Pizza Hut - I would like some wings with my sauce. Food was mid. The bathroom was horrendous. - Pizza Near Me - Rawlins, Wyoming

Not a lot to say except that it was very expensive for a medium bbq chicken pizza, personal cheese pizza, and wings. Service was poor, the cashier seemed more interested in a personal conversation with others than actually helping customers. The BBQ chicken pizza was awful. Bland, dry, and not hot. The wings were lacking in flavor as well. The cheese pizza was actually pretty good. read more

Ambiance... first of all . We walked in not a person in site. Had to hell to let them know we are here. Place is run down. Service... ok... no silverware washed. if you dont have salad buffet take it off the menu. Food.. it's ok. Sauce on pizza is bitter. read more

Very odd place . We set ourselves and waited . No one was in the building. Three employees were standing at the counter. They began openly arguing about who would take our table. One said to the other "I've been here longer so you get them." "No you get them!" "Ahhh fine one guy yelled as he stormed away to get menus. We left. What a mess. read more

Excellent service! I have to be honest I was not expecting much different pizza that we always have in Los Angeles...try the wings!! Fresh crispy and spicy! I had to double check to see if it's really Pizza Hut! Lovely people on top of their service and food. read more

We are traveling thru and have not seen a dine in Pizza Hut in a long time. Dine in was limited due to Covid restrictions, the wait staff was really nice, They were out of chicken and pork sausage but we adapted and our pizzas were delish! This was the best pizzas we have had in a long time! What ever problems they had in the past seems to have been worked out. We will definitely eat here again. read more

I called to place a dine in order for myself 18 wings and i told her since i was going to a movie at 7pm thats why i was calling in she goes oh well we are not that busy u can just head over and place your order here and it should be ready within 8 min i said ok On my way, i get there at 6:05 there is only one waitress taking orders the place has around 25 customers they dont even sit me in a table so i sat myself it a booth i was there literally waiting for 20 min and i notice how they took care of all other customers and what gets me more angry is that they sat a couple 2 tables behind me and a pizza hut lady went to go grab menus and forks for them and she looked at me and she tells the customers just you 2 which they replied its gonna be 4 of us and she said ok and grabs the menus and forks and takes them to their table when im there sitting down with no menu no fork or no drinks CUZ THEY NEVER TOOK MY ORDER and then another family of 3 walked in and they asked them for dine in or carry out they said dine in and started taking care of them before myself. If a customer calls to place an order its for a reason, now if your to lazy to take that order down or to busy say that ,the past 4 times i have called and place my order without an issue and when i get there is normally about to come out , of course not this time because the lady that normally takes my order wasn't there . Bad customer service they didn't even acknowledge me but they did acknowledge all the people that was coming in thru the door next to my booth 25 f&$@ minutes waiting for nothing. Never again! read more

Pizza Hut - When i called to place my order and they said they werent busy - Pizza Near Me - Rawlins, Wyoming

In the past this was a good place for us to stop and get the lunch buffet. Now they don't have the buffet. The pizza is ok.

The absolute nicest people working here. Walked out feeling better than I walked in .

I do not know why I keep hoping this place gets better. It is horrible. Tonight we came in for a nice glass of tea and dinner. We ordered ordered the pick 2 combos throughout the family. We got 3 salads 2 orders of pepperoni rollers a pan pizza and chicken wings one daughter also got cinnamon sticks. We also added breadsticks. It all went down hill after the order. We could not get refills. The first thing out was my rollers then a few minutes later the pizza. Then the appetizer and my daughters dessert. No wings. The waitress left dirty dishes on my table from the salads and just ignored it. I had to go up and ask for refills. It still took several minutes to get them. I had to finally tell them to comp the wings because we had not received them. She forgot to put them in. I have lived here for 5 years and in all that time we have possibly had 1 time that was decent. You would think I would have learned by now, but I guess I am a glutton for punishment. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! HOWEVER MANAGER DID TRY TO HELP WITH COST OF MEAL,BUT SAID SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE WAITRESS. I DISAGREE. FIRE HER read more

We visited hours after the big eclipse of 2017, and the place was extra busy. The meat lover's pizza was tasty. We also got wings, and they were BIG and good. read more

My wife and I are driving home from a wedding in Colorado. We rolled through Rawlings around 10:15. We saw the Pizza Hut sign and decided to grab a pizza since it would be quick and easy. We walked into the dining room . Apparently they had closed already , but did not have a chance to lock the doors yet. The nice gals ( Margaret & Tonya) saw us standing at the "please wait to be seated" sign . They must have seen the tired and hungry look in our eyes. They said they would be happy to make a pizza for us even though they where closing . They pizza was fresh and awesome. Also, they took my coupon even though I could not print it from my phone. Thanks read more

So after reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about ordering here. We bit the bullet and ordered delivery . The med thin supreme and med thin pepperoni pizzas arrived fast andr HOT. THEY WERE DIVINE! I love pizza and I tried the other places in town. #1 They deliver #2 The prices are great #3 It was fantastic. Our experience will definitely have us back. Don't hesitate to order from this Pizza hut! read more

Poor very poor service (dine in) they wiped the table down leaving it all wet. I literally had to wipe it down to dry it. Then it took over 25 minutes for them to get our drink order. After we ordered the pizza they brought it in a to go box. We felt like they were asking us to leave didn't even bother to bring us a pizza slice server. Then they never came to refill our drinks the manager came over we told her what had happened she said I'll help you out when you pay. SHE TOOK $1.99 off our check seriously? I told her to just charge me the whole thing seriously???? *ridiculous service and poorly managed* read more

Pizza Hut - This is the Pizza Hut in Rawlins, Wy - Pizza Near Me - Rawlins, Wyoming

I stopped with my sons on our way to CA. Super nice people - especially Chrystal and wonderful pizza!!

