100/10! This place is legit! My boyfriend and I went out on a whim to try this place and we were so happy we did. We ordered a 12pc wing , shrimp basket, a milkshake, and another 6 pc wing. No complaints whatsoever on anything, the wings were as crispy as we wanted, flavored to perfection, and overall this place is definitely a must have in Parker! We will be back, also the owners were very nice! 10/10 service ,and the place was very clean! read more

Billy's Wing Shack - Chicken Wings Near Me - Parker, Arizona

Went to Parker love hot! Ordered 6 wings extreme hot! This is really hot! It is a hot paste not a sauce it is thick on the wing, so the paste sticks to yout lips and mouth and burns! Wings are a nice size! Fries not good! I hate batter dipped fries!! How did it go later? Well i will tell you they are just too hot! I feel like it is burning a whole in my stomach. Just because you can eat it doesn't mean your stomach will like it! They should thin the sauce! If it didn't stick to everything it would be just right! I think they are doing it as a spoof! read more

The chicken is excellent. I like the boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce. This plus is immaculately clean including the ladies room which was spotless. We will definitely visit again. The only thing I didn't like is the French fries. They are the type that have some kind of coating on them to make them more crunchy. I just don't like that kind so I wish they had some onion rings or maybe a side salad to choose instead. I'm still giving 5 stars because of the chicken, the cleanliness and the pleasant service. read more

I've been to the river in Parker for 9-10 years and always drove past Billy's, until late last year I was looking for a sports bar to watch the game. Low and behold, Billy's was right here next to the Safeway that I ALWAYS stop at. The restaurant is kept clean and cool so it was nice stepping out of the 105 degree heat, had a couple of beers. The guy at the front recommended the bourbon wings and it definitely did not disappoint, matter of fact I showed it to my river group and we have decided the wings here are #1 from CA to AZ. While eating, we got social with Terri while she whipped up milk shakes and sundaes so naturally I was curious enough to try. I got the oreo and peanut butter milk shake, good LORD it was everything I thought it to be. Creamy, bits of oreo, great peanut butter taste mixed into it all, and the right thickness to it. Overall, stop by Billy's Wing Shack for some great wings, shakes, ice cream, and some beers! read more

Surprisingly, good wings and food in this town. I have been several times when I have been in town for business. Service has always been friendly and prompt. A casual atmosphere and they are definitely Kansas City Chiefs fans. They have both dry and wet wings, boneless and bone in. They also have a good variety of other appetizers. I really enjoy the fried mushrooms. The Jamaican jerk is my favorite for wings sauce. Prices are reasonable and worth a stop if you're in the area. read more

Food was great they accommodated me and let me watch the WBC USA vs Canada game (US won!!!!). Great atmosphere will definitely come back if I'm in the area. read more

I like it. Only one TV worked, it was big but behind the bar. Love the wing and fries flavor choices. We took advantage of that. No problem coming back here. See our YouTube channel Coolest Life. read more

What a pleasant surprise in Parker, AZ! Billy's wings are hot, crispy, & made to order -- so don't expect it in 10 seconds right after you order. The wing sauces are the standouts here: the honey garlic & lemon pepper are so good they make perfect dipping sauces for your fries, shrimp, or their excellent cod or catfish. Perfect place to catch the game (it's a KC Chiefs bar) and have a cold beer with friends or the entire family. When in Parker, definitely hit Billy's Wing Shack! A+. read more

*1/5 review* When entering, the "owner" did not greet us and was not going to let my family and I in because of our Stanley's, but he was so "considered" to let us this time. The food was mid. The establishment was nearly empty on a Saturday. I could see why that was. The owner and staffs attitude had A LOT to do with it. The cashier with blue eyes is the only one with GOOD customer service and made us feel welcomed. I saw the potential in this place too bad the rest of the staff's poor attitude ruins the vibes. I should've read the reviews before wasting my hard earned money here. Don't waste your money where you aren't welcome. read more

