My partner really enjoyed the calamari. The salmon was especially well prepared--crispy on the outside while still moist on the inside. The farro risotto was creamy and had very good flavor, and the asparagus worked well with the rest of the dish. Our food came out fairly quickly, service was friendly, and the way they handled the oysters left a good impression. Overall, Cypress is a solid local seafood restaurant and somewhere I'd be comfortable returning to.

The short rib was really tender and flavorful, the bread was toasted but still soft. Perhaps the unsung hero of the meal were the fries and the malt vinegar aioli! The fries were incredible and the accompanying aioli was perfectly tangy, we couldn't stop eating them in spite of being full. Overall we were really pleased with our meal!
