Ordered on the mobile app and they took my code at the drive through which means they had my order. After a 40 minute wait in the drive through they claimed my order didn't exist and refused to even let me order and pay at the window. They instructed me that I would have to go get back in the 40 minute line again if I wanted to get food. Pretty sure this won't matter but I tried calling the number on the receipt about ten times and I got a voicemail prompt for what seems like a cell phone not set up yet. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and hot fudge sundae. When I got home and handed over the other 10 piece box to my boyfriend he laughed as he pulled out a freaking cheeseburger! I told him it wasn't a joke and was supposed to be chicken nuggets! As a doordash driver, I am advised to pick up in store and if closed, go through drive thru. It is 8 pm and lobby doors were closed early with no sign indicating they were closed. Riverside county needs to send a health inspector in immediately. There's trash all over the sticky kitchen floors, The cash register counter along with the kitchen counters are filthy, the cookie container had flies flying all over the cookies, and there is zero social distancing during a global pandemic. My entire order was horrible it was as if they left out the fries for 30 and reheated them, they filled our "sprite" with water, the coke was completely flat, and when I drove back to McDonald's to get my order fixed the horrors only continued. The "manager" "fixed" my order as best as he can but as I was waiting I noticed nothing but filth EVERYWHERE. I witnessed an older lady pick out the last two stale cookies with flies on them for a customer. If I didn't stop her in her foot steps she would have given them to the customer. There is NO way she didn't see the flies all over those cookies, making her actions intentional. Please be careful where you choose to eat this isn't okay wether it's a pandemic or not. As for McDonald's Ramona Expressway location, you have a lot to work on. I'd advise taking your food handlers test a couple more times, practice social distancing, and train your employees on customer service. One of the best places to eat at in my opinion! They're burgers are made really well and their service is amazing as well. I usually go for the family deal since it allows us to eat more for a very well managed price! Definitely recommend going here. The mighty kids meal needs to come back, I loved coming here, and the toys, Apple, and different assortment of food for your little cousins or brothers or sisters. Even if you know of it, and live in Riverside or San Diego counties, Perris is a place you drive through on the I-215 between them. And another popular movie recently, 'The Bucket List" with Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson had the Sky Diving scenes filmed here, as it is a popular Sky Diving spot. And with the recent burst of the housing bubble, Perris was identified as one of the hardest hit with foreclosures on national TV, enjoying booming growth as was most of Riverside County, only to see it all come crashing down. This McDonalds is right on the main drag of that boom, off the Ramona Expressway, amongst newly constructed buildings and retail outlets. But like those just driving through Perris, I did the same, using this Mcdonald's drive through. Big Mac, $3.60. Medium Iced Coffee, $1.99. That might have been a splurge by local standards. I usually don't have a problem with this location, contrary to other reviews. I tend to go to this one because one on Iris & Laselle is utter trash. I went here on 5/25 for lunch. I ordered a 10 piece mcnugget, a Big Mac combo, 2 small fries and a crispy chicken salad. Total was $26.57. Once I get to the window to get my food, the girl asks what kind of sauce I would like. I say can I get ranch for both the nuggets and the salad dressing. She pauses as if she wants to say something but then keeps putting stuff in the bag and just hands me the bag with the Big Mac, fries and nuggets in it and says have a nice day. I say "I'm missing the bag with the salad in it". She looks up at the order screen and says "oh he didn't charge you for a salad. We're out of them." Relieved that I wasn't charged for the salad I didn't get (even though that's what I wanted) I was still mad. After getting home and looking through the bag, turns out even tho he didn't charge me for the salad, when I said crispy chicken salad, this guy charged me for a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. What irks me is that I didn't find out they didn't have salads until after I got my order, and then I was charged for something I didn't even want. read more
