I want to give 3 stars but I've ordered a pizza with 2x, 3x, and 4x mushrooms and always gotten skimped on ANY toppings. I mean I literally I begged them and told them they are forgetting my mushrooms, made a distinct effort to say "I never get any extra mushrooms. I will pay for whatever extra, just please put more on the pie" guess what? it's about less or equal to what they usually put on which is a poor amount. Maybe every other slice has mushrooms. I got pizza tonight and it was a large 2 topping. Every other slice had maybe 1 piece of mushroom. Gosh Also I think dough/crust is pre-frozen gmo stuff. Sorry guys. read more

Good pizza for a decent price. Lots of toppings. They delivered to our house in the middle of nowhere, definite plus! My only complaint is there is no limit to the number of individual slices you can buy during lunch rush. This lady ordered an entire pizza (and some) individual slices and there wasn't enough for everyone else in line. Really annoying, but obviously not the employees decision. read more

We just moved to a house on the river in the middle of nowhere and yet - Westside Pizza delivers! We've had their pizza twice - my husband is especially appreciative that they have a good gluten free crust. The person taking the phone order was incredibly friendly and patient with my large order and the delivery person was awesome - our tip (a very reasonable one) "made her night". I'm not a big pizza enjoyer but I do like the $2 slices from here over any of the other fast food options in town. Pizza is also much much better than any other pizza I've had within 100 miles of here. Of the several locations for Westside, this one, while having a better appearance as it's the newest, is hands down the most unfortunate for the customer. Mask protocol is a joke and night manager Ryan the worst offender. Bathroom an embarrassment re cleanliness. Sadly, the sum overcomes the positives (like employee Jack who's exceptional). Colville is very well run, very clean and community-minded. No comparison. Death By Pizza is my favorite, but Colville is where I'll enjoy it. read more

So after an afternoon of hiking, playing slip and slide down a rock and driving back to Spokane from Bonner's Ferry, ID our group stopped here for dinner! The staff was nice and the place was busy with mostly to-go orders from what I could gather. Somehow our order got sent out with a to-go order or delivery order, they immediately went about getting my order corrected and gave me a discount on my order. The pizza was good enough that I was happy to wait an extra 10 mins. When we were done and on our way out the door I gave my discount back to them. Good pizza! read more

Carrying deal was good: large 2-topping plus a side and 2-liter for $14. When we brought it home, 1) this is what a half pep/olive, half pep/pineapple looks like, 2) lots of exposed sauce, and 3) one of the slices was hanging over the edge of the box so it was nice and cold. Should we have taken it back, and would they have made it right? Probably. Overall, good price point, but ordering and enjoying their pie was meh. read more

We were hesitant to use this company based off reviews, but honestly they are one of the best pizza places around the eastside of the mountains! Their gluten free pizza doesn't even taste like the traditional gluten free breads, it actually is GOOD! They deliver which is a bonus and their regular pizza crust is comparable to pizza hut's pan crust which is delicious! Awesome customer service, keep up the good work! read more

Small pizza place right in downtown Newport. There is only about 4 two person tables and it seems most of the business is takeout. Teen workers who know how to take orders and make pizzas, with no customer service. The pizza crust is between a thin and thick crust and tasted like a breadstick. The toppings seemed tasty but sparse. I think they do well because of a lack of competition. read more

I bought 2 large pizzas and I was handed 2 boxes 1 with a pizza and 1 empty box. After waiting 1 hour from the time I ordered. They were going to remake the missing pizza. We stopped in this place to give a local eatery business during these tough times. Come to find out they were pretty busy. The guy that took our order was nice and helpful. We ordered the take out deal which was a large pizza with 2 toppings, cheese bread and a 2 liter soda. Since we could not dine in we had to eat in our truck. They did offer plates and napkins but no cups or ice to go with the 2 liter. Over all the pizza was ok, could have used more pepperoni'. The cheese bread was also ok. An average tasting pizza is all. The crust reminds me of Pizza Hut if that helps. A little greasy. I am not from this town so returning is not likely, but if I was given the chance I would eat here again. read more

We had a craving for pizza and hoped this place delivered to Diamond Lake. We had never tried them before, but we were so impressed! Our order was taken by a polite and efficient young man and delivered earlier than expected. The sausage, pepperoni, mushroom and black olive pizza was outstanding! This place doesn't have great reviews but I have always liked it. Pizza is good and reasonably priced. Maybe a tad expensive, but it's pretty good. I have also had the salads, and those are good. Specials are not anything to write home about. I certainly recommend ordering a pizza though. The pizza by the slice when I was there didn't look so hot. The interior eating area is also pretty nice. This pizza is hard to explain. The crust is bready and soggy. The sauce taste like canned spaghetti sauce and the toppings are scant and uninviting. My advice is to drive south on highway 2 until you reach Spokane about 45 minutes away and get your pizza fix done the proper way. read more

Some places survive because the food is good and some survive because they're the only game in town. I suspect with this place it will be the latter. The pizza is mediocre and the service is terrible. I have tried to go there four times. three times when I called the phone is busy or they put me on infinite hold. Today I called five times over the space of 30 minutes from 1045 to 1115 they did not answer the phone except once and they put me on hold. We didn't even get to try the pizza, so I cant judge that, but the service is HORRIBLE! I ordered a pasta and a pepperoni pizza, it looked like we were the first or at least the only ones there. I waited for half an hour before asking about our order, and they had just barely started to make it. I had 2 hungry kiddos with me, so I decided to ask for a refund. The guy, swears under his breath, turns around and walks away. I am then standing at the register with all the workers glancing over but not coming to help, and the same guy finally shows back up, and without saying a single word to me, gives me my refund and walks away again. Great pizza, fresh dough every day, very fresh ingredients and local owners that work there and seriously care about the quality of their pizza. Their signature "The Westside" is my favorite, a little bit of everything on it, but the barbeque chicken is a second close favorite. Ask for their specials, and get some of their desert sticks with your pizza. Yum. The bread sticks are just OK, pizza is definitely their specialty. They do have a couple of tables, but there's not a lot of room, so plan on calling in an order for pickup or having it delivered (it's either free or around a dollar). They deliver out to my place 11 miles away, so if you live anywhere close they'll get it to you. read more

This little Pizza Shop is the best in the area! I've been coming here since I moved to the area 4 years ago. The staff is always friendly and smiling and seem to be happy with thier job and During lunch they sell pizza by the slice (BIG SLICES) for like $1.50 so acouple of slices and a drink is just over $4.00 which pretty much can't be beat these days! I agree with the post before this one that the Westside special is the best. My 9 year old Son loves the pizza here (Pepperoni), everytime we drive by he wants to stop in. My only grip would be they don't serve slices all day long and the tip would be that if you come at the end of the lunch period and they have allot of slices left they will give you 2 for 1!! For that and the tasty flaky crust they make I give Westside 5 Stars! Keep up the good work!! read more
