When I went inside to point it out and ask for an adjustment, it turns out that the gentleman who had served me and lied about the up charge was the manager and refused to help me. He refused to honor my coupon for the free drink but didn't inform me at the drive through, and only stammered when asked why. I kindly pointed out that had I known I would be paying over $11 for a sandwich, 5 onion rings, and a shake, I would've forgone the shake. Again, he just stammered and said he couldn't help.
