Price to pizza ratio is decent, where for $25 out the door you can get a 16" pizza that reasonably feeds a family of four. The slices are generously sized, so it does go quick if you're feeding a crew, but I polished off two slices feeling quite full, but not so bad I wanted to lapse into a food coma. The Sandpoint location is fairly conveniently placed right off of Highway 95 by the lake and the old power house with a horseshoe bend parking lot with plenty of parking either side. The interior seemed nice and upbeat: Classic rock on the sound system, clean tables, ski themed decorations, etc. I didn't get an extensive look, but the beer selection looked good to above average. Staff were very friendly and my pizza was done before I even arrived to pick it up. On the whole, where other pizza places (I'm looking at you, 2nd Ave Pizza) are inexplicably closed on a Monday night, this place provides a very tasty pie for a very decent price. My wife and I were both reminded of places like Round Table and Mountain Mike's as far as taste and quality of ingredients. Powder Hounds is definitely at a higher quality elevation than Dominos or any of the other homogenous chain places. And I would definitely eat here again.
