My youngest son is in a chicken nugget phase, so we swing by our local McDonald's a few times a week so he can get his fix. I always place our order online ahead of time to make things easier and take advantage of any discounts or promotions they are offering. I select drive thru as my pick up option so I don't have to bring everyone inside just to pick up his order. This drive thru is PAINFULLY SLOW no matter what time of the day or night we choose to stop by. So slow in fact, that I wrote this review before I even got to the screen to tell them I was here to pick up an online order. They open at 5 am on Saturday, I was there at 5:15 am, they took my order, but when I got to the pickup window I was asked to come back in a few because they weren't ready yet. There were 4 employees there, and they still couldn't take orders 15 minutes after opening. I went to Dunkin across the plaza which also opens at 5 am, there were only 2 employees working, they took my order and served my sandwich and coffee in about 3-4 minute. Before going into this review. This is a fast food restaurant so you can't expect 5 star quality. I went to this location many times; if you want timely service, then you should order it online and pick up inside. The drive thru is one of the longest waits I have been through. I wish the online order number spots were enforced more. I do miss the old decor they had before the remodel. It doesn't scream kids fun zone anymore. I ordered the Minecraft Adult Chicken Nugget meal. Everything was correct, the fries a little too salty but nothing to complain about. I placed a curbside pickup order with my three children in the car and ended up waiting outside for about 40 minutes with no updates. Eventually, I went inside to pick up the food myself, only to discover that both adult meals were missing fries. After going back inside and waiting for help, I returned to the car and realized the Happy Meals were also missing fries. That meant a second trip inside. When I finally got someone to replace the fries, I discovered there was no sauce with my meal -- requiring yet another trip inside. My nuggets were old and cold when I received them. On top of that, my son's Happy Meal was missing the apple slices, but at that point I was not going to go back in a fourth time. Although the restaurant was busy, this number of mistakes and the amount of time wasted is unacceptable. I should not have to double-check my order three separate times just to get what I paid for -- and still end up with cold, incomplete food. This has been a repeated issue at this location, and after this experience, I will now be driving out of my way to the McDonald's in Massachusetts just to avoid this one. I've been getting delivery here and the food is consistent and on time. It's McDonalds quality, so no point rating the food.

Lunch hour.. wasnt even a rush, 3 customers. Took over 20 minutes. They cannot get it right! I've given these folks multiple opportunities to cook my egg on my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin WELL DONE. I've mentioned it on a few occasions and stressed that they do so. Instead nearly every time the egg yolk comes out like jelly while the rest of the egg is cooked. Totally nasty as I do NOT LIKE runny or undercooked eggs. Unfortunately I usually find out it's not cooked right after I've left and gotten to my destination. IF YOU VALUE FOOD SAFETY, STAY AWAY!!! NONE OF THE MANAGERS OR THE GENERAL MANAGER HAVE FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATIONS!!!! I was in there a few days ago and overheard a manager speaking to an employee about how the health department was there because someone told them that none of their managers including their general manager had ServSafe Food Safety certificates. The employee asked the manager what a servsafe certificate was and the manager had no idea!!! I emailed McDonald's to complain and the area supervisor Randy emailed me "to insure me that every manager at this restaurant is certified through a Nationally accredited program in food safety". I literally heard 1 manager say they didn't know what it was and another manager laughing about how the ones they had posted are fake. I work in a restaurant and this is a HUGE no-no BY LAW they need these qualifications. Not to mention that clearly no one there knows anything about food safety! I'm horrified!!!! Needless to say I threw my entire order in the trash when I got it. I've been coming here for years and I used to come almost every day but in the past year they're either closed, I wait 20 minutes in drive through, the dining room is a mess, they're always messing up my order. This McDonald's is an example of a soup kitchen. For some reason the management decided it was OK even though they're exhaust system was broken to still deep fryFoods. Which meant the entire sitting area was incredibly foggy with thick black smoke. If you feel like constantly choking while trying to eat a disgusting chicken sandwich then you have found your spot. Okay, I know, it is McDonald's, it's fast food and barely worth the time it takes to write a review. However, in this case, it is worth it. Why? Well, this review should have been done some time ago, why? Because this place blows and you should avoid it at all costs. I always get sucked in and will hit this location because it is so close to home, it is open 24 hours on weekends, and many times after a long night out I am craving that junk food and need to stop. But I never learn, I don't know why I always come back here? And, it's equally crappy on nights as it is in the middle of the day. The inside of this location is gross, just completely filthy. I generally go through the drive thru but I can tell you, if you are going to go in to this place, make sure your shots are all update, and probably make sure your will is all set up too. Chances are you will walk in and step on some good old crusty fries or pickles, which may end up in your food.. But, the main issue here? The freaking wait time! no matter what time you go through the drive thru you are WAITING, and when I mean wait, I mean wait.. If there are two cars in front of you, forget it, you are there at least 15 minutes. I got a big mac tonight and a 10 piece nugget for my GF on my way back from Twin River. Two cars in Drive Thru, waited 15 minutes and finally got my food. The food was hot but my Big Mac literally fell apart.
