I called to place a dine in order for myself 18 wings and i told her since i was going to a movie at 7pm thats why i was calling in she goes oh well we are not that busy u can just head over and place your order here and it should be ready within 8 min i said ok On my way, i get there at 6:05 there is only one waitress taking orders the place has around 25 customers they dont even sit me in a table so i sat myself it a booth i was there literally waiting for 20 min and i notice how they took care of all other customers and what gets me more angry is that they sat a couple 2 tables behind me and a pizza hut lady went to go grab menus and forks for them and she looked at me and she tells the customers just you 2 which they replied its gonna be 4 of us and she said ok and grabs the menus and forks and takes them to their table when im there sitting down with no menu no fork or no drinks CUZ THEY NEVER TOOK MY ORDER and then another family of 3 walked in and they asked them for dine in or carry out they said dine in and started taking care of them before myself. I do not know why I keep hoping this place gets better. It is horrible. Tonight we came in for a nice glass of tea and dinner. We ordered ordered the pick 2 combos throughout the family. We got 3 salads 2 orders of pepperoni rollers a pan pizza and chicken wings one daughter also got cinnamon sticks. We also added breadsticks. It all went down hill after the order. We could not get refills. The first thing out was my rollers then a few minutes later the pizza. Then the appetizer and my daughters dessert. No wings. The waitress left dirty dishes on my table from the salads and just ignored it. I had to go up and ask for refills. It still took several minutes to get them. I had to finally tell them to comp the wings because we had not received them. She forgot to put them in. I have lived here for 5 years and in all that time we have possibly had 1 time that was decent. You would think I would have learned by now, but I guess I am a glutton for punishment. My wife and I are driving home from a wedding in Colorado. We rolled through Rawlings around 10:15. We saw the Pizza Hut sign and decided to grab a pizza since it would be quick and easy. We walked into the dining room . Apparently they had closed already , but did not have a chance to lock the doors yet. Poor very poor service (dine in) they wiped the table down leaving it all wet. I literally had to wipe it down to dry it. Then it took over 25 minutes for them to get our drink order. I would find another restaurant. I went to eat and the server Sam seemed put out by having to wait on me. There were two kids in a booth that she kept checking on. I am guessing they were her kids. Sam spent more time in the back then checking on me. She also wreaked of cigarette smoke. Some y'all guy from the back kept coming up to the front. Always taking yo Sam and looked like a thug with saggy pants and shirt untucked. Don't worry the server also had her butt crack showing. I would hope Pizza Hut would change how this place is run. My sister and I are locals, and night out for a movie and dinner is a splurge. We arrived at about 5 after 9 (they close at 10) and were seated quickly, as there were only 2 other tables of customers. The host had to wipe off the table before we sat down. He took our drink order(coffee)and gave us menus, then left us, to deliver outside, to a waitress that had loudly complained about having to make a pot of coffee. The sandwiches took over 40 minutes to arrive at our table, not toasted as the menu described, and without the fries that were included on the menu description. When asked about the fries, the waitress got huffy and stated that "she didn't put the fries on the order because we didn't ask". The table was sticky, the restroom was filthy, and the staff was slovenly and acted as if it was a great favor for them to serve us. Even as locals and starving to death for a pizza, we would go to McDonald's! (and then, we don't expect much from them, either!) read more

They gave my pizza to someone else. I literally watched it walk out the door. That kind of got me a bit riled, but still, I knew they'd make me another pizza. So, while waiting for 20 minutes, at least twice the phone rang, and NO ONE answered it. It literally rang for over 30 seconds. The second time it happened, I went up to the cash register and said, "if you don't answer that phone, I will." and I was serious. I just can't handle bad service no matter how good the food is or how hungry I am. I think watching other people get bad service makes me even madder. We were promptly seated, the table and dining room were clean, and our waiter, Dennis, was most excellent and helpful. Drink refills were prompt, and when we noted there was no vegetarian option on the buffet, he directly address the problem in back and kept us appraised of how long it would take to fix. If I could give this place no stars I would. The service here is horrible. Almost every time we order from here there is a problem. From under cooked food to not getting the order rite. I just placed a order on line and got a phone call letting me know that they couldn't fulfill the order as requested. I asked them to simply substitute the one item and was told they couldn't.
