The worst McDonald's I've ever been to...This location is SUPER slow..Drive thru takes forever..speed up your service!

Order a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, get the bacon one... it wasn't even that busy either. These are the people that want over $15 an hour but can't get basic stuff right. Just left the drive thru of this location. Pulled up at 2:30am and was waiting for 20 minutes with no response. After seeing multiple cars pass the speaker box I pulled forward to see no one at any of the windows until I saw workers hiding in the kitchen just being bums not taking anyone's orders. read more

Ordered on the mobile app and they took my code at the drive through which means they had my order. After a 40 minute wait in the drive through they claimed my order didn't exist and refused to even let me order and pay at the window. They instructed me that I would have to go get back in the 40 minute line again if I wanted to get food. The only logical explanation I can think of is they gave my food away and refused to fix their mistake. I still can't believe how badly this was handled. read more

Pretty sure this won't matter but I tried calling the number on the receipt about ten times and I got a voicemail prompt for what seems like a cell phone not set up yet. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and hot fudge sundae. When I got home and handed over the other 10 piece box to my boyfriend he laughed as he pulled out a freaking cheeseburger! I told him it wasn't a joke and was supposed to be chicken nuggets! I didn't think to take a picture of the burger until he ate it because I had already eaten some of the nuggets - I thought there was more! Honestly, I never learn. I been to this location maybe 10 times since I lived in perris and every time... these crackhead workers serve stale fries, mess up the orders, refuse to replace the mistakes, when you call it states that their voicemail box is full. The line is outrageous and that's understandable but the dinning is usually closes. While the window was open in window 2, I over hear the conversations that this guy and girl were having about a guest inside and how she wouldn't mind sleeping with him. That is why I'm writing this. Place is horrible , went in to get some nuggets and when I got them they were super burnt . Didn't even give me the sauces I asked for . Not to mention I waited 20 min for some burnt chicken nuggets . Very disappointing . The only thing that was ok was the fries , even my sprite tasted like carbonated water!! This McDonald's is a joke. They don't serve breakfast at 10:30 am anymore apparently. Every time I've come here the fries have been cold and limp. The burger Pattie's aren't fresh at all and you can tell they've been sitting in their trays for awhile. Avoid this location and go to one that actually cares about their customers. read more

As a doordash driver, I am advised to pick up in store and if closed, go through drive thru. It is 8 pm and lobby doors were closed early with no sign indicating they were closed. I called the store to make sure if we must go through drive thru....a male answered by the name Saul and we stated we were from doordash and asked if we need to go through drive thru and he hanged up the phone. I dialed back and said the same line "that I am doordash..." he then cut me off to tell me yes you have to go through drive thru. Riverside county needs to send a health inspector in immediately. There's trash all over the sticky kitchen floors, The cash register counter along with the kitchen counters are filthy, the cookie container had flies flying all over the cookies, and there is zero social distancing during a global pandemic. My entire order was horrible it was as if they left out the fries for 30 and reheated them, they filled our "sprite" with water, the coke was completely flat, and when I drove back to McDonald's to get my order fixed the horrors only continued. The "manager" "fixed" my order as best as he can but as I was waiting I noticed nothing but filth EVERYWHERE. I witnessed an older lady pick out the last two stale cookies with flies on them for a customer. If I didn't stop her in her foot steps she would have given them to the customer. There is NO way she didn't see the flies all over those cookies, making her actions intentional. Please be careful where you choose to eat this isn't okay wether it's a pandemic or not. As for McDonald's Ramona Expressway location, you have a lot to work on. I'd advise taking your food handlers test a couple more times, practice social distancing, and train your employees on customer service. Ordered "LARGE" Big Mac meal through DoorDash. Was given a medium. Food was fine. Just messed up my order.

They got my order wrong 3 times and I had to keep going back to the drive thru and every time i went back, because they got my order wrong, they gave the worstttttttt attitude ever. One of the best places to eat at in my opinion! They're burgers are made really well and their service is amazing as well. I usually go for the family deal since it allows us to eat more for a very well managed price! Definitely recommend going here. The mighty kids meal needs to come back, I loved coming here, and the toys, Apple, and different assortment of food for your little cousins or brothers or sisters. Terrible. What a way to start the new year. Waited in line for 15 minutes got my order and everything was Luke warm. Fries and chicken nuggets. After being rushed away from the drive thru noticed the cold food. Called over 7 times before an answer. Store manager LUPE HORRIBLE outside of hardly understanding her was told I had to bring the food back in order to get it remade. Explained that I was already on the freeway but still so unapologetic. Worst place for drive thru. A sit down restaurant has faster service. There is always more than a 30 minute wait to get my food here. The worst part about it its midnight. Day shift must be an hour wait. This is the closest place to where I live so be prepared for long waits and rude employees. I give this place a fat zero. I usually don't have a problem with this location, contrary to other reviews. I tend to go to this one because one on Iris & Laselle is utter trash. I went here on 5/25 for lunch. I ordered a 10 piece mcnugget, a Big Mac combo, 2 small fries and a crispy chicken salad. Total was $26.57. Once I get to the window to get my food, the girl asks what kind of sauce I would like. I say can I get ranch for both the nuggets and the salad dressing. She pauses as if she wants to say something but then keeps putting stuff in the bag and just hands me the bag with the Big Mac, fries and nuggets in it and says have a nice day. I say "I'm missing the bag with the salad in it". She looks up at the order screen and says "oh he didn't charge you for a salad. We're out of them." Relieved that I wasn't charged for the salad I didn't get (even though that's what I wanted) I was still mad. After getting home and looking through the bag, turns out even tho he didn't charge me for the salad, when I said crispy chicken salad, this guy charged me for a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. What irks me is that I didn't find out they didn't have salads until after I got my order, and then I was charged for something I didn't even want. read more

I waited 30 min in the drive through just to be told to wait on the curbside to wait for them to bring out my food which was only a big mack and large fries. They never ended up coming out to bring my food after 30 more minutes had passed already . I had to personally call to ask and remind them that i was outside waiting for my order 1 hour later!!! As i saw 4 cars pass by the drive through all receiving orders.. the manager came out and made the most stupid ass excuse .( noone told me you were outside) i immediately asked for a full refund . This review is solely about the Sweet Tea. After 8pm it's hit or miss (more missing than hitting). The self-serve Sweet Tea is usually gone by 830pm so you have to wait for someone to get it for you. Worse than that, 70% of the time the Sweet Tea is so watered down it's pointless to call it "sweet". Other times they are out completely. I don't think this management understands Sweet Tea is probably the most popular drink so why not invest time and effort into improving the availability and quality? read more

I just left McDonalds on Ramona expressway and, again, a frustrating experience. I had to wait in space #3 for them to bring me my drive-through order. I checked the bag , it was the wrong order all together. I had to go inside ( luckily, I changed out of my pj's to go at the last minute) gave them the order back and told them that was not my order. I waited inside for them to make my new order... up to 3 times the order wad wrong, which they kept attempting to fix by changing out the wrong order. Of course by now EVERYTHING , including the French fries, was beyond COLD!! The first time I returned my wrong order the guy behind me said " that's nothing new!!" While I kept waiting for my order two other guys came in to return incorrect orders. How does this place stay open? The manager just stands there by the fries machine.. why is she not supervising the order cooks? She stands there and pushes a French fry machine button on occasion or puts some fries in a bag.
