I forgot what it's called, but it's like an espresso bean on the lid of my coffee; I thought it was badass. They did not do that at the Havasu location, so when I got my drink here, the first thing I asked was "WTH was that?" The lady told me that they put them on the espresso drinks, and I was like, "No way! I didn't know that was a thing because, like I said, Havasu was a no-no." I opened them when I got home to Phoenix. They were rancid and had no sweetness to them at all. I called the store to let them know. They offered no refund or store credit. Wow! Really? I was shocked. I won't be going back. Customer Service is everything. Why don't businesses know that?
