This place is the absolute worst!! Ordered my food at the drive thru, was told to pull forward they were holding on steak. Sat there for 17 mins, there was another person who pulled forward after me, he got his food way before I did. Went inside and the manager looked at me like a dumbbell, could not find my food. Tried to give me the wrong order, hold the onions, I told her I wanted onions and she said, but this one is ready. She went and got me another bagel, when I got to work and opened it, no onions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they gave a damn, it might not be so bad, but they don't! How hard is it to take a food order?? Mark and I stopped here while driving back home to Atlanta. This location is right off interstate I20 and convenient to the ramps. We have dined here multiple times when commuting to see his mom in Birmingham. All visits to this location have been mediocre at best. On this most recent visit, this past Saturday, my knee and foot were hurting, so we chose to order inside and dine in to give my pain time to subside. The parking lot was full and we had to circle for an open space. We also noticed that the drive through was very busy and the line wrapped around the building. The register was not manned so we utilized the self service kiosk to order our food. The kiosk requires that patrons select dine in or carry out. We selected the dine in option. Mark ordered a double cheeseburger meal. I ordered the fish filet meal. Once the order was submitted, a message appeared instructing us to take a numbered plaque to place on our table and to be seated and our meal would be brought to our table. We seated ourselves as instructed and put the plaque on the edge of the table for easy visibility. The music in the dining area was rather loud plus there were multiple crying children. Then we waited and waited but no one ever showed up with the food. I walked up to the counter and there was a small crowd of people digging through random bags on the counter. My order was specifically for dine in, so I was looking for food on the standard dine in tray with the paper liner however everything on the counter was bagged up for carry out. It took multiple people waving hands to get attention from the limited and overwhelmed staff for assistance. By the time staff appeared at the counter most of the random bags had experienced multiple people going through them to try and identify their orders, not very sanitary considering we are in a pandemic. By the time staff appeared to clarify the contents of each bag, everyone was frustrated. The server identified my bag and said that she had been calling out that a burger and fish meal were ready for several minutes. I informed her that the kiosk clearly stated that the food would be delivered to the table and that the loud music and crying children made it impossible for us to hear her. She then turned around and went back into the kitchen, leaving myself and other patrons with incomplete orders. We all had to flag down a different employee because none of us were given cups for the included beverages with our meals. Once we received cups, we proceeded to the drink and condiments area only to discover that some of the drink dispensers were out of syrup and the self service ketchup pump was empty. Then we had to go back to the counter and wave our hands again to get condiments. By this time our food was cold and we had been there for over 20 minutes. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and hard working. Every staff member that we observed was running around trying to keep up with the drive through and dine in patrons. The mens bathroom was in dire need of cleaning. Someone had spit chewing tobacco into one of the urinals causing it to overflow onto the floor. The paper towel dispenser was empty. This location needs to hire additional employees or just close the dining area and focus on the drive through window business. I hate to give a 2 star review, however after multiple visits to this location, this seems to be the best that they can do. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Rude female worker, seems disgruntled and very rude. It was like 1am when we ordered, coming through after a concert in Atlanta. All the food was cold..cold burger, cold nuggets that smelled like popcorn re-dipped in frying oil, that was cold, the fries were cold and stale and no ice in the drinks....absolutely disgusting Health Department should shut it down. If someone has a crappie work ethic as the pathetic female at this restaurant do us all a favor and quit. I wouldn't even give a star, but I'm required to give at least one. read more

They make you wait for anything but chicken nuggets at the drive thru. I just sat in a wait area for 15 min before I called. The person who answered the phone said ok somebody is on the way. When they came out after another few minutes they threw my cold food at me. They do a large volume in Oxford but this location is severely mismanaged. read more

I will never go to this location again. I've used the curbside delivery for as long as I can remember but the workers are becoming extremely incompetent as of late. Yesterday (12-23-22) a woman spilled my coke into my vehicle. Today (12-24-22) I ordered exactly the same thing as yesterday and they left out my hash brown. Why am I paying for something if I won't receive it? Workers inside the "restaurant" are extremely rude no matter what time of day. Bathrooms are always worse than the stereotypical gas station bath room. Why is this still a branch of McDonald's? It represents nothing that the corporation stands for. read more

This is one of the better McDonald's locations. I really don't eat here much at all. However, when McRib season is here, I live under the Golden Arches. This trip the food was super hot. Used drive thru so I cannot comment on interior. Employees were ok for McD's. I would stop by here again. read more

This McDonald's is always wishy washy. The sweet tea is always either old or made incorrectly. They don't run the mcflurries through the machine and food is usually old or cold. Very rare I run through here and receive a hot burger and fries. read more
