I saw some complaints about this place that I don't really understand. I just left this Starbucks myself and I had a perfectly fine experience. The location itself is easy to get in and out of, it's modern, clean. Everybody working there was polite, laid-back and competent. I was in and out and had no problems at all. I will say that I actually parked and went in, rather than going through the drive-thru. read more

If you want to get a refreshment Starbucks is the place to go. This is an especially good location if you also need to get gas as it's located in the same parking lot. We stopped during a road trip and were able to get good quality, Starbucks, a clean restroom, and gas. No complaints! My daughter likes the strawberry acai and I like the cold brew. read more

We were traveling to TN and stopped for gas and a facility break. I needed coffee from Starbucks for 100%. We ordered our drinks and other items. I realized that we needed another drink and muffin. I ask are you here and silence, I wait a minute and ask again and nothing. We drive up to pay and I asked if we can add anything to the existing order. I mentioned I tried to tell you but when you finished my order you left. She said I was talking to a customer really loud and ignored my question. I asked again and she said we can try and you may need to drive up and wait because we have a long line. I'm aware of the line because I sat in it for 30 mins. She said what do you want and I tell her. She said we discontinue that. I said your menu said new. That's a mistake. Who makes that mistake. False advertising. We chose another drink and did receive it quickly. I for go ordering the muffin I wanted. I'd say not the best Starbucks experience I've ever had. They're typically super friendly. read more

Great location in Princeton, WV! There's a Tesla Supercharger within short walking distance, as well as a convenience store and gas pumps. This is extremely convenient for travelers on the highway going through West Virginia. This location deserves special kudos, because it staff are so friendly. Recently, we were doing a road trip, and stopped here. Our kids love Starbucks cake pops and fruit drinks, and the staff were very helpful, even giving them a free sample before they chose. They spoke to our children in a very friendly manner, and took the time to make them smile, which was very appreciated. Overall, the location was clean, comfortable, and served excellent food/drinks. Would highly recommend to any traveler going through this area. Thank you guys very much for a great experience not once, but twice within a week! We shall definitely be back! read more

Experienced the rudest cashier at this Starbucks. She rung up my order incorrectly and then refused to make it right and said I ordered wrong. Absolutely awful. Thankfully the barista heard all of it and made it right. Kudos to her but shame on the cashier. She definitely could benefit from customer service training. read more

Awful customer service! Rang up our order wrong, we corrected her, while waiting for the corrected drink she forgot that we were waiting for the corrected drink and tried to send us on our way. When she brought us our drink, it was still wrong, and she just gave us back the original drink. Customer service was terrible from the start. Don't waste your time or money. The inside has been redecorated but I'm not a fan. it's one long bench with round tables in front. there is no ability to meet with someone at a table by itself which means no private conversations or private computer work. the tables and chairs outside have no umbrellas so you burn up out there. I did a mobile order a few weeks ago. I was about 20 minutes getting it but I order Starbucks in another town which is 30 min away so I KNOW what my drink is supposed to look like and taste like. It was a pink drink and when I got it, it was not pink milky look and I said "I don't think this is right". Some young blonde girl with an attitude quickly says "that's because you are 30 min late". I decided to bite my tongue and tasted it. It was horrible. I had purchased two of these large pink drinks by the way. I said "no, something is not right. Can you please remake?" She started slamming stuff and waited on the entire drive through line and everyone else and when she was almost done remaking she said "we don't have strawberries" and I said "well that is why it doesn't taste right and I had paid for extra in each drink". She said "those strawberries do notreally add flavor". I should have forced my money back on both of those. They were horrible and she was insanely rude but I don't want to be that Karen. read more

No, just keep driving past this place. I was traveling and stopped here for coffee and ordered a Pike Place Coffee. I took a sip of my coffee while still in the drive-thru and it did not taste like what I ordered. I made the cashier aware and asked if she could perhaps add more coffee to it as what I had tasted like sweet cream. For a request that takes 2 seconds, the cashier asked that I drive to the front. Uh why? My ordered was not prepared correctly the first time so why do I have to drive up to the front and wait. Make me a new coffee now! Another female, who appeared to maybe be a manager, came to the drive-thru window and asked that I again drive back up to the front and stated "we have all these other cars behind you whose ordered are ready". Excuse YOU! The audacity... you work for one of the biggest companies in the United States and I'm sure that corporate would not agree to your response in this situation by making me feel like my own order and service is not as important as the long list of cars and customers behind me. You make $12/hr. Have several seats and Starbucks can take this L and have several seats behind her. Won't be coming back here and I hope others don't as well. read more

