Service was horrible ... Liz was so rude and mean looking! Stop hiring miserable people. I'm a truck driver and I was trying to order me a decent meal asked her can I get my steak medium well in my omelette and she frowns up and says it come one way ... I ask which way is the .. She says it's already done they put in the microwave... smh ... just treated me like I was bothering her and walked off on me cause I told her her energy was not right and she knew that it wasn't ! read more

Came in here solo, sat by kitchen in the corner. If you complain about the food at Denny's, you're a nimrod..it's Denny's. The manager was on his game, great energy, good guy. Lots of communication in that kitchen, quite a tightly run ship. Good job. read more

I have seen a ton of bad reviews here but my experience was decent and I do not have many complaints. Took only a few minutes to get seated and the waiter was nice. Took a while to place an order but I was in no rush. I got the chorizo burrito and two nutella crepes. I only ordered one crepe and was charged for one crepe. That was a win! The chorizo was salty but the salsa made it better. I have no problem stopping here again. read more

We stopped here after a long drive and road conditions were too hazardous to keep driving. We decided to have a snack at Denny's before they closed. We were greeted by friendly faces and were quickly sat. I believe the manager stopped by and got our drink order right away. Shortly after our server, Nannette came by our table and made sure drinks were on the way. We ordered shortly after and the food came out fresh and hot, much better than expected. The restaurant was well kept and very clean. Even though they were extremely busy due to the severe weather, service was amazing and the food was great. I would gladly stop here again during my travels. read more

service was great, server was kind and polite as-well. I ordered sunny side up eggs, my fault for now knowing they don't flip the eggs in sunny side(they were a little raw on the top) so I asked for them to be cooked a little longer. They took the eggs and brought back new eggs. I might as well kept the other ones because the new ones they had brought me were much more raw then the first ones, I must have upset the cook, I payed for my dinner but it was not entirely pleasant; however, the pancakes and hash-browns were great! My server Nannette was awesome very kind and helping! I was there around 9:35pm 11/6/23 read more

Came here at 3.25pm, place an order (tbone steak, medium rare with mashed potatoes and fries, and sirloin medium rare with corn and fries) then seeing another customer walk in at 4.15pm seeing the customer's that walk in after us, got their order before us, then I asked about my food, the server said it will come soon, he sorry and said will give me 10% off, I waited another 10 min to get my food I ate, 15 min, waited 1 hour Food came fast after I asked the server, don't know who's fault, either the server forgot to put the order in or the chef forgot to cook it The food was good tho, and cooked perfectly the server is like he is on drug, never get the 10% off as he said, I'm like i don't care Bill came out 40.25, I still put $45 read more

The service was absolutely dreadful. I waited five minutes for a greeting from anyone, then waited for another ten for my order to be taken for drinks. The waitresses were obviously not getting along with the kitchen and they were audibly yelling back and forth. I ordered the Moons over My Hammy omelette... it was missing the white cheddar and instead had like 15 diced ham squares and two barely melted Kraft single slices of American on it. Inside of the egg was burnt brown and tasted so.... the hashbrowns were cooked on a surface that hasn't been cleaned in a while and the oil was stale. They were burnt on the outside and raw in the middle which means the cook wasn't trained well and has the flat top on way too high. The toast and my water came out ten minutes after the meal and the toast was ice Cold and buttered with some sort of vegetable spread that tasted nothing like butter and everything like Pam spray. The coffee was miserably burnt and the dingy atmosphere was only complimented more by the lack of service. There were at least two servers and only eleven tables when I left and four when I entered. I worked service for two decades and I could easily handle 12 tables during prix fixe lunch in Manhattan so I'm not sure why the lackluster attitude and sheer reluctance to take tables and make more money ... I still tipped 18 percent because I'm not a jerk but seriously ... step it up a notch and for gods sakes use fresh food and clean your kitchen ... it's gross. read more

Stopped here while in Rawlins, WY Expected standard Dennys service. Was disappointed. 3pm a total of 5 patrons eating and 4 waitstaff just standing around yapping. The apparent adult supervisor (Rosie) completely ignored everything but holding her queenly court with the waitstaff Waited 10 minutes to be seated by the queen waitress herself. Only greeting was grunt from her. Then proceeded to wait with no results at the dirty unkempt table. Rosie, no tip for you.. maybe you should consider employment where you are not dealing with customers. .. read more

