Serving Size was smaller than most Mexican Restaurants I've tried but the quality and flavor was on point. Seemed a bit pricy for Mexican Food and the size of the serving but we enjoyed them so it won't stop us from returning again one day. I ordered The Quesabirria Taco Platter with Three Cheesy Birria Tacos and Consume, Tasty Rice and Beans. The Birria was Excellent Flavored and Super Tender and Juicy. The Consume was perfect for dipping the tacos in. We loved them. Yes The Large menu seemed a bit pricey the food was Surprisingly Good. We will definitely eat here again when in Parker. I've eaten at most of the restaurants in town and will say the food here could be the best Mexican Food In Town. read more

10/24/25 - My family met in Parker AZ to attend the Posten Memorial where our grandparents & my mom & her siblings were incarcerated during World War II. My cousin made reservations for the entire family around 39 people @ Sarape Mexican Grille. They did a good job of handling our group. I ordered fish tacos that had fried cod fillets w/shredded cabbage & a nice cold dark Dos Equis. The taco was very good but I wish the fish was a little more crispy. Our server did a great job as we had a pretty good sized group. I don't know if I'll ever get back to Posten AZ but if I do I would probably stop in @ Sarape Mexican Grill. Should really update your hours! Food is good but everytime we come says open on yelp and it's closed!

I come to Parker 4-5 times a year for the boat drags. I have found this place to be a must go when in town. I of course love the food but what really stands out is the service here. Today my server was Andrea and she was absolutely on point. If you're in Parker give this place a try. read more

This is the first 4 star review that didn't live up to expectations. I read the menu including beverages. They didn't have any wine, I know Mexican food and wine doesn't seem to go together but a Chardonnay, that most Mexican restaurants have, is good. Food being brought out on a cart like you would see in a cafeteria or hospital was just weird. If it were a lot of plates I would be okay with it but I'm talking two plates. The place was clean and service was efficient but not friendly. My chile rellenos hardly had a batter on it and it was small and basically tasteless. The cheese in the enchilada wasn't even melted. The red chicken enchiladas are good. The sauce is tasty but the chicken was a little dry and unseasoned. The Chile verde wet burrito was ok. The things that stood out 1st. was the staff. Greeted us right away . Salsa bar offers very well made salsas and traditional spicy carrots just to name a few. Our server got us our " Large" drink quickly and took our order. We noticed plenty of locals were meeting up and dinning like us as well. " That's says a lot about this place". We had a party of 4 stop in for lunch. We were greeted right away and sat at a spacious booth. Our server Kimberly came over tight away and took our drink order. She brought our drinks over we were ready to order. She mentioned the selections were large and they sure were. Our food was hot and delicious. Good groceries, service, consistent, friendly staff, clean environment. Bright open atmosphere. Would be nice if owners took advantage of three large big screens and at least showed NFL game broadcasts on regular cable for Sunday day games. Sarape opens at 11 am on Sundays and could attract customers for lunch, cocktails or beers during the NFL games. I'm sure some do not go there because the games are Not shown. It's a mystery to me why. One suggestion is plates need to be much hotter to present food that is warm enough. Green cheese enchiladas are tasty, however the cheese hardens too fast. The green sauce is real good. Salsa bar is well done with lots of choices. Sarape is a plus and NFL Sundays would be fun. DELICIOUS SONORAN STYLE MEXICAN FOOD!!!! The tortillas, fajitas, and burritos are amazing!!! The tortillas are handmade and are Sonoran style tortillas - paper thin tortillas with a smoky flavor. I could eat just the tortillas all day!! They taste so fresh and soft. You can also order some to go (if they're not sold out!!!) The fajitas are delicious! I couldn't decide what meat so I went with fajitas mixtas (beef, chicken, shrimp). You can't go wrong. All of the meat has great flavor. They give you enough meat too for a balanced plate with the veggies. One of the best fajitas I've had. The burrito was also very good.