It is too bad Gordon Ramsay does not fix chain restaurants because this Starbucks needs to be put right. We placed a mobile order for two drinks and the wait of predicted 10 minute became almost an hour. We discovered that the orders were being filled in a random order and a whole set of orders were set aside, forgotten. The manager took no action to help catch up up but seemed concerned about the growing number of angry customers. And after the long wait, one drink was not made right. Pathetic. read more

I feel it is still necessary to share if only for the points made on customer service - or the lack thereof in this instance} This is now just careless. Mobile orders couldn't be that complicated to fill. Mine was placed 15 minutes ago and was to be ready in 5-11 minutes. You have plenty of people working. In fact one was just standing there and argued with me TWICE that I hadn't submitted an online order. THEN she found it. But no apologies for being wrong or rude. Whatever. I stood there, appalled, and began this review. Why would I make this up? Do I look like I'm trying to score some free coffee? Also, I only ordered an iced coffee with a couple of shots. Didn't order a frappuccino made from the essence of some endangered animal and unicorn mane clippings. An insincere apology was made when thrusting the poorly prepared drink in my general direction. I would've rated them 1 star, but from this experience, this Starbucks is usually super kind, helpful, and prepares tasty drinks and food. I don't wanna mar the whole joint for one snotty undergrad. I don't feel right evening give this Starbucks 1 star. Whoever was working the cash register today at 5:00 was by far the rudest person I've encountered at a Starbucks. Her customer skills need some attention. My order was wrong and when I asked for it to be made correctly, her response was for me to throw it out...no apology AND I had to prompt her that perhaps it needed to be remade!! ‍ In addition, she felt it was more important to empty the trash rather than to address the issue. Super sad that I pay so much money for a drink and to get that kind of attitude is upsetting. read more

This coffeehouse is one of the best around. The variety of menu options make it very helpful when ordering. I may say, they are a bit slow. Your average wait time in the drive-thru is probably 5-15 minutes. But, they manage to remember every little detail you put in your order. Out of my 5 years of going here, they've forgot my order about 3-5 times, comparing to the amount of times I've went here, thats excellent. They have very wonderful Covid-19 procedures too. Everyone is wearing masks, gloves, providing hand sanitizer, etc. Starbucks is one of those places you never get tired of, even if you're passing thru on the highway, or you're one of their best customers. read more

I went in to use the restroom and get a snack. The bathrooms should be nuked- they were utterly disgusting. There was something smeared on the bowl- but even if there wasn't that the overall cleanliness was severely lacking- use some bleach and a scrub brush. The way the bathrooms look are an indicator to the cleanliness of the store. Needs work read more

This Starbucks needs to learn a little bit about customer service. I am usually not one to write reviews but this experience was not great. It seems as though the employees need more training on making drinks. My sister ordered a salted caramel frappe. He said he didnt have to ingre so he had to use "toffee". We got the drink and it said "toffee nut" on the side, and tasted like nuts. my sister has a nut allergy and we were not aware it was but flavoring. we went in to get a dog drink and the lady said without the "toffee nut" flavoring it would just be carmel. Which was fine with us. It was the way the employee told us that they told me there was going to be "toffee nut" flavoring it in which they did not. She told us to go throw away the previous drink and then they would remake it for us. Then we continue to hear and see all employees giving looks at each other like they were annoyed with us. Could be worse, but definitely not the friendly experience we always have at starbucks. read more

I have to say this is one of the better Starbucks locations that I have been to. After spending 10 years in NC, I am definitely a Starbucks addict, and I was certainly excited to find out that there was one here before moving back. I have put off going, however, as I was worried that it might not live up to my expectations. To be frank, I was fearful it would be like one of the Kentucky Fried Tacos that you see dotting the landscape in rural way points. NOT SO! It is seriously better than a lot of other locations, very clean and well kept, friendly staff, and really good service. As for the missing star that made it a 4 instead of 5 star review, two small things keep me from going 5 for 5. First, navigating the parking lot is at your own peril, as it is adjacent to a gas station, with motorists jetting about like a giant game of bumper cars. Second, while the staff are great, as well as very very friendly and helpful, there was a delay with my order. Though I'm very confident it was the result of a busy time combined with a possible need to brew a new batch, they did recover quickly even if they didn't communicate there would be a delay. If I were to rate on a 100 point scale, they would get a 95. read more

I love starbucks! I was recently traveled thru west Virginia and loved this location. It is right next to a gas station, so you can grab the gas and a nice new lemonade from starbucks. Staff friendly upon entering , easy place to sit and work. The low stars are for complete lack of cleanliness - not once in the 2 hours did an employee clean a table, pick up the overflowing trash or sweep out a bathroom. read more
