Went there over the weekend and let me just say wow! They have it all. It was busy and we were thinking it was going to be a long wait but when it's over 120 degrees out the ac felt good. We got the wings with two different sauces and the wings are huge. The man taking the orders suggested seasoned fries and we went with the chili lime. Amazing! They were taking different ice creams to people so of course we had to try the milkshakes. The banana was the best I have ever had. The rocky road had marshmallows on top!! T Terri was so polite and has extremely good customers service. Their food is very good. I will definitely be back. The diner was home like i felt extremely comfortable there. I love that it is a family business and I'm so in love with yheir fishing picture on the wall. I will definitely do as Terri said bring some fishing pictures back to post on their wall. It's kinda tucked away on the side of the Safeway strip mall, but if you live in Parker and like wings you better try it. I don't live in Parker but I will make sure to stop in for wings and try a milkshake the next time I'm there. read more

We love it here! As a local it was a much needed change. Plenty of flavors to pick from as well as different styles. This is one of the only places in Parker that gives you an option of putting different sauces ON THE FRIES! my favorite so far is the garlic Parm! As far as the owners/staff, they are down right some of the sweetest people to open an establishment here. They have come to our table just to have a conversation and ask our opinion and to genuinely get to know us. I say everything is fairly priced as well. I had to wait 10 minutes for a Vanilla milkshake after paying $20 for 6 wings and fries. Doesn't end there though. I asked for a side of bbq sauce and was told that would be $2.19... for a side of bbq. Not a way to treat customers you'd like to see return. Friday was our first visit to Billy's. We had just gotten there 30 minutes after opening. Let me just say...A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! My husband and I love wings and were excited to check it out. We crossed our fingers it would be better or just as good as Buffalo Wild Wings (when we don't want to cook them up ourselves). This place is better! So glad I don't have to drive from Blythe to Yuma when we're craving wings. Flavors ordered were lemon pepper (dry rub), hot barbecue (sauce), hot Buffalo (sauce), mango habanero (sauce). I am a lemon pepper girl but I actually didn't enjoy the dry rub (never do anywhere). Had hoped to be surprised with the dry rub. I wish they had it in sauce. But no worries, I put those off to the side to bring home or dunk in the other sauces that we ordered. Fell in love with their mango habanero, surpasses BWW- no question. Also fell in love with the hot Buffalo! Can you tell we love hot & spicy?! We also ordered their hot barbecue. I am not a barbecue person, but it was flavorful and tangy. Didn't think it was spicy. My husband loves barbecue and he thought it was up his alley. Great sauce for him! French fries were yummy as well Found staff to be very pleasant and attentive, I hope that detail remains. Restaurant itself was very clean. Paper roll on each table . I use a lot of napkins when I eat so that was neat to see! Lol. Didn't get a chance to use the restroom so can't review there. Absolutely delicious wings and fries. Tons of variety in sauces and rubs - we've tried almost half of them so far and haven't had a bad one yet. You can even have your fries tossed with a dry seasoning. The baskets (which include fried fish/shrimp) are good too. The Billy Basket is enough food to share. Family owned/operated and very friendly atmosphere. Go there so we keep this gem open in Parker!!! read more

Especially when I saw all of the sauce flavors for the wings, I started having memories of all of the bad Buffalo Wild Wings experiences I've had. Wings are great we told them that ,we ordered them with blue cheese dressing it was beyond bad not blue cheese. We did say that in a nice way and were told ok. Not carrying real blue cheese dressing into a wing restaurant and getting 12 wings for 17.99 and bringing my own dipping sauce. read more