Awesome wing spot. The wings were cooked perfectly with great flavor, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they enjoy what they do, which makes a big difference. The Weller team will for sure be back. read more

After driving 10 & 1/2 hours to see my boyfriend I knew two things were for sure... I was HUNGRY...and I didn't want just another fast food stop. He had told me about his favorite place to eat that he had found locally, and wanted me to try the fried pickles. So Billy's Wing Shack it is! I was a bit worried at first because they closed at 9 and we went in at 8, but apparently that's when it's busy because the place was hoppin!! A cute little brick and mortar, family/locally owned business has all kinds of goodies! I ordered a River Basket (two fish and 4 shrimp with fries. I also wanted to try the Hush Puppies. My boyfriend ordered wings and Fried Pickles and we both got a blueberry milkshake (recommended by the lovely woman making milkshakes) while we sat at the bar waiting for our dinner to arrive. Food came quickly, and the woman busted her ass making lots of milkshakes and sundaes all while talking to us too. They rocked it! The fish and shrimp were super good. The cocktail sauce was on the horseradish-y side which I loved. The hush puppies were awesome. The fried pickles were our favorite thing. But those blueberry milkshakes!? Frick yes! She made them SO GOOD! Honestly the atmosphere and people were amazing and I love supporting places like that, so I can't wait to go back and try something else from Billy's wings!! read more

Ila fun environment. They're huge KC Chiefs fans so I can imagine it would be a blast watching the game there and enjoying some beer and chicken. The customer service is great as well. Chicken was good(it's going to take a lot for me to come across a chicken that is outstanding). But the French fries were bomb(lol). Would we go back: absolutely, if we're in the area. read more

Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome owners and AWESOME wings! As a group of out-of-towners, the owners and staff made us feel like we'd been coming there for years. Enjoyed it so much we went back the very next night lol. All of the wing flavors I tried were excellent, wet AND dry. The hot honey bbq is insane, both Teri and Billy's shit were instant favorites, and their jerk flavor was far better than BWW's. The wings by themselves are perfect: crispy and juicy. (The fish is amazing too, and a hidden gem of the place) Their housemade Michelada mix is THEE best I've ever had, no question. I could write a whole review on just that alone. The only thing i hated... as a life-long, die-hard Raiders fan... is all the Chiefs decorations, lol ; ) Billy, Teri and their staff are a rare find in today's world and restaurants. Absolutely loved it there and can't wait to go back next river trip! read more

Pretty pricey for a wing place. Spent $50 on wings and a shrimp basket and a drink. They refused to give us a water because they didn't have the right cup anymore. read more

All the items on the menu are big portions. Always fresh food. We have never been disappointed. Lots of options: sweet, savory, peppery, hot, hot &spicy there is a flavor for you. And if you so desire you can get your wings plain. They also serve dessert as well. read more

We ended up in Parker because of a detour out of Las Vegas. Chose this place because it was local. Friendly! Football games on. We chose the lunch specials--boneless chicken, fries, and drink. Garlic chicken dry rub was my choice. They offered to roll the fries in the run too. Glad I said yes. My husband got the honey bbq. Both were excellent choices. They had so many other choices for rubs and sauces. Everyone coming in seemed to order something different. They have shrimp and fish on the menu. Affordable! Location was clean. Hope to be back here to try something different. Location was great for people who don't want to stray too far from the GPS route. read more

Delicious wings, good size and cooked well. My first time I tried to get the extreme hot but they persuaded me to try hot Buffalo first. To me, not very spicy but good flavor. The next time I got the lunch special with extreme hot and the heat difference between the two is night and day. Still has good flavor but pretty spicy. Ranch is delicious which is a big thing for me. The fries could use a bit more rub if you get them "tossed". Overall, really good wings, very clean establishment with TVs playing live games, and nice staff. This will be a stop every time I'm in town for work. read more
