This place is horrible! I don't have pictures or customer service or food reviews because of the fact that this place smelled like someone defacated in the middle of the establishment. Worst McDonalds anywhere. To start off, they charge way more than any other McDonalds I have even been too. On top of that, they charge an 18% sales tax because the property is on tribal land. Guess someone is getting their reparations. Now when you order they have you pull up after you pay and wait for your food bit so many people in front of you are doing the same that you are stuck in the drive thru even if you want to pull out. Then after we waited close to 20 minutes once we were able to pull forward for 4 sandwiches, some fries and nuggets, they bring our food out to the car with no sauce. Turn around to go get sauce and they tell us oh we are out of ketchup and BBQ sauce. What in the actual?????? Pathetic. They can price gouge the river people all they want here. Hell I dont even mind paying it, but yo top it all off, the employees are totally rude and you can tell they hate their jobs. I will never go back to this location again. Holy MOLY!!' Just ordered a Mccrispy from here and it was so dry and GARBAGE I went to sip my coke fast to save myself and I ended up swallowing some of the Sahara Mccrispy down the wrong PIPE! Don't they have standards for chain restaurants?! This place is absolutely garbage. Ordered ahead, waited 15 mins for a filet o fish meal. The filet o fish was so sad looking and there was 1/4 the tartar sauce, the fries were disgusting, the oil was probably weeks old, wasn't even golden, they were brown. I felt sick eating there and I always have MCD on my road trips. I would give negative stars if I could, this is no place for human to eat. GIVE THIS PLACE A FINGER WHEN YOU DRIVE BY! Went through drive through because I'm not from here it's cold and have kids in the car. First off they didn't take my order on the speaker , I had to wait for all cars to get their food , pulled up to the window , ordered my food & they made me pull up to wait for my food. Means I got in a second lane and waited for other cars to get their food then I got my food and they didn't give ketchup so I told the boy & he's like you can get off and get it. We went inside to order a chicken nugget meal - no special order. Took 15 minutes to get our food. Nuggets sat in the bag in their prep area awaiting fries... in the meantime the young lady who took our order stepped outside, not once but twice, to demonstrate PDAs with her boyfriend (just outside the main entrance). This is hands down the most disgusting McDonalds we have ever encountered anywhere (Egypt, Hong Kong, Beijing, Mexico City)! Tables were all needing wiped down, men's urinals broken, no mirrors at sinks, women's restroom had filthy floors & the mirrors were covered with splatters. We were excited for the kids PlayPlace but... it was SO DIRTY! I doubt it has ever been cleaned. the floors were almost black in the dining area & a woman was mopping them with filthy water- zero wringing out the mop leaving the floors sopping wet. We walked past her to get to the kids area & she did not acknowledge us , stop mopping so we could walk by, or warn us of the wet floors. The food was slow coming out & came out without drinks. A worked asked if we had ordered drinks (Happy Meals come with them!) then went & got us cups to self fill. It would have been nice to have gotten the cups first thing instead of after waiting all that time for food. I was so disgusted by how dirty the dining area & play area was that we washed hands & ate in the car. Service was horrible took over 15 minutes to get our food. While your waiting for your food you have a drill sergeant manager screaming at everyone. She then announces to the customers she need to take her "pain pill" as she's walking over to the drink stands. Once she swallowed it she said "that will make me feel better". My family and I were roadtripping from LA and decided to stop at this McDonalds for lunch, what a mistake that was. We pulled through the drive through and ordered our food, we paid, they gave us our drinks and told us to pull to the front. So we're waiting for maybe 15 minutes and finally we say whats taking so long, there is no other cars coming through our customers in the drive through. We go inside and say we are still waiting outside and they ask us for the receipt like they never even took the order!
