They literally come up to your car, take your order, and bring your food back. I loved the old school feel. It took no time for my food to arrive-about 7 minutes. I got a burger, onion rings, and a hotdog all the way. The onion rings were fresh, hot, and had the perfect amount of salt. The burger was well seasoned, had that crisp, grilled taste. The hotdog was good as well-chili was perfect. It was such a nostalgic feel and definitely a must visit for the experience.

There was no Cajun seasoning at all, and the cheese tasted terrible--like it came from an old can with a chemical or off taste. The cheese was so bad I had to throw the whole order of fries in the trash. Overall, while the sandwiches were decent, the missing items and terrible cheese fries made this a disappointing experience.

They were into their own little personal conversation. The restrooms were not the cleanest, but were usable. They definitely hadn't been tended to for quite awhile. That was quite clear. Less personal conversations could fix this issue. Once I took care of what I went in there for, I left my family in the store and headed back to the car. They came out with an OLD & BURNT cheese pizza for my son. Why would anyone purchase that #1??? I was upset because I would've never. That pizza had been sitting there for an hour according to the sticker on the top of the pizza. Someone needs a lesson in food prep because there's no reason that it should be cremated. Luckily, I didn't spend MY money on it, so I didn't even bother taking it back in there. Which Wich is attached to the store, but we didn't go in there. I can't speak to their food. We also didn't get any gas, so I didn't pay attention to the prices. If we are desperate to use the restroom while traveling back home, we may revisit. I won't go on purpose though. Actually, I have discovered that every Chick-fil-A is very unique in its own way. And this one was not different. First of all, I was impressed by the attractiveness of the design of its outdoor signs in relief. By the small dining patio to be able to dine outdoors in good weather. By the open interior space that created a comfortable environment in which to enjoy your meal. By the framed artworks and photographs on the wall celebrating the City of Salem, the Grand Opening of this restaurant on June 7, 2012, and the Story of Chick-fil-A. But as if this wasn't enough, what most impressed me was the quality of their employees here, as in all of their restaurants. Now only were they warm and friendly, but also very knowledgeable and helpful to someone like me, who was visiting their restaurant for the first time. They really made me feel right at home, creating for me an extraordinary dining experience. When it was time to order, a very friendly lady greeted me and took my order. I was able to tell that her greeting was genuine and not rehearsed. I order their Biscuit, Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich, with their Hash Browns, and a Coffee. Everything looked so good and tasted delightful. I loved the little box in which they served my hash browns which were cooked to perfection. And were truly "Crispy bites of pure delight." My server so nice and helpful. She scanned my Chick-fil-A app so I could get points for my purchase and then showed me where the condiments station was so I could add cream and sugar to my coffee as I pleased. As I was enjoying my breakfast while sitting in a window booth, I noticed how cars drove by and a Chick-fil-A employee would walk to the cars, that by the way were under a roof, and diliver their orders. This indeed was more personal than driving through a pick-up window. Chick-fil-A always finds a way to make life more comfortable for its customers. And this isn't just statistics gathered through surveys. It is experienced everyday by each one of its customers. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A as one of my favorite of them all.