I would find another restaurant. I went to eat and the server Sam seemed put out by having to wait on me. There were two kids in a booth that she kept checking on. I am guessing they were her kids. Sam spent more time in the back then checking on me. She also wreaked of cigarette smoke. Some y'all guy from the back kept coming up to the front. Always taking yo Sam and looked like a thug with saggy pants and shirt untucked. Don't worry the server also had her butt crack showing. I would hope Pizza Hut would change how this place is run. Looks like they don't care what staff does Oh and my food was cold and Sam never offered anything. read more

My sister and I are locals, and night out for a movie and dinner is a splurge. We arrived at about 5 after 9 (they close at 10) and were seated quickly, as there were only 2 other tables of customers. The host had to wipe off the table before we sat down. He took our drink order(coffee)and gave us menus, then left us, to deliver outside, to a waitress that had loudly complained about having to make a pot of coffee. The sandwiches took over 40 minutes to arrive at our table, not toasted as the menu described, and without the fries that were included on the menu description. When asked about the fries, the waitress got huffy and stated that "she didn't put the fries on the order because we didn't ask". The table was sticky, the restroom was filthy, and the staff was slovenly and acted as if it was a great favor for them to serve us. Even as locals and starving to death for a pizza, we would go to McDonald's! (and then, we don't expect much from them, either!) read more

This place was nearly terrible our appetizers and dessert came out before our meal. I'm still waiting on my wings and for a refill. Don't come here I would have left a one star but the people are polite read more

So on our road trip back to California. We had no choice but to stop here. We were unsure of what to expect since Pizza Hut is a hit or miss kinda place. I have had the best of experiences and the worst. Needless to say our waitress was the sweetest, I wish I had noted her name. With a 5 year old it's kinda hard not to be specific or he would not eat anything at all. Our personal size pizzas were great and salad bar had enough options. I thank her for her being so patient. Thank you. read more

If I could give no stars I would have. We waited two hours for a pizza with no refills nor drinks until one of the other patrons expressed his problems to the "manager". She had a kind word rather than firing the lazy disrespectful server and she and he other workers laughed and played while the rest of the paying customers sat in anguish. I warn you to find another place to eat in Rawlins so that the owner will pay attention to why his place a losing money. This place has no respect for the people spending their money on food and service. read more

Didn't even stay to find out how bad this place was. The hostess walked past me ignoring me. Another customer was complaining of his 3 hour late pizza. After standing, waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes, with a half-empty restaurant, we left. I would never go here. read more

This Pizza Hut has no Pride. Everytime we go there it is dirty. This time I ordered carryout. It took forever, then they brought it up and said sorry it was placed on the delivery rack. It looked like it had been there forever. I asked for parmesan, there responce sorry we dont have any. How can that be, it has a shelf life of forever. Poorly run. read more

Mandy, our server, was very friendly and the food was standard Pizza Hut Fare. But everything else about our experience was unsatisfactory. We were not allowed to sit where we could see the TV "because it wasn't cleaned yet". The food took well over 30 min and came out in 3 waves (we only ordered 2 meals). And the phone rang off the wall the entire time we were there - not because they were busy, but because no one answered it! read more

Bluh, don't even bother. We stopped in for a quick dinner on our way to Rock Springs. It took an hour and a half for an individual pizza and a personal serving of pasta. Poor quality and even worse service. read more

Ate here three times this summer. The first two were meh, ok 2/5, but the third was my last, ever. The food is good, the service is slow and poor. I ordered a carry out the third time. They gave my pizza to someone else. I literally watched it walk out the door. That kind of got me a bit riled, but still, I knew they'd make me another pizza. So, while waiting for 20 minutes, at least twice the phone rang, and NO ONE answered it. It literally rang for over 30 seconds. The second time it happened, I went up to the cash register and said, "if you don't answer that phone, I will." and I was serious. I just can't handle bad service no matter how good the food is or how hungry I am. I think watching other people get bad service makes me even madder. I'll put up with alot, but wow, this place needs some management, pronto. The problem also was not understaffing. There were alot of able bodied, seemingly willing workers, but no one directing traffic. read more

It's Pizza Hut, so have reasonable expectations. That said, I was concerned over the low ratings and reviews. I can say that, on he day we went, those poor reviews were unfounded. We were promptly seated, the table and dining room were clean, and our waiter, Dennis, was most excellent and helpful. Drink refills were prompt, and when we noted there was no vegetarian option on the buffet, he directly address the problem in back and kept us appraised of how long it would take to fix. Before my wife was done with a salad plate, a VeggieLovers and a cheese pizza were out. For a Pizza Hut, this was an excellent experience. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. The service here is horrible. Almost every time we order from here there is a problem. From under cooked food to not getting the order rite. I just placed a order on line and got a phone call letting me know that they couldn't fulfill the order as requested. I asked them to simply substitute the one item and was told they couldn't. That they would have to void out the item and then reorder and charge my card again. It was already a 60 dollar order and now want more money. I have given them my business for the very last time. I know it sounds petty but after having a bad experience so many times I am over it. We need a Papa Johns here read more
