I had a very disappointing experience this morning at this Taco Bell location in Parker. I placed my order online before heading back on the road and ended up waiting 45-50 minutes to receive it. While delays can happen, what made the situation worse was the way I was treated by Colby when I asked about my order. Instead of providing an update or showing any concern for the long wait, Colby was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. As a customer, I understand that fast food places can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. After waiting nearly an hour for an order that had already been placed online, and said should have taken 15 minutes... ended up taking 50 minutes and I expected at least a courteous response. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Colby had stated that all the drive thru orders were getting taken care of first and then itll be mine since i placed the orders online. I even purposely went inside to pick my order up, instead of the drive thru so that it would be faster... turns out it absolutely wasn't. I hope managements addresses these concerns so that others customers do NOT have a similar experience. read more

Just spent $18 on a grilled cheese steak burrito that had zero cheese in it. Was only rice, steak and a ton of sauce. And I ordered an avocado ranch crispy taco and they used chipotle sauce instead. It's really mind blowing how people can't read a receipt and make the food the way you order it. It's not like we're asking you to build a house. Multiple times this place has screwed up my order. I was expecting the worse, but the bathroom was very clean. So was the rest of the restaurant. I was standing at the front for a little bit but that just gave me time to see the digital menu change and see their box deals they are having. 18 minutes and counting.... I made the mistake of stopping here on my drive and have now been sitting for ...19 minutes in the drive through. Placed my order at 8:04, got blocked in by the car behind me and haven't moved since. . . . . At 21 minutes wait I moved one car length, still blocked in and waiting. The guy in the truck in front of me seems concerned as well. No choice but to continue waiting. . . . . At 24 minutes I gave up and asked the car behind me to back up and let me out. The pickup truck decided to leave as well.... seriously sad.... Trust me I can't believe 4 stars either but my experience here yesterday was the best Taco Bell I've ate at. Maybe because they were slow but who knows. I ordered two bean burritos and two tacos and they actually had the most meat and beans in them that I have ever seen. I was shocked! The staff here are awesome... except the old man they hired semi recently. He is horrible. I love coming here but when I hear his voice on the speaker I know it was a mistake pulling into the drive through. He has never made a single order correctly, other people have problems with this guy too. He asks people to drive over the cord in the drive through multiple times, he made me drive back and forth four times now. What is that about!? I ordered two tacos and two large Pepsi. He gave me two empty taco shells and one small Diet Pepsi and a large. Doesn't listen when you try to explain your order is not what you ordered. He's extremely rude. 40 minutes in the drivethru. I watched several people in front of me get their orders. The lady walking the order to the cars looked very confused each time. Then it came my turn. I got the wrong order. When I brought it to her attention she seemed like she knew the orders had been wrong. I can't help but wonder how many people drove off with the wrong food. They are using a sticker to close the bags like I'm ordering Uber eats. At least use the sticker to adhere the receipt to the outside of the bag. The service is exceptional here and I have to the most credit to Andre. He makes sure orders are correct and made as fast as possible, even when it's super busy with the drive thru around the building. A very nice and super polite person and should be recognized. I normally stop here to eat after work. I normally get the specials. They don't closed until 11pm but they thought it would be a good a idea to turn the steamer and grill off before closing. I got there at 10:20 pm. They will Offer you the specials but they will not be cooked completely through. If they are going to do that then why stay open till 11. They might as well close at 10pm. This is the friendliest Taco Bell I've visited. Food was fresh and hadn't been sitting there for minutes. It came out quick. They had to cook chicken for a quesadilla and let us know there would be a slight delay. They addressed us by name and hand delivered the food to the outside table.
