Been in the drive thru here for 15 mins now. Guy at the speaker was incredibly rude. I will not be returning here. By far the worst McDonald's in the area! Finally made it up then the order was wrong with cold fries. Manager Ceaser Javier had no excuse except for "we are short staffed " which basically means poor management. Drive thru line is now around the building. Ceaser should be demoted or fired he lacks the basic skills to maintain or manage a staff. I am very disappointed with this McDonald's service. I went today with my family, and we ordered 2 bts meals and 1 happy meal. One of the bts meals only had 5 chicken nuggets when it was supposed to be ten, nor did it have the sauces that were advertised. I didn't get any of the sauces. I don't care what anyone says, this McDonald's joint is the BEST. Other joints have told me multiple times their ice cream machine is broken, or they're out of some items, but not here. Since it's been remodeled I have no complaints and everything is diligently organized and efficient. Yes the wait can be long and the drive thru line wraps around the parking, so I'd recommend parking and ordering inside instead to save time. How in the heck can you order a simple thing like a sausage McMuffin and they forget to put the sausage and cheese in the sandwich. I arrived and it was packed so that made me feel like they probably accept cards. I then got in line at the drive thru and waited a good 20 minutes. This is disgusting I can't believe I found this in my food. My mom bought me a sandwich earlier for when I got home for my lunch. It was completely wrapped tight like how they do when they give you the sandwich. My mom places in in the fridge for when I got home. I grabbed it and placed it in the microwave without even opening it. When it was done I took it out and when I opened it there was a fly laying in between the sandwich. This is gross. I am never coming here again. I don't know how a fly could get in it and be wrapped with the sandwich. I called to complain and the lady told me "that's disgusting and I'm sorry" she also said they put things in the kitchen so there wouldn't be any flies in the cooking area. If I could I would give this zero stars. First of all I hate Mc Donald's the only reason I have ever gone is because my husband likes it and even then I don't order anything. Anyways, the other day we went to Mc Donald's because he wanted to eat something and it was midnight. My husband drives a Diesel truck so it's really loud and the guy at the drive thru couldn't hear him so my husband drove up to the window (there was no one behind us) we get to the window and they take forever to come over and when they do the guy working there was charging us for the person behind us food. When we told him that we hadn't ordered because he couldn't hear us he said... and I quote "I'm not taking your order you need to leave." We asked him why and he said "I'm not taking your fucken order!" And started laughing. When we asked to speak to the manager he said "I am the fucken manager and if you don't get the fuck out I'm calling the cops!" We were so shocked how he was talking to us for no reason so we called the store manager while at the parking lot and this idiot called the cops... 5 police cars swarmed us and made us get off and were asking what happened. Obviously the cops knew we didn't do anything and were annoyed that they got called for no reason and told us the manager said we can go order now. We were not going to order after that they probably would have spit on the food. The store manager could have cared less about the shitty customer service we received and was like "well if you want to stop coming here then that's on you."
