It is extremely spacious, clean, and foremost, has a top notch staff. There is obviously a lot of hard work and attention to detail that built this Starbucks. In my book, hard work warrants respect. Ordered an iced white mocha with oat milk and some pastries. The coffee was the worst one I have EVER had at any Starbucks EVER. I am not even sure of the girl put the white mocha sugar in it at all. Tastes more like a latte with a little sugar teaser. I have been waiting to get this cup of iced coffee since we left Corpus Christi Texas yesterday- have never been so disappointed. I would have took it back in but I didn't taste it until we were I the car and driving. Bummer. The blonde made it and the Democrat took our order. I tipped $3 for that too. I would change the hashtag above if the app would let me. My primary issue is rhe rude setvice at this Starbucks. I'm a frequent user of Starbucks. Top 8 percent at the moment and in 2023 top like a simple drink, chai latte, so even this Starbucks had no trouble with it. But my husband has a more complicated order. When I picked up his order I was disappointed to see they had only filled his tall glass halfway full. That would be because he had asked for no ice in the drink. I asked them to fill the glass. My excact worsds were "You could fill this to the top. They did, but the barista gave me a great deal of attitude, and also explained the policy, not previously explained, of selling people only half a drink if they custom ordered. Then the manager claimed that was a Starbucks standard. I told her about being in the top 8 percent of Starbucks users, and no other Starbucks I had ever visited had this policy. I was a bit miffed she tried to blame this on company policy, and she too was giving me attitude. So I did ask her if she was saying her Starbucks had worse standards than 92 percent of stores company wide. (To be honest my once local Starbucks several times was charging my husband double for this same drink in trente size and wouldn't change his mind. We reported this to the corporate number and the rep there said a $1.50 extra charge would be allowed but not double the price of the drink. We never saw that manager at this Starbucks again. At the one in Parker although they did give me a correctly made drink after this exchange. I then sat down with my and my husband's drink and the manager said "You didn't have to raise your voice!" But I hadn't. So, now raising my voice a little bit I told her I had not raised my voice at the counter but because she wanted to keep pursuing the matter I was now. She then told me to finish my drink and leave because she had the right to refuse service. I didn't stay that long. This particular Starbucks is in between two gas stations and the convenience market that serves both of them (where the gas stations' customers pay) shares space with the Starbucks. They had initially charged my husband the change price instead of the credit price (20 cents a gallon more) so we could not leave until that was resolved. To improve the setvice at this Starbucks i would recommend a new manager. It definitely helped my former local Starbucks by doing that. read more

I come here a lot before work to get my morning fix. It's hard to single out one employee when the whole crew is amazing! They always make sure my drink is correct and if it's not they are quick to make it perfect. The crew here have great customer service and always provide excellent service and quality drinks. Fair warning for you....the new Starbucks in Terribles is well, TERRIBLE! They are a privately owned store not a corporate store, so Terribles sets the prices! Stopped with hubby and kiddos towing our boat and got two grande drinks and two cake pops and it was $30 ‍‍‍‍‍‍ I questioned it was told, that's our prices ‍ basically "suck it". There were 8 people working, I was literally the only one in the store and still waited almost 10 minutes for my order their machine never printed my order, so big belly 9 month preggo me stood there for at least 5 minutes before they caught on and then made the drinks. No one apologized, cared, smiled or greeted me! First and last trip here ever! Don't waste your time or money, support one of the local ones and skip Starbucks! Lesson learned here. read more

Stopped by the new Starbucks in Parker today & It will be my LAST!!!!I don't usually drink Starbucks coffee, but we were driving back home & had to have my coffee. Well look at the price for a medium coffee 4.95 w.t.f. & to boot they charge 90 cents for cream!! F*** THAT!!!! i go to starbucks all the time and i know that their drinks can be a little hit or miss but ive never seen anything like this. i went to this starbucks with a group of friends and none of our drinks were filled even close to the top. all of the drinks were watered down and they claimed that since they are privately owned they can't fill the drinks all the way up because they have to buy their own ingredients. on top of that, a venti refresher costed 8.24!
