I always use the drive-thru and unfortunately I always forgot to check my orders and they very often something is missing, this last time I ordered 6 deluxe with rounded egg, They only give one eggs and no bacon at all, I had enough that's why I ratting them with two stars. read more

This McDonald's is so poorly managed. The day to day operations are lacking. They are always out of something, tonight it was ice. I asked for a cheeseburger with no ketchup or onions. Although the wrapper said no ketchup there was in fact ketchup and no pickles. I guess they were out of those too... I ordered apple slices and got gogurt, even though the receipt said apples. I love the customer service here, it is understanding sometimes they go through tough days like everyone else but they try their best at their job. The food and ambiance is right on, and would definitely come back. They even gave me a free frappe for just saying "locked in". Amazing job! :)) read more

I came here to grab 2 hot chocolates and 3 cookies on a rainy day... well I waited 15 mins in the line for drive thru, once I finally get to the window I noticed everyone inside just hanging out and talking, laughing and joking around... the guy with the apron that has king Julian written on the side helped me. After 8mins sitting at the window for the hot chocolates and cookies I drive off. When I got to my location 3 miles away I took a sip from my hot chocolate and noticed it tasted like water down coffee... the cookies were old and taste stale. I called and asked for a manager and the girl that answered said that she was the manager. I asked for her name and she said to give her mine first ( which I did) she said that I could come back and get an exchange, I told her I was already 3 miles away and was not going back again today. The whole time I spoke with her she gave me attitude and finally after asking her name she said I'm Lizzy. When I asked for district manager's name and contact she gave her supervisors and then gave me the customer supports number. After today I will be advising people to go elsewhere. Terrible service all around. Just because the location got a facelift it doesn't mean the staff did as well. read more

Menu would have been better if they offered a vegan menu. Ordered ice cream and it turns out the dairy in the ice cream affected my daughter's stomach as she is lactose intolerant so we needed a non dairy alternative in order to maintain our status as customers. Again, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free menu is needed at this place. The customer service here is really good and the restaurant looked clean. They have hired a good crew here and they all work together, without yelling at each other, to get you your order. read more

Horrible service.. waited over 30 minutes for an online order that should have been ready since the get go.. the guy in the front was just walking around not knowing what to do. He worked on my order I waited over 20 mins, I asked if my order was almost ready he said they were still working on it. I tell him he needs to do something because for the past 20 mins he spent it refilling ketchup. I work in the food management industry and the manager said he was new. In approximately 50 years of eating at McDonalds, we received the worst double cheeseburgers ever at the Mc Donalds @ 7357 Alondra Blvd intersecting with Garfield Ave. After paying they had us wait and park for the food. Both our double cheeseburgers were cold and the meat was black. The bun was ripped apart on one of the burgers. The cheese was firm like it just came out of the fridge and was 1/2 way out of the burger. We were very disappointed. Why did we have to wait in a parking space to be served cold food. Really the worst McDonald's around. Look I realize this is a fast food establishment. I realize you're here for a quick, cheap bite. But this place is really just poorly run. 1)Things take far too long to come out. A standard wait for food here can stretch to 7-10 minutes. 2)Grease. I don't know how, I don't know why, but the food here is greasier than any other McDonald's. So much so that grease is often times on the *outside* packaging (box, wrapper) of a burger. 3) Low Quality Control. I almost always special order, no mayo, extra something. If you do that here be prepared for the wait to increase even more and *then* a 50/50 chance it will still come out regular. CHECK EVERYTHING HERE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Or better yet, just go to one of the many other McDs that get it better. 4) Mobile orders. Forget it. You won't save time, you won't get your food hot/fresh, and you're likely to have to go back inside anyway when they mess it up. Again, I get it. This is McDonald's. But small things add up here. When you order from the kiosk and it makes a big deal that your food will be brought to you table, and then they just call out your number you feel like a chump with the giant '40' sitting on your table. Then you have to ask them nicely to remake the food they made wrong, and slow the first time. I keep telling myself, never again, don't go here ever again. I hope I can stick to that. read more

I have only been threw their Drive Thru and I usually receive poor service. My orders are incorrect, the reps have bad attitudes and the fries are ALWAYS over cooked. The staff in my opinion needs to be retrained or replaced. They should have employees ready to work and do their jobs correctly. I'm driving to my next appointment and came across the Mcdonald's Paramount corner, Garfield and Alondra. I felt like having myself some chicken McNuggets with a large French Fries and a large Dr. Pepper. I don't know why I made this decision. I made a quick stop on my way back home from a party I sat at the speaker and thought they were closed because they wouldn't answer when they finally did they said "we're only taking cash right now" I said "ok" the guy said "ok give me a minute" I sat there for 5 minutes with no answer and I finally asked if I can order. He took my order with an attitude and when I got to the window I asked if my cheeseburger was plain he said it was and slammed the window shut. My order was called before another guy's order that ordered way before me. 3. They seem to give out a lot of "unsatisfied customer free meal" cards in compensation to their busy service. Been in the drive thru here for 15 mins now. Guy at the speaker was incredibly rude. I will not be returning here. By far the worst McDonald's in the area! Finally made it up then the order was wrong with cold fries. Manager Ceaser Javier had no excuse except for "we are short staffed " which basically means poor management. Drive thru line is now around the building. Ceaser should be demoted or fired he lacks the basic skills to maintain or manage a staff. If they can't even choose the right people for management why would I trust the food. Gave it back at the window and got a refund after almost 30 mins. What a cluster fuck this place is. read more
