This is the worst Mcdonalds in America. No kidding. They have a poster in the window for 2 for $4 for mix and match bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits with sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin or bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. When you order, however, you are ONLY allowed sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins. False advertising!!! Also (this is worse) when I asked for a cup for water I was refused WATER. "YOU can buy a bottle of water but we don't give cups for water." This is actually a crime in certain parts of the country but I'm on a road trip and have no idea if it is here. Horrible service! Employees are so rude! They get mad when you order a lot of items from the menu. They're machine for ice cream never works. They always mess up my order. Stopped going after the 4th time they either give you something different from what you ordered or they forget to give you an item you got charged for. The food is always over cooked. The lettuce is always old and brown. They slap a whole tub of mayo in the chicken sandwiches and the bread is always stale. The line is always backed up, you want Mc Donald's? I ordered a breakfast here and found a few pieces of black hair in my scrambled eggs, and it was completely disgusting! I informed the cashier, and she only returned the exact dollar amount I paid for the breakfast, and not the orange juice. When I asked her to return the money for the other meal we had ordered, she refused. Regardless, we threw the rest of our food away! Later, I called the food county inspectors who took the report. Fucc this place I was in line 10 min till I got to the speaker to order. After that it was at least another 10 min till I got to the window where u get your food. Once there 3 min later the girl opens the window and says can u wait in parking 2. I said no it's fine I'll wait here. Everything we come to this McDonald's either drive thru or inside, it takes 30 minutes to just take an order. And after 30 or more minutes in drive thru they make you park to the side for your order. Once you say something the person in the drive thru gives an attitude like if she or he doesn't care how long we waited in the drive thru before we were asked to pull to the side. I live here in perris and the I've only came to this McDonald's a hand full of times. I work nearby and I figured id have some coffe while I wait for My shift to start and I walk in and order a small coffee #256 is my number 5 minutes later 259, 260. So I make no fuss so I sit where I can see and hear for My order well 30 minutes and I never got called. So I ask the girl for a refund cuz I gotta go to work.. She calls the manager and the manager says oh we had a medium coffee here and we called the number and no one came...lady I ordered a small coffee. HER Ok let Me get You the coffee. ME no I want My money HER do You want some cookies for free ME NoI cant drink the coffee at work. She still got Me the coffee and hands it to Me. No greeting or thank you to customers. We pay for a good service than give us good customer service. Learn from suncity branch, always present great customer service and the food is great. I just went thru the drive through to get my son breakfast. Whom ever took my order in the drive through should not work with people! Her attitude was horrible. She had an attitude while she took my order and when I drove up to the window to pay she wouldn't open her window! I waited at the window for 5 mins and NOTHING! She was standing right there! This is horrible customer service. I came and ordered 50 nuggets and two medium fries and they asked me if I could wait 5 mins. I only gave them one star because you cannot give a zero. No lids when I went to get drinks in the morning. I had to ask them, and they said nothing to me. At dinner, I placed my order. My discount from the app did not work. We were eating in, so we had a number to take to our table. After 15 minutes we had no food. I went up and noticed that our food was sitting at the take out area on a tray. I complained to an employee, who did not talk to me, but yelled "complaint" to the manager. The manager said she would give me an extra parfait. I told her that we were missing a parfait, but she was not listening, and I told her that the fries were cold and I wanted them replaced. She walked away. The restaurant was understaffed, dirty, and rude. Our local McD's in Apple Valley has done a great job of upgrading and I go there much more often. This one in Perris is terrible. It needs new management and training in customer service. Do not go back until you see some better postings from other people as I notice others making similar comments. THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF LOW QUALITY STAFF, I come in drive thru to order 4 deluxe breakfast combos which come out to 36 and some change, it as my mistake to not carry the proper amount of change so as I pull up to the window the rudest, and I am not emphasizing the poor manners this young lady had, tells me "I can't take that no change other than 20s" I totally understand as I tell her I will get change...I made sure to tell her,"is it ok if I come back and will my order be ready?" She says once again with attitude yes. I go to auto-zone and get change and this time I go inside where a short middle aged manager doesn't act knowledge I have been waiting for someone to attend me until all the orders are taken out and now she has to attend me, when she does I tell her I am the drive-thru order.. not even with the slightly apologies for the inconvenience " we deleted that order because our time will be messed up, you have to go back in the drive thru line" as you can imagine I was livid but I will not take the time to ask for names or put energy into attempting to get employees fired all I recommend if you are in town and you are looking for food you're better off at the gas station next door. read more
