasting their time with a stop at this disgusting establishment. read more

I can't say definitively because I've not been to every Burger King in the world. However, I have visited numerous locations across the United States. This location is the worst one I've ever been to, and I would dare say one of, or possibly THE worst in the whole of the United States. It was very dirty(the drink dispenser had old soda spray all over it as did some of the lids.) Also, it was out of Coke products. A few of the tables had food particles and other substances on them. The associates were happily being playful with one another which was nice. I ordered a Whopper without mayonnaise. What I received was a patty on a bun with lettuce and onion. (According to the ingredient list for the Whopper there should be: a patty, bun, mayo (which I omitted,)ketchup, onion, lettuce, pickles and tomato). Though it is the only Burger King location within 90 miles. It should still be avoided. read more

I normally don't review fast food places because their food is generally just ok and mostly unremarkable. BUT I'm making an exception for the Rawlings, WY BK for three reasons. I ordered the Bacon King, basically a double-cheeseburger with avocado spread, mayo, & bacon of course. I was not only impressed with taste, it was also served very warm with HOT fries, AND wasn't at all smashed down like a pancake I'm sure we've all experienced many times over and grown to expect from all the Fast Food joints. placed an online order and arrived shortly after. there were 2 vehicles in the parking lot and the lights to the restaurant were on. I sat in the drive through lane for about 5 minutes unanswered, even politely asked if anybody was there, pulled forward and reversed, etc. watched 2 more cars with families arrive and they were greeted by locked doors, and I watched them check both sides of the store. I took the hint, gave up and drove away. as I drove past the drive through window there were 2 people inside, both in plain clothes, just standing in the kitchen leaning against the counters and talking. this was 2 hours before the stores closing time. very professional! read more

It would be lying to call this fast food. Waited at least 15 minutes for a simple order, and when it came, the fries were cold and the container only half full. The last time the bathroom was cleaned might have been 2018. Soda machine only had half the options available, and the ketchup machine empty. BK should definitely rescind this franchises license. read more

1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Hygiene: the restrooms were out of toilet papers and were dark. The toilet seat in one of them was leaking. There was no hand sanitizer in either of the stands. Order: The team member made me wait for 15 mins to place my order; all this while roamed around in the kitchen chatting with others. That did not happen for customers before and after me. When the order was ready, he did not ask about condiment options; again which was asked to all customers before and after me. This was my first and unfortunately the LAST time to eat at Burger King. If this is the hospitality customers receive, it's definitely not worth it. read more

DIRTY! Not a clean surface in the whole place! Nothing a soapy rag and hot water wouldn't take care of! No ice, cold food, no paper towels in bathroom, food and trash visible on the kitchen floor. Stranded in a hotel with my 3 month old staring at the Burger King but due to the blizzard that has us stuck I couldn't bring my baby out to walk there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here on a Friday well after the lunch rush (2:10 PM). This place is filthy!!! You can tell BK invested some $ in this place, but the management/employees treat it awful. I'm not anal-retentive cleanly or anything. Flies. For a national chain that should have some consistency, this one did not have it together. Both soda machines were out of ice, no one seemed to care. Ketchup dispensers missing / out of ketchup, no one seemed to care. One girl taking orders, a dozen people in line. She didn't confirm anyones orders back, didn't tell anyone their order numbers, orders were messed up, people waiting on orders that got missed. Kind of a mess of a BK if you ask me, need some training, direction and leadership in this location. read more

After a previous, horrific experience where they tried to deny my son's Service Dog entry and gave us lousy service, we gave this establishment a second chance. I just moved to Rawlins from a place that does not have a Burger King and for good reason. The first time I went here it took three employees to figure out how to run a debit card in the drive through and their designated leader told me "it was my fault for slowing down the line and not using a credit card like everyone else". Tonight I was in a pinch and regretfully thought I would try again. Unbeknownst to me the delivery truck is late because of a recent snow storm and I was literally yelled at by the manager in the drive through because I had the audacity to order a hamburger even though I did not know they where out of hamburgers, apparently they are chicken King now and only have chicken. I went to a McDonalds close by and they had burgers no problem. I will NOT go back to this Burger King ever again and I live here. read more

The coffee they served me had set on the burner much too long and had bad, acidic taste. They should have dumped that pot and served fresh. Unfortunately we were down the road before tasting it, so there was no opportunity to request fresh coffee or a refund. This is the filthiest fast food restaurant that I have been in for years. Ate here at 4:30 pm, they had a full crew standing around. From unwired, crumb-strewn tables to greasy finger-smeared windows to floors that looked like - if they'd ever seen a mop, there wasn't any soap on it. Down time is when you need to clean and prep for the dinner rush ~ but it didn't seem as if 'clean' is in their vocabulary! Pathetic. Useless. Despicable. Ruined me from EVER again going to a BK. The food was HORRIBLE but that's not all. The main store is open till 10, and the drive-thru open till 11. We arrived at 10 before 10 (after having walked from our hotel) only to find the main restaurant locked up tighter than a drum with not a soul in sight. The only option was to walk up to the drive-thru. BIG MISTAKE since they depend on the weight of a car to activate their speaker. That didn't work so the only option was to go to the window. The only trouble with that was that they have no menu at the window - only a cash register. So...we get out of line to go BACK to the large menu board at the drive-thru to choose our order items...blah blah blah. When we FINALLY got our FAST food, we'd been there for over 30 minutes and THEN, walk back to the hotel to eat our now barely warm, disgraceful, poor excuse for a "FLIPPIN' 'burger & fries.' 3 cars in line at the drive-thru and still waited almost 15 minutes in the #2 spot. Finally, the car behind me took off. A few minutes later, I did too. A few of the locals later told me that the drive-thru service here is terrible. Decided to give it a try again today and went inside. The service was faster, but I got to hear one of the employees yakking on her cell phone all the while. I understand that it was a slow time of day, but that is just unprofessional.
