So I go to mcDonald's this morning at 5:45am before work , before doing a 12 hour shift at work I ordered a number 2 on the breakfast menu with a extra hash brown and a side of eggs with a parfait not only did I not receive neither one of my hashbrowns but my food was cold and my bread was hard. Now I'm stuck at work with no food and on top of that , they had the audacity when I called them to be rude with me and not even complement me with my cash back unless I bring them every bite of my food back witch is no problem since the bread is hard anyway . The man on the phone did not want to give me his name and refused to give me corporates number i'm disgusted with there services I do not recommend feeding this trash to anyone read more

MCDONALDS IS DEAD. Yes, the McDonald's that I grew up with is definitely dead. I hadn't been to the Golden Arches in quite a while... and for good reason. I've been very disappointed in McDonald's during the few visits I've made in recent years, so I generally avoid the place. However, my wife and I were in a hurry and made a quick lunch stop. Ours was a simple order of Quarter Pounders and fries. The Quarter Pounder with Cheese used to be one of my favorite burgers. It used to be freshly grilled, warm, juicy and presented on a soft, satisfying sesame seed bun. Now that McDonald's no longer makes fresh burgers, the name Quarter Pounder is all that's left of the original sandwich. This is a hard, dry, mostly cold slab of (meat?) that has been sitting in a plastic tray for hours. The bun is equally dry, with a tiny squirt of mustard and ketchup to help you choke down the sad little mess. The fries are lukewarm and wilted, but half-decent if you douse them with a couple packages of salt. This is food that just sits in your stomach like a rock. We definitely regretted our choice of restaurant and laughed at how horrific McDonald's has become. It was like getting a burger from a vending machine. You're not sure how long the food has been sitting around, but you're starving, so you eat it anyway and immediately regret your decision. It's no wonder McDonald's is losing customers as a company. The menu is glutted with hundreds of crazy items that serve no purpose in a burger joint. I've written about that subject many times, so I won't pontificate further - except to say that unless McDonald's starts simplifying their menu and producing better quality food, the chain is going to become just a faded memory in the scrap heap of Americana. read more

Waited 10 minutes for a small coffee, it wasn't busy, and the pot was already made. Skipped the larger order after me ahead of me. I get the coffee and I notice they put sugar when I asked for Splenda, gave me attitude that they got the order wrong. I've been here earlier in the day when it was much busier and didn't have this problem so this is square on the workers that were in on this particular day. Service is hit or miss; late night drive thru can be fast or could be really really slow. Also, my order sometimes gets taken wrong. The food is okay. There are times when the fries are right out of the fryer, and other times when the fries are stale. Never had rude service, though. It's the only mcdonalds open in Perris 24/7. read more

Avoid their drive thru after 9pm. Their system apparently reboots at that hour and oftentimes fail to come back on, which in turn, forces employees to add up everything using a calculator. Average wait time during this.. 15-45 mins. read more

Today I have received my free food voucher in the mail For a resent food poisoning incident here I chose to eat here again and use the voucher and give them a second chance. I went threw the drive threw ordered a number 2 witch is two cheeseburgers and a large fry with the sweet tea. I approach the first window handed The cashier my voucher she giggled and called the manger she told me give me a second. Manager comes gives me a receipt I approach the second window. Received my food after a short time which was unlikely the fact that I had to wait at the first window for quite awhile. the food should have been done no one was in front of me waiting for food it was very unusual as I was timing them . so I said think you started to eat the fries they were fried but still raw it seems as if they did this purposely. read more

Was told to wait in the reserved space after the car in font of us was told the same thing. After 20 minutes of waiting our food finally came out. Apparently they made us wait until both our order and the car next to us' orders were both ready before they would walk the 20 feet to our car. I went thru the drive thru and ordered breakfast. A simple order, they got the order wrong 3 times! The first time they forgot multiple items and a drink. Then we were told to wait at the wait parking spot given the missing items. Then we open the wrapper and all the sadwichs were incorrect. I like the convenience of the drive through being open 24hrs. I went there around 1:30am and everything was fine, although they were only accepting cash. Perhaps their card machine was down or something. Drive through went fairly quick and food quality was typical. read more

This honestly deserves 0 stars! Horrible service and rude employees. This location has a split drive thru where you pick the line. My boyfriend and I waited on the right side for for 20 minutes with no response. While the left side was helped 3x..yet still no help on the right side. We couldn't leave since we were trapped in line. We explained what happened to the first window employee. He said that they were both doing lane 1 but he didn't apologize. He said to talk to window 2. We explained what happened to the next employee and she cut us off and said she just got there. She was very rude and short with us. I normally go to this location since Iris & Laselle location is horrible. Have only had a few mishaps we'll call them but yesterday morning the manager on duty just really pist me off. I ordered my usual and seems that when I add extras (cheese) on something that is normally doesn't come on it never gets done. With that being said I ordered related my order a good 4 times girl on drive thru speaker kept repeating wrong got to window again told her my order just to make sure she corrected it supposedly, stupid me declined receipt should have known better since price I paid seemed off (more expensive) but hey Covid has hit many's pockets, to still receive my order wrong. I asked employee to assist and she got manager involved not sure why but any who had me going rounds for cheese figured she would just slap on a piece for the inconvenience guess a $.10 cent cheese slice was more worth it to her and her time since she had to walk back and forth to get paid. The few times i have gone there, each tine they have messed up the order, just stopped in after about 9 months ordered a drink only, it took them over 13 minutes to determine that their drink machine did not work, i walked in mind u,,,, the manager was floating n the clouds and knew nothing. Came here to get food before work, ended up spending a good 10min in the drive thru for a simple mcdouble and fry order. I placed my order went to the pay window and they asked me if my order was a fish sandwich. I said no, was asked if it was the pie, again no. Told the rude white girl that it was 2 mcdoubles and a fry, she then slammed the window on me and i proceeded to wait a good 5min before she came back and gave me my total. Annoyed and angry at this point i just paid hoping that when i went to the next window my food would be ready. Well i get there surprise surprise its not. So this was last Sunday (Sunrise Sunday * Easter) this occurred. We were heading to an early church service. The line seemed decent when I arrived. It was just a car and me behind. Then 2 other cars came. I then realized it was taking more than expected. I mean it is a drive through, but, it is supposed to be at least fast enough. Then 30 minutes came by. I then wanted a refund for that long of a wait or more. When I pulled up to the window, a girl said "I'm sorry for the wait." Then I was late for the service. I told the girl that I wanted a refund: then she left and I thought WOW. So she came back with the manager. (6:00am) right at the moment I was like "she doesn't know what a refund is." I also told the manager I wanted a refund. So she gave back money. I wasn't sure what was going on in the kitchen, but I knew something was going on.
