I don't usually review chain places, but this one deserves a special honor. One of the very few Pizza Huts remaining that still serves a buffet lunch! They got a couple of pizza choices, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, sauces, and pasta. It is not bad for only $10 and is available every day for lunch and also during dinner on some nights. Glad to see traditions are still kept strong in some areas. Hopeful the buffet here never goes away! read more

First and foremost: Boneless wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings! The location had a ton of specials that would fit any situation for your family. I went with a mini pepperoni pizza with 4 wings and a soda for $11 which is a great deal! Restaurant personnel were very helpful, friendly and work as a well trained staff. Highly recommended. If you want service or want to eat something at a "fast food place" don't go to the Jack in the Box in Parker. I was the only one in there and waited at the counter over 12 minutes for someone to take my order. There were at least 6 people "working" plus a manager who peeked around the corner and made eye contact with me and then backed behind the wall. No one acknowledged me or said a word. After another couple came in I decided to leave and wished them luck to try to get any food there. Will never go back. Pitiful excuse for service. They all need customer service training including the manager! read more

We were pleasantly surprised with this one. It wasn't our first choice but they really went above our expectations. Our server MJ was welcoming and helpful with ordering. We got a Box meal and mozzarella sticks and it was more than enough for our family of 4. The soda was perfectly bubbly and refreshing. Good deals! This location was at a truck stop with only personal size and medium pizzas along with pasta and bread sticks.. The lady that took my order also fixed my food. This lady deserves a raise she was very busy ,she handled it well .. taking orders ...taking money ...fixing orders ... washing her hands after each task! I called to place an order. I gave her all my information and we miraculously get "disconnected". Shortly after I call back thinking that out call was disconnected and when they answered she pretended as if we haven't talked before even though it was the same lady. Now frustrated, I proceed to give her my information again and place my order; thankful that she finally got my order correct. Right after, I get a call saying they "can't find my address". After I give them my address again they hang up and sent me a text at 11pm, the time they close, saying they can't find the address I just confirmed with them and that they were going to cancel as it was past their business hours. So long story short go here if you want to order get charged and have them cancel. Go to Dominos or better yet the family owned place in the area! read more

The employees are friendly and nice. I was looking for a quick place to stop for lunch with my kids. The town of Parker does not offer much to eat. It was either McDonald's or Taco Bell so I was really happy to see Pizza Hut. It was 2:00 on a Friday and they were pretty busy. The lunch rush was still going on and the local schools just got out. I was happy to get a table quickly. They offer an all you can eat lunch special for 5.99 or a few different pizza deals. I decided to get the two medium pizzas with any toppings for 6.99 each. They came out fast and so did the wings. They have a game room to keep kids busy if you have kids or you want to play yourself. They also have a salad bar and endless salad if that is something you want. Overall it was a quick easy lunch during our camping trip and I would return. read more

APP DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE! This location DOES NOT like Doordash/Uber eats. They are abusive and mean. I have picked up from them a few times and have had nothing but trouble. One lady yelled at the staff saying "Why the hell is SHE here and our driver not delivering!" I've had pizza chucked at me and an order cancelled by them calling the customer saying "come get your order". The are the most unhappy, miserable people. I felt sorry for the smiling blonde lady in the kitchen looking at me like she needed rescue from her abuser. read more

Placed an order online. I received a text saying it was being made. Hour goes by and it still being made. So I called in. Talked to the manager. She canceled it. I asked why? She said she was going to transfer me to a California location to find out. I asked why not just place another order for me. She just hung up. I had to call my bank to stop payment. The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. Good food, good service, kind staff. Good place to take a a family, there are a few video games to keep the kids busy while you wait. Came in for the all you can eat lunch, I was looking forward to the salad bar and they did not have it out. When I asked the manager, she was rude & said in a nasty loud voice if you want a salad,we have prepared ones! Do you want that? She said. I said yes please. Unbelievably horrible customer service from the manager ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT THOUGH EXCEPT FOR THE HORRIBLY RUDE MANAGER!! Ordered 2 pizzas online after leaving the lake and it showed it would be a 15 minute pick up time so when we arrived in about 20 minutes we were about 5 minutes late which should had made our pickup a breeze!! I pulled up in front of the restaurant just past their front door on the side of the building (not blocking anything or anyone as we were towing our boat) and I walked up to their door to knock to get our pizzas since they were closed due to Covid-19. We were immediately yelled at from this manager which unfortunately I didn't get her name but she's around 25-30 with brown hair & glasses and she immediately yells at me saying "YOU CANT COME IN!! We're closed!! I said "yes I know, that's why I didn't come in and I knocked on your door which is why we're standing at the door remember?? I then said were here for our pick up!! She then says MOVE YOUR TRUCK & boat!! I said it's around the side of your building nowhere near your door whatever, and just go get my pizzas that were done 10 minutes ago now, I was then informed that it's be another 10 minutes and once again for me to move my truck & boat from blocking her doors!?? I said are you confused? My truck & boat are nowhere near your doors and I actually said "what's wrong with you"? Just then another truck pulls up next to where we're talking and the guy says his name and asks if his food is ready? She then says MOVE YOUR TRUCK AWAY FROM MY ENTRANCE to this guy too now, He says "You're closed, nobody is going in your entrance!! She turns around and storms inside and comes back out with my pizza and just says "HERE"!!! I looked at it and said we ordered 2 pizzas, where's the other one, at this point I thought her head was going to literally explode!! She goes inside and gets my second pizza about 3 or 4 minutes later and with no smile just hands it too me and wanders off completely pissed off! I then notice one of them is the wrong pizza and I ask the other guy what he ordered and I had his pizza so I handed it to him, at this point the witch comes running out the door "screaming" YOU CANT DO THAT!! It's a health violation!! I said YOURE THE ONE THAT GAVE ME HIS PIZZA!!?? What am I supposed to do?? I then said nicely Just go get my correct order ok? I'm tired of this already. She comes back out 5 minutes later the other pizza now cold and gives me my pizza and as I'm getting in my truck I hear her yelling at another person pulling in and screaming not too park in front of the building, this is a really small plave and I'm not sure where she expects people to park but if they do park wayyy away from her front door then walk to the door and knock like I did then they get yelled at for trying to walk in even if their not walking in and their just knocking to let them know their here for their order. It's a lose lose situation and just an unbelievably horrible manager. The pizza was decent but the rudeness from this individual ruined it. Before I left I knocked on the door again to get her name and phone number to their corporate office but somehow I lost it being on vacation I'm sure it got shoved somewhere? Do yourself a favor and don't go here, it's not worth it.
