This McDonald's is so bad! It's so conveniently located, but goodness, it really needs some improvements. I always order ahead on the app because I want my food ready when I arrive. I've done this a handful of times at this location, and without a doubt, I have to pull up into a reserved drive-thru spot and wait 5-10 mins for my food. It is such an inconvenience. I order ahead so my food is ready and prepared before I arrive. I have been to different McDonald's locations and ordered ahead, and this NEVER happens. I'm not the only person this happens to. McDonald's comfort food for the win. I hung out in the restaurant briefly while Jeremy tried to make a connection with his birth sister. We were hoping I'd be in the restaurant for a while because that would mean that the sister had actually opened her door and invited him in. Sadly, that did not happen, and he returned to pick me up within ten minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed those ten minutes, though. The fries were perfect, and the cheeseburgers (minus pickles) were outrageously delicious. I know that with national chains, the food is supposed to taste the same at each location, no matter where you eat, but these cheeseburgers hit hard. The caramel frappe makes me happy every time. Great selection of music playing. And the restaurant is kept spotlessly clean. Theres a little nook in the back that is brightly sunlit and welcoming. I found plastic in my chicken nuggets. The manager (hispanic female) was very rude, defensive, and did not care so it must be normal for this location. Decent food but they mess up your order all the time check your sauces. The fill the drinks up about 3/4 of the way never get the hamburgers right. Some employees are nice and some are blatantly rude so there is no fair judgement for that but still go there if you are looking for something quick and decent. read more

The young man texting on his phone handed me the wrong food he then proceeded to grab the bag back quickly hand me my food bag and he put his hands done the front of his pants. Consistently SLOW in the drive thru. Ridiculously slow. Sadly, this is very convenient for me. However, four times in the past 50 visits I've left the drive-thru lane after ordering. Today I was 3rd in line to pay. While listening to the Orioles, I noticed an entire 1/2 inning had gone by and I was still 3rd in line. The person in front still had their money in their hand, meaning they hadn't paid yet. When he finally moved up, another 1/2 inning went by and car 2 still had not paid. That's about 20 minutes in line waiting to pay. This is, without a doubt, a regularly depressing McDs. How hard is it to make change? When car 2 shut off his engine, I left for the Hardees. This McDonalds has a history of forgetting to open the lobby in the morning. The sign on the door says the lobby opens at 5:00. I have stopped at this store to find the lobby still locked at 5:30 - 5:40 at least 8 times in the last 6 months. I sent complaints to the store through their website. Was contacted and given an apology and was told that it shouldn't happen again. Yet it continues to happen. If you knock on the windows it's hard to get anyones attention. When they do come you get a nasty attitude. The other review says the lobby is cozy and it looks cozy from what I could see looking in from the outside. If they are so careless about even opening their doors to their customers it makes you wonder what else they don't care about. I don't think I would trust eating here if the employees have such a careless attitude. There are plenty of other McDonalds within a few minutes of this location who do a much better job. read more

I just go to this one because of pure convince, The employees act like they hate you for even coming up to the counter or the window. They all speak in the same monotone voice as if they'd rather kill themselves than take your order. I'm really fed up with this place. The last straw that I had was when my friends and I were eating inside around 10:00pm, some kids wanted to come in but the door was locked. I let them in and I got yelled at because "mcdonalds is closed" when It shouldn't close until 11pm, which it clearly said on one of their signs. The manager came over and caused a scene with me telling me and everyone I was with that we need to leave or they would call the police. I wasn't even causing a problem. I apologize for opening the door for them. I told the woman that I was going to wait for my boyfriend to get out of the bathroom before I leave, which she still had an issue with that. He had his phone and his vape on the table (he didn't vape inside, he took it out of his pocket when he sat down to eat.) she told me to leave his stuff and "get the fuck out of here" i grabbed his stuff and left. I've never been treated like that by an employee/manager. We walked out the door and another lady came out and yelled at us because we "broke" their door. Which I don't know how we could've done that considering we just pushed it open. I don't know that's wrong with the people who work here, but they're obnoxious and completely rude. read more

Went through drive-thru and ordered 3 sandwiches.Got my food...after a longer than expected wait...and two of the three sandwiches were wrong. I parked and went inside to have them fix the order. I explain the mistake they made to a young guy, around 16 yrs old, behind the counter and he takes the sandwiches and says he will get them to make new ones. So I waited about 5 min and he comes to the counter with a bag containing my corrected order. He takes the sandwiches out of the bag , opens each sandwich to ensure that they are correct and I notice something on his arm, and at first thought it was ketchup. But then noticed more of it on his hand, fingers, and up his arm...IT WAS BLOOD. I could see that his finger was bleeding. I said to him "is that blood"? He said "NO", and wiped his hand on his pants and tried to hide the fact that he was bleeding pretty heavily from a cut on his finger. He then throws the sandwiches in the bag and hands me the bag and walks away. I tell a different employee that I do not want the sandwiches because he just opened the sandwiches with blood all over his hands and there is blood on the sandwich wrapper. I told them I do not have time to wait for them to remake my order yet again so just refund my money. The girl tells the manager who then comes over and asks me why I want a refund and I tell her. No apology from this manager. She actually was mad because I wanted my money back. Without saying anything to me she just storms off to the back of the store for 15 minutes while I stand there not knowing what the heck i'm waiting for. So I ask the girl "Is someone going to refund my money"? She says, "Im waiting for her (the manager) to tell me what she wants to do"!. I asked "what do you mean...she has to think about whether or not I get my money back"? The girl says, "No, we have something we have to do". I'm not sure what that meant. So after a few more minutes she walks to the back of the store and then returns. She opens the register and hands me my refund...that's it! I never saw the manager again. Never got an apology. Just handed me my money and walked away. They acted as if it I was being ridiculous because I didnt want blood laced food. They were actually MAD AT ME for inconveniencing them!!!
