Apparently they made us wait until both our order and the car next to us' orders were both ready before they would walk the 20 feet to our car. This honestly deserves 0 stars! Horrible service and rude employees. This location has a split drive thru where you pick the line. My boyfriend and I waited on the right side for for 20 minutes with no response. While the left side was helped 3x..yet still no help on the right side. We couldn't leave since we were trapped in line. We explained what happened to the first window employee. He said that they were both doing lane 1 but he didn't apologize. He said to talk to window 2. We explained what happened to the next employee and she cut us off and said she just got there. She was very rude and short with us. I went thru the drive thru and ordered breakfast. A simple order, they got the order wrong 3 times! The first time they forgot multiple items and a drink. Then we were told to wait at the wait parking spot given the missing items. Then we open the wrapper and all the sadwichs were incorrect. I normally go to this location since Iris & Laselle location is horrible. Have only had a few mishaps we'll call them but yesterday morning the manager on duty just really pist me off. I ordered my usual and seems that when I add extras (cheese) on something that is normally doesn't come on it never gets done. With that being said I ordered related my order a good 4 times girl on drive thru speaker kept repeating wrong got to window again told her my order just to make sure she corrected it supposedly, stupid me declined receipt should have known better since price I paid seemed off (more expensive) but hey Covid has hit many's pockets, to still receive my order wrong. I asked employee to assist and she got manager involved not sure why but any who had me going rounds for cheese figured she would just slap on a piece for the inconvenience guess a $.10 cent cheese slice was more worth it to her and her time since she had to walk back and forth to get paid. Wouldn't have been that big of a deal but at 6 months pregnant I need my cheese LOL read more

So this was last Sunday (Sunrise Sunday * Easter) this occurred. We were heading to an early church service. The line seemed decent when I arrived. It was just a car and me behind. Then 2 other cars came. I then realized it was taking more than expected. I mean it is a drive through, but, it is supposed to be at least fast enough. Then 30 minutes came by. I then wanted a refund for that long of a wait or more. When I pulled up to the window, a girl said "I'm sorry for the wait." Then I was late for the service. I told the girl that I wanted a refund: then she left and I thought WOW. So she came back with the manager. (6:00am) right at the moment I was like "she doesn't know what a refund is." I also told the manager I wanted a refund. So she gave back money. I wasn't sure what was going on in the kitchen, but I knew something was going on. Came here to get food before work, ended up spending a good 10min in the drive thru for a simple mcdouble and fry order. I placed my order went to the pay window and they asked me if my order was a fish sandwich. I said no, was asked if it was the pie, again no. Told the rude white girl that it was 2 mcdoubles and a fry, she then slammed the window on me and i proceeded to wait a good 5min before she came back and gave me my total. I have never seen such bad customer service, two days in a row I got treated badly here. First day I ordered a LARGE pumpkin spice coffee, which I was introduced by the employees at the Redlands location. I've gotten that coffee from the Perris location about 2 times also. Now keep in mind they have a "pumpkin spice latte" you can also order iced but the largest size is medium in the iced latte. I ordered a "pumpkin spice coffee" Sunday afternoon with a small fry for my daughter, as I pay at the first window they still don't mention this but as I pull to the second window the girl gives me a medium cup which was a "pumpkin spice latte iced" I told her I ordered large "pumpkin Spice ice coffee" she said ok let me change that & closed the window and then opens the window to tell me that is the only size they sell it in, again. I let her know I've gotten it with no problem before & of course with the bad customer service this location has the girl is arguing w/ me that they do not sell it in large. Still trying to explain that I wanted a pumpkin "ICE COFFEE" again arguing. So I left of course without my fries for my daughter I had to get off and talk to the manager & of course after explaining everything to her she doesn't apologize & makes again an pumpkin "ICE COFFEE" and gives me my fries. I leave, upset. Plus this coffee was made poorly after that. Second day again ordering the same exact thing specifically telling the guy taking orders how I wanted my ice coffee, payed for it. Got to the next window and of course again another medium "iced pumpkin latte" that I did not want. Let them know I went through the same exact issue the day before and another young irrelevant cashier comes to argue with me slams the window and tells me her manager said "we cannot make these for you anymore & that is the last time" with the biggest attitude I have ever witnessed. Instead of just fixing the issue these little girls are arguing with me. Again leaving mad, didn't even drink the coffee. 3 dollar loss cause of this locations poor customer service and the managers poor training instead of letting me know herself and not letting her associates yell at customers, slamming windows in ppls faces and rolling eyes. I will not ever buy from this McDonald's again even tho it's down the st from my house I will now go out of my way to another one. Use to be a young lady here lidia or lydia honestly gave the BEST customer service literally the BEST every morning with a smile and always polite and very professional with her job, making sure everything is right i gave props to the person that hire her not sure if she still works here haven't seen her sense am a regularly customer but it be so disappointed if she doesn't this is the type of person this job needs! her and this gentleman bryant made the best team u best believe you were in n out of that line even when it seemed long. I come here every morning around the same time for my large coffee i always ask him if he can pls make sure its hot and my cream and sugar outside i get to the window and u bet it is. he very patient, i always get the BEST customer service when this gentleman is here i know this is a fast food place and his usually by himself taking orders and cashing out and trying to do things quick but he actually takes his time on giving his best service and not only that moves the line fast! First of all am going to start off by saying shoutout to the girl on the cashier i think her name was lidia she did an amazing job trying to keep up with everyone, amazing attitude, and she was very polity. Also the other girl i couldnt see her name tag but she was trying hard to help counter as well. Now here's why am giving one star, i went in the morning like around 7am walk in Lidia took my order as i was waiting for my order i saw how her screen was full no one was helping her ( as no one i mean the manager standing there just making drinks acting like she had the hard job) the cashier tried taking out the orders cause there was people waiting their for at least 15 minutes (counting myself) and all you hear is the manager screaming "no, you keep taking orders" Are you serious all the girl is trying to do is her job! And then the "manager" giving her attitude in front of the customers its not how you do it. Lidia was amazing she finished taking her last customer in line and starting taking orders and making her beverages and let me tell you she was fast! She apologized with everyone for the wait. I dont even know why the manager that was hiding making "drinks"is even a manager i think the girl in the cashier was the one taking the managers roll because the cashier was everywhere doing everything on her own while the manager was doing one thing and not moving from their. I am an everyday customer but after this i dont think i will be coming as often as long as that manager is their no thank you.
