The cheese on the quesadillas and tacos were not fully melted, and the chicken was a weird brown color and smelled awful. Atmosphere - The restaurant has some age on the place but what you expect from a fast food chain. They were keeping it clean. Food Drinks - Water from the Coke machine, my water cup was for coffee. Lunch - Other chain I can not remember the last time I was there. So the big ads where catching my eye. The bacon the Ultimate BLT was calling me. I wish the amount of bacon on the ad was on my sandwich. The sandwich was actually really good. I think I would have liked the toasted but knew it would not be. Service - Our cashier knew my parents and nephews, so ordering went pretty fast. They could have used a sharper knife to cut my sandwich as you could see it a little smooshed were they cut it Future - Knowing my parent probably.

Horrible Customer Service. I went through the drive through at this location and ordered a value…read moremeal. I asked at the intercom if there was an extra cost for substituting onion rings instead of fries and was told no. I also mentioned that I had a coupon for a free shake with my meal. When I got to the window, the gentleman gave me these items along with the rest of my order. After looking over my receipt, I realize that he charged me for my shake as well as charged extra for the onion rings. When I went inside to point it out and ask for an adjustment, it turns out that the gentleman who had served me and lied about the up charge was the manager and refused to help me. He refused to honor my coupon for the free drink but didn't inform me at the drive through, and only stammered when asked why. I kindly pointed out that had I known I would be paying over $11 for a sandwich, 5 onion rings, and a shake, I would've forgone the shake. Again, he just stammered and said he couldn't help. I guess I should've taken the hint about this place by the lack of customers. I would advise you to stay far far away.

It's an open table/communal table concept with a very long table inside you sit at, a bar, and just a few two-top tables that are more private. Our waitress was very nice and competent. We liked her a lot and the vibes were just easy going and friendly. We had a few things on the menu that looked good when we walked in and some plans - we thought we were probably going to for sure try the Beer Brisket Sandwich and or the Gyro. In the end we got: -two orders of Brisket Tacos with dipping sauce and greens (special that night) - soooooo good! -side of kale slaw - the rice wine vinaigrette was so good I could've just drank it! -Baked Amish Pretzel - topped with bacon and cheese. Loved this! My friend has a soy allergy - which can be tough at a restaurant, but our waitress was awesome and the whole staff were pros. She checked things out and promptly with the chef and came back to tell her what the chef recommended. 10 out of 10 - our favorite meal in the Finger Lakes by far. Fair prices and on the historic Market Street in a stellar location for shopping, walking, and just enjoying yourself.
