He asked for a hamburger add cheese no mustard the other day, so I put the order in online and he got a plain hamburger. Thankfully he laughed about it (as did I, I was not about to drive back) but I did get to pay the extra 0.20 for the cheese that was not received. Thankfully I also do not have a picky child so he was fine but idk if they mixed the order up or what, regardless I did not receive what I had ordered. But kinda sucked. read more

The attitude is just getting ridiculous from some of these employees. I politely declined a drink tray and she gave me attitude trying to bully me into taking it and when I told her I went the other day for drinks and they didn't try to force me to take a drink tray it's not store policy she slammed the window door and basically just tossed the food in my car. Nice McD's with friendly employees. Inside was clean and had plenty of seating. Food delivered to our table quickly. No complaints with the food, except I wouldn't recommend the steak biscuit sandwich. Went for a chicken biscuit but apparently this location doesn't carry those. The iced coffee, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and hash browns were all good. Can't recommend the sausage burrito either; it was mostly just egg and tortilla. read more

As most McDonald's go this one has some good points and a lot of bad ones. Super early morning is not too bad though service can sometimes be slow when you eat inside so definitely chose drive-up. The noon hour is messy, lots of cars and trucks at the drive-up and lots of folks lined up inside as well. The food has its ups and downs, some days it is hot and fresh, and on other days, not so much so. Definitely beware of the Shamrock Shake as here it tastes horrible; very much tastes like chemicals. read more

The service was super slow. I've worked at McDonald's before, so I am not being dramatic when I say that it was too slow.

I don't generally have high expectations for any McDonald's, but this location managed to completely irritate me. We went through the drive through around 7pm, and it took at least five minutes to get to the first window to pay. That was unusual. We were only ordering four desserts: two strawberry pies, and two ice cream cones. We gave the woman exact change, and she closed the window without giving us a receipt (so we couldn't do the customer survey). No big deal; we slowly moved forward, second in line from the pick up window. And there we waited...and waited. I am not exaggerating when I say it was 10-15 minutes. The woman in the SUV in front of us had an order so large it took three large paper bags to hold it. When it finally was handed to her, I thought we'd finally get our order. But no, she then wanted to talk to the manager. That process took another five minutes as the manager came and went several times, finally handing her what looked like gift certificates of some kind. If I hadn't already paid for me food I'd have driven away long before this happened. I get that there will be orders that have problems, or customers that are hard to please, but you know what you do? You ask them to pull over out of line and you deal with them one on one. You do NOT let them paralyze your entire drive through operation and anger all the other customers. It was ridiculous that the manager dealing with this didn't ask her to pull out of line. That is literally why those parking spots exist at all McDonald's drive throughs. Adding McInsult to McInjury, my ice cream cone was so melted by the time I was able to eat it, it was a messy dairy disaster. I will never order from this McDonald's again. read more

I am a regular at ponderay McDonald's but the staff need to work on their hygiene they all look dirty and greasy and ungroomed they need to at least keep their facial hair groomed and maybe shower and clean their clothes once in a while . Nice interior and exterior. Food is typical McDonald's quality. Where this place differs from other McDonalds is the overly slow drive-thru times and the constant incorrect orders. Do yourself a favor, eat inside this McDonalds if you want your food in a timely manner and if you use the drive-thru expect to be there awhile and check your order before you drive off. read more

Went to have a quick, "Good" meal before golf. What a disappointment today. There's about 20 tables and EVERYONE was dirty. There were maybe 5 people there. We spoke to the manager and he came out to start cleaning the tables equipped with only a wet towel. Well, we had to get to our golf game so we sat down to only find out it was now wet. We got our Bacon, egg and cheese meal. The biscuit was hardtack. You could have played hockey with our biscuits. Egg was cold and the bacon wasn't fully cooked. Again we talked to the manager. Well here is something that I experienced at the Ponderay McDonald's, on TV and their website says their large drinks. Are $1.00 when you go to the Ponderay McDonald's they say no we raised our prices. A large drink is 1.59 plus tax $1.71 Well, this McDonald's said that doesn't apply to them that applies to other McDonald's. Well when you see a TV ad and it says McDonald's. Shouldn't it be for all McDonald's? False advertising they have done this before when they've raised prices. And when it says breakfast sandwiches all day long. No. They cut it off at 2 p.m. and to whomever the little shift manager she gave me the price of a dollar for the drink, but she wasn't very happy about it. And she would not give me the sales receipt to find out what her name was. I told her there was a sign in the Drive-Thru that large drinks are a dollar and she said no there's not and I said, I'm looking at it. I've worked many a customer service job and it always blows my mind when people also in the industry are unnecessarily rude to guests. My boyfriend and I came in earlier tonight to grab some food after a hike, the cashier was unsmiling and seemed annoyed that we were in the restaurant (it was 8:30, so they were not about to close). We got our food and sat down, we were missing sauces so I went up to the counter to politely ask for them. A different woman was there and when I asked for the sauce, she snapped at me that she had already put them on the tray. I told her we were missing one and could I please have it, so she tossed a sauce packet on the counter with a hole in the top and sauce coming out. I again asked for a usable sauce, she wordlessly put one on the counter and walked away from me. I understand jobs like this can be thankless and tough at times, but treating people like complete inconvienences when they are simply asking for what they paid for is uncalled for. read more
