Pizza was not my first choice, but do paving at the other place decided on Domino's. It had been over 30 years since I had a Domino's pizza. Well I was not disappointed, Ordered an extravaganza pizza. No. It was delicious . The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Ordered online via the app on Father's Day. Order was ready quick! We opted for drive up. There isn't a designated parking spot, so just pull up to the door that says "employees only." The young gentlemen brought our pizzas right out. We ordered 2 large pizzas which were both made perfect and we all enjoyed. My mom has celiac and needed a gluten feee pizza. She also enjoyed hers! I'm nauseous because I ate here before. While waiting for our pizza, the girl making the pizza stopped to answer the phone, put her hand on her face, and touched the register keypad and counter. She didn't wash her hands before continuing to put ingredients on pizza. When I asked why she didn't wash her hands, she looked at me, then continued to put her dirty hands in the pizza ingredients. We walked out, which is what I would advise everyone to do. The guy working there washed his hands. read more

We used Domino's in Parker tonight for our get away dinner from the vacation mobil home. I called early and asked for the pizza at "around "5:30 PM. Well at exactly 5:30 the delivery driver was knocking on the door! The pizza was hot and the lava cake was oh so good! The pizza was what I expected, and as I requested, well done bake. Horrible customer service. I placed an order from them, with a delivery address right down the street from the location. They chose to deliver all the rest of the deliveries before delivering my food. When I called, they said it should arrive in 5 minutes. I ordered pasta, which is served in a metal container. I cannot put that in the microwave to reheat. It has already been an hour and I still have not been served. I am canceling my order. Do not recommend. read more

Way better than the average Domino's and they do deliver I won't bore you with the details because we all know what Domino's serves however I did get delivery at home and I am kind of remote and they came to the side door and knocked it was a very friendly young lady very polite sweet and looking forward to using Domino's when I need a fix for pizza and wings!! read more

The reason for this 5 star review is because of Savannah. She took my order over the phone and was friendly, energetic and very helpful. At the end of my order the stores computer system went down due to internet problems. Savannah was cool and calm and apologetic for the delay. Her manager, Robert, who I could unfortunately hear loud and clear in the background was freaking out, swearing, yelling, complaining and going on a rampage about this very minor delay in the computers restarting. Robert's response was completely unprofessional, extreme and not reflective at all for a manager especially when a guest can hear exactly what you're saying. Might be time to move Savannah to a management position as she perfectly exemplifies what a professional employee should have done in that situation. I hope the area coach sees this review and commends Savannah for her excellent service. read more

Their customer service was absurd. We ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza. It was going to cost $21...the girl didnt give me a chance to pay with my credit card. When my girlfriend called back, they said a medium cheese pizza was $11 and toppings were like 1.50 each. My girlfriend asked if she could change the order to a cheese pizza with 2 toppings...the girl said no because the hawaiian is a specialty pizza and she wasnt sure if it was in the oven yet. My girlfriend asked if she could just change the way they were charging us for the pizza and she said if it was in the oven already then she couldn't change the way it was being rung up. We cancelled the order and called pizza hut where we paid $12 for our delicious hawaiian pizza. read more

The store manager of this Dominos has no business being in customer service. We ordered 7 pizzas including two cheese only pizzas for our vegetarians and two vegan pizzas for our vegans. We were not only charged $150 but over half of the order was wrong!!! When I called the manager to explain the mistake, he showed no respect or flexibility in the situation. This was his mistake and as a business owner should have shown some sort of concern. Instead we received rude remarks and an arrogant attitude. Never go to this restaurant. read more

Tried to order a pizza. After waited 4 minutes on hold, they picked up the phone and hung up. The next time 7 minutes on hold. They don't even ask, just put you on hold. Tried one last time. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Same, they answer immediately put you on hold and after 5 minutes they pick up and then click. 2 weeks earlier I ordered pizza but it took an hour to be delivered and was no longer hot. read more

I wish the Dominos Pizza in Lakewood was half as good as this one. We used them twice in the same week and It was superb! Do they have ovens in the car now? The pizza was so hot we had to give it time to cool down. Keep it up Dominos! read more
