Update #3 yesterday I got a phone call from another administrator and he wanted to hear again what happened, because they want to make changes and address this issues. Wow I was impressed and this is the Chick-fil-A treatment that I excepted. By the way the gentleman name is Dennis and he also agreed that he was the best ever. We need more of this so make the call and take the name note to self. This is why I'm going from a 1 start to 4. Update: Today I called and I wish I had taken the name of the manager that answered me. She was very apologetic and told me that she was going to check in this matter and that the gentleman is the sweetest person ever. I'm going to call back and get his name because as kind and nice as she was to me I want to be to him. I hope that the manager at that time can learn from this experience and treat customers better. If I could give this place a zero I would! The the only person that deserves it, is the older man working cleaning around being so kind and trying to make me not feel upset for being ignored. I arrived 5 minutes before they started lunch and placed my order in the app. The first thing that I asked the worked that is outside checking you in or taking orders was am I ok or do I need to cancel and order lunch and she said you are fine, the order went through and do you need to add anything else and i said no thanks. The line was long and they are super super slow. We have been in line for 10 minutes and only two cars have moved when my app notification says pull around your order is ready. We were confused as we have like 7 cars in front of us not even moving. We were traveling so we don't know how this place works. You need training from our people here at a chick fil A . We go around and I go inside and asked for my order to an employee and explain I came from the drive thru, he goes and ask and comes back with nada nothing. I tell him that I got a notification, one of their manager I imagine in gray comes and asks me and tells me that I ordered during breakfast and the app cancels and leaves me there without even offering to help or an option. I called her back as I have a notification and she says did you order with the worker up front and after I said yes she said I don't think so. At this point I'm frustrated it's our second day driving back home after a great vacation and drive and this lady just ruined my day. I want to give a shout out to the decent older man that works there and try so hard to make things better by saying maybe there is going to be an accident and this is why you are being late (bless his heart) he was so sweet. I go to the car to get my phone and show to the manager or whoever gray tshirt was and when I come back she has my order and not even an apology. I will bookmark this one to never stop here again and now I know why your reviews are so bad! We wasted 30 minutes in this stop and a stupid argument not needed. Worst Chick-fil-A ever. This is the worst CF I've ever been to in all my travels! Stopped in around 10:15 on Saturday. We waited almost 20 minutes for a to go order (30 nuggets and fries). I watched what appeared to be a manager (she was wearing all black) ask a customer if they needed something. They needed a refill. Instead of doing it herself which would have taken 10 seconds, she walked to the other side and asked someone else to stop filling orders to do it. The person would have had their refill and been out the door already. Just because you are management doesn't put you above putting in work if you are busy or maybe short staffed. The inside wasn't extremely busy, but the drive thru was pretty backed up. Food was ok, wasn't like the superb that I usually get at almost all locations. read more

Stopped by during a roadtrip for a quick lunch. Staff were busy but keeping up with the rush. My order was correct and tasted as expected.

With being from Orlando FL, we have tons of Chick-Fil-A's within the area, but I never had a taste for them. During my recent road trip through West Virginia, my best friend and I decided to give them a try. She gave me a smirk look once I told her I never tasted Chick-Fil-A. Can you believe she tried to make me feel like I was missing out on life? Baybee, I wasn't missing out on ANYTHING! Now, I have to admit that the inside of the establishment is very well kept. Location is right off the freeway-Perfect! The inside was very clean and spotless. The staff was all very nice and did their best to make you feel welcomed. I loved how all the condiments were well organized and arranged! No need to ask for ketchup or salt & pepper as all that was in the eating area for you to grab on your own; love that! I opted for the Chicken Sandwich and the fries. Now, don't get me wrong, the fries were delicious! I can eat fries from anywhere as long as they are dropped fresh. It was the BURGER, Y'all! I didn't enjoy the burger, ugh! The chicken was dryyyyy and it didn't come with anything on it, other than mayonnaise. So disappointing! I know this is not Burger King so I couldn't have it my way but dayum! Can a sista' get some pickles on my sandwich, please? Cheese at least? Maybe I had to ask for it? We Got Cobb Salads but we're disappointed We went with Cobbs because a deciding factor between Cobb Salad and Market Salad is the little pack of crispy tomato bits. Best lunch off the highway you can get! Chik-fil-a may have questionable ethics, but they have good customer service. You're greeted warmly when you walk in, the tables are always clean, there's always one of those sound-proof play spaces for kids, and they bring the food to your table! While I love all of their dressings and dipping sauces I kept my order relatively simple this last time with the Spicy Southwest salad. It was delicious greens topped with black beans, grilled chicken, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, cheese corn, and more. I felt like I got a lot of protein but managed to steer clear of anything too unhealthy. I felt so satisfied and energized for the rest of my long car trip after eating this delicious meal. I was starving while driving home to Michigan and I was happy when Yelp showed a chick fil-a right around the corner. Like normal I purchased the 3 piece chicken strips with fries and a coke. Just had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-a. Ordered food to go; one grilled chicken sandwich meal and 1 grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun. Waited and waited and waited. Manager finally said that a carry-out bag that had been sitting there for awhile was ours - that they used the wrong name. We were under time constraints (the reason we were getting fast food in the first place), so we took the bag and left. We were already out of the parking lot when I discovered that it contained 2 chicken sandwich meals, and no gluten-free bun.
