I was told I could not place an order over the phone. The…read moreyoung man finally took my order but i was told in the future they probably would not take my order unless I ordered online. The reason being that he was the employee only employ there at night and that he had to wash the dishes take the orders fix the food and he did not have time to write down the orders even though I tried to explain to him that I order there very often and they are usually large orders and I usually order them when I am driving towards home so it's a little impossible to do an online order. I tried to find the name of the owner of this particular franchise but could not find it. I would normally have raided this Subway hire but this is not the first issue with an employee

Update #3 yesterday I got a phone call from another administrator and he wanted to hear again what…read morehappened, because they want to make changes and address this issues. Wow I was impressed and this is the Chick-fil-A treatment that I excepted. By the way the gentleman name is Dennis and he also agreed that he was the best ever. We need more of this so make the call and take the name note to self. This is why I'm going from a 1 start to 4. Update: Today I called and I wish I had taken the name of the manager that answered me. She was very apologetic and told me that she was going to check in this matter and that the gentleman is the sweetest person ever. I'm going to call back and get his name because as kind and nice as she was to me I want to be to him. I hope that the manager at that time can learn from this experience and treat customers better. If I could give this place a zero I would! The the only person that deserves it, is the older man working cleaning around being so kind and trying to make me not feel upset for being ignored. I arrived 5 minutes before they started lunch and placed my order in the app. The first thing that I asked the worked that is outside checking you in or taking orders was am I ok or do I need to cancel and order lunch and she said you are fine, the order went through and do you need to add anything else and i said no thanks. The line was long and they are super super slow. We have been in line for 10 minutes and only two cars have moved when my app notification says pull around your order is ready. We were confused as we have like 7 cars in front of us not even moving. We were traveling so we don't know how this place works. You need training from our people here at a chick fil A . We go around and I go inside and asked for my order to an employee and explain I came from the drive thru, he goes and ask and comes back with nada nothing. I tell him that I got a notification, one of their manager I imagine in gray comes and asks me and tells me that I ordered during breakfast and the app cancels and leaves me there without even offering to help or an option. I called her back as I have a notification and she says did you order with the worker up front and after I said yes she said I don't think so. At this point I'm frustrated it's our second day driving back home after a great vacation and drive and this lady just ruined my day. I want to give a shout out to the decent older man that works there and try so hard to make things better by saying maybe there is going to be an accident and this is why you are being late (bless his heart) he was so sweet. I go to the car to get my phone and show to the manager or whoever gray tshirt was and when I come back she has my order and not even an apology. I will bookmark this one to never stop here again and now I know why your reviews are so bad! We wasted 30 minutes in this stop and a stupid argument not needed. Worst Chick-fil-A ever. The store was cleaned also thanks to that gentleman.

This Starbucks is pretty similar to most other Starbucks. It is located on the Radford campus which…read moremakes it convenient for a pick me up. It is open to the public so anyone can grab a drink there. It is run by students so sometimes the time you wait for the drink to be made can be a little longer than most, which is odd because there's always like fifteen people behind the counter. The lines in this location are always fairly long depending on the time of day (and when class gets out). Its always clean, though sometimes the trash cans overflow after a large rush or they run out of little things like napkins or drink carriers. Overall, it's a pretty good Starbucks and there's plenty of outlets which is imperative if you're a student so I recommend.

My son and I were visiting from out of town and decided to grab food from Cook Out. The drive-thru…read morewas fast, which was great. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with chicken nuggets, hush puppies, and Cajun cheese fries. My son ordered a double cheeseburger with nothing on it, fries, and chicken nuggets. We also asked for honey mustard and barbecue sauce for the nuggets. When we got back to our hotel, we were disappointed to find only three small nuggets in the tray and no barbecue sauce. While the sandwiches were good and they did give us honey mustard and some type of special sauce we didn't care for, the biggest letdown was the Cajun cheese fries. There was no Cajun seasoning at all, and the cheese tasted terrible--like it came from an old can with a chemical or off taste. The cheese was so bad I had to throw the whole order of fries in the trash. Overall, while the sandwiches were decent, the missing items and terrible cheese fries made this a disappointing experience.

Our visit to Waffle House was truly one of the highlights of our road trip in the USA…read more We stopped here on our way to Washington, D.C. just to try something classic American - and we got so much more than we expected. Even though the place was packed and it was raining outside, the staff welcomed us with incredible warmth and kindness. We were pleasantly surprised that most of the team were more experienced staff - everything ran smoothly, everyone knew exactly what to do. Even in the middle of the rush, they found time to set us up with a spot almost right by the kitchen, just to make sure we could enjoy our meal comfortably. That attention to detail meant so much to us. Our server, the wonderful Debbie, was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. The team asked where we were from, where we were traveling to, and if we were enjoying our time in the U.S. You could really feel that they cared about their guests - something you don't see often these days. The food, of course, was excellent, but what made this visit truly unforgettable was the people. Their energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness created an experience we'll remember for a long time. I even bought a mug as a keepsake to always remember this wonderful moment. If you're ever passing through Christiansburg, this is a stop you absolutely don't want to miss. It's not just about the food - it's about the people.

The woman working the grill had no clue what she was doing. We gave them the benefit of doubt and waited for about 30 minutes, she was throwing things and complaining about burning the food. They also cooked others who came in after us food before tending to us. They weren't very inclined with their responsibilities. It seems like the two coworkers just wanted to complain so they didn't have to work. Very unprofessional for a busy town. Wouldn't recommend coming during night shift. We decided to eat elsewhere after walking out. As we were leaving town we drove past and saw both coworkers smiling while the once busy restaurant was completely empty. This was a 5 minute difference.