First off... this is a Denny's.... so don't expect anything more than a Denny's. We stopped in for lunch on the homeward leg of our Great Northern Idaho Road Trip and Family Bonding Experience. The Wife checked Yelp! and said the place appeared decent enough. Overall, she was correct. Part of me wants to give this place 2 stars, but the fairer, more impartial part of me is settling on 3 stars. Because as I stated, it's a Denny's. You can't eat here expecting it to be anything other than a Denny's. The Kid had spagetti and meatballs. The Wife had pot roast I had the Prime Rib Philly steak sandwich and some kind of fries. The Kid doesn't do meatballs, so I got them. I was very surprised that these were three huge, light and flavorful meatballs. I assume the spaghetti was good because The Kid nearly licked the plate. The Wife's pot roast was solid and flavorful. The mashed potatos were obviously instant, but the beef gave every indication of been cooked fresh and not from a packet. Overall, a decent take on pot roast. My Prime Rib Philly steak sandwich was at first a misfire. I specifically asked for it sans mushrooms. What I got had mushrooms. Now you're probably telling yourself 'Hey... didn't he LOVE the mushroom soup at that other place?" And yes I did. But I do not like them on a philly. So I pointed out the oversight to our server who quickly apologized and took ownership of the oversight. In just a few minutes, I had the proper version on the table, complete with a new order of fries, to make sure everything was hot. As philly sandwiches go, it was okay. I'm a huge philly fan and make them at home fairly often. It could have been a bit bigger for the price, and it could have been more flavorful. Again, this is Denny's, so keep the bar centered and you'll be okay. The place was fairly clean for what is essentially a truckstop, the staff were friendly and the service quick. So, definitely a 3 star place to eat. read more

On my way home , I stopped by Denny's @ the Flying J Truck Stop for a bite to eat. I had to wait a few minutes before being seated. So, I decided to hit the counter area. Once there , my server Amy took my order. She was polite, smiling and put me in a good mood with her attitude. I ordered the nacho salad and seasoned fries. I wanted coffee since it was very cold but Amy recommended hot cocoa! My hot cocoa was delicious and warmed me up! My food was very good but I couldn't eat it all because it was time to get back on the road to Cali. However, I had a very good meal and enjoyed myself in Denny's ! Great eatery and great people, thanks Amy! read more

Yuuuuck, yuuuck, yuuuuuuck, nasty, and yuuuuckkkky. Worst breakfast place evvver! I will never come here again. Slow service ever!

I would put ZERO stars if i could. Absolutely the MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Wanted to order a simple club sandwich with fries. The girl at the cash register said they are out of fries and i can substitute seasoned fries for the same price. I asked what kind of seasoned fries. She cant describe them. Fine. I said no because if there is too much seasoning i get horrendous heartburn. Just give me the sandwich. Okay, that will be $12 FOR A CLUB SANDWICH!!!! I said, wait, no fries or sides and you are going to charge me $12, the same price as WITH fries, for a crappy club sandwich? She said, yes and shrugged her shoulders. What a ripoff!!! I believe that is theft. I said cancel my order, i would rather go hungry than pay $12 for a crappy club sandwich from Denny's. Thank you Denny's i get to NOT eat today. I hate Denny's, it always the same. Thank your cashier for the bad yelp review. I put it up to a 5 star because i went back in to speak to the manager and she said, no we dont charge $12 for just a sandwich and sold me tha sandwich at a very reasonable price. The manager is named Blessed and lives up to the name. The cashier though...... read more

This place sucks. Service is poor, I finally got to order a meal after sitting for 8 minutes. Then the waiter came back and told me I had to order something else because the deep fryer was down. One of the nicer places to go in Rawlins. I know it's a Denys but this one is really new and the wait staff are nice. They also serve gluten free English muffins which is a huge bonus for the area. The prices are good for what you get and I have never had an empty drink. There is lots of parking and the place is warm and cozy not über bright and noisy. Hubby and I paid 16$ for breakfast that included gluten free English muffins and Orange juice as opposed to penny's diner where I paid 36$ for breakfast with no bread at all. The bathrooms are in the gas station though so u will have to walk across the store to go kinda inconvenient if you have little ones but all in all the best value and nice atmosphere they serve a full menu all day too so you can get what your craving! read more

warning to all truck drivers: do not spend your hard earned money at this dive!!! well worst dennys around in usa. people that work there do not care about you, just themselves!!! was seated at a tiny booth cause i am one. asked to have big booth was told those are for more people... ok big stike...10 mins no one even acknowledge me...went to the counter to see if i could be waited on...drink ordered after 12 minutes...menu thrown on table...angry server...damn stike 2. waited for 10 more minutes finally got unsweetened iced tea...soured, little to no ice and lemon was slimmy. strike 3 i am out!!! i am calling health department in morning... truck drivers are people too. and now reading the reviews seems like 6 months ago management down to dish washer is in need of replacements!!! if a negative star was a choice -5. read more

We stopped at Denny's while riding from Salt Lake to Sturgis. A hostess seated us promptly, and our waitress was very friendly. The food came out quickly, but we were disappointed with the tiny little "chicken breast" portions on the sandwich. They were about the size of a children's meal, but the price was $9. Ouch!
