This McDonalds sucks. Do not come to this location. They took forever to take our order and made us pay an ungodly amount of money for crappy food. They also forgot the ranch which I asked for several times. The fries tasted hard and stale, and my drink wasn't full, which seems hard to mess up because it had no ice. We were asked to wait for our food on the side of the building, more specifically for "fresh nuggets" and they were very dry and tasted like they've been sitting. I travel a lot and have noticed that the service levels at many McDonalds has gone down hill a lot. First it is hard to get counter service anymore and you have to wait at the counters forever to get some help even though they see you. This one was too bad but the dining area was a mess. Dirty tables throughout, dirty floors and if you sat down you had to clean the table yourself. While dining someone finally came out to supposedly clean but didn't clean any tables and pretended to clean some of the floor before sitting down at a table and talking to a customer they evidently knew (pic included). read more

We finally after waiting a while got an operator to talk to us and ask us what we want, my fiance asked if they have the spicy mcgriddles still and the lady cut him off talking over him and said immediately no we don't have that here. my fiance asked if there was some way they could make it for me to fulfill my craving and she again, cut him off and said exactly and started laughing then said sir how are we gonna serve a lunch item at breakfast. a hot and spicy mcgriddle is quite literally a breakfast item... she was so rude. we just left and came to the jack in the box next door, they were very nice. read more

Not the first time we have had issues. Everytime the order ends up being wrong or have long wait times for food to be prepared. Today we used the app to order breakfast. We were in our way to Phoenix. Ordered the bacon egg biscuit. Lo and behold we go down the road and I find in the package marked bacon and egg biscuit was a sausage only biscuit. I was the only person in line. There were about 3 different customers in the lobby who were waiting for their food.
