I ordered two Happy Meals. When I picked them up they for got the milk so I went back. Then realized they also forgot the French fries so I went back. They didn't have any ready but said they would be out soon. They were not so I went back. My hamburger was undercooked but there was no way I was going back again. After waiting for 20 minutes in line for breakfast I asked if we'd be able to get a discount at n our food for the wxtremely long wait and I was given a response that I should come work there instead of an apology. truly the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Horrible! While we were giving our order at the drive thru, the guy rushed us when we weren't done. At the pay window the guy said "don't be an asshole" and they asked us about a wait time on our chicken and then asked if we were sure, they again asked us at the pickup window as if they didn't listen to us the first time. It wasnt a terrible McDonald's. The cashier lady was a little bit short and rude with us, and we didnt even have a big group. I ate here for breakfast and the eggs were not very good at all, but maybe that's just a McDonalds thing. The decor was very nice, but pretty basic. It was clean and looked pretty well kept. Ordered a frozen coke and two coffees. The frozen coke was watered down and not frozen at all. The coffee tasted terrible.

I just went there with my family to get a quick breakfast and my cousin wanted a shake. So, we got him his shake. As he was drinking he noticed an odd texture. He reached in his mouth and pulled out a clump of hair. Their workers were also not the friendliest. Wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

A few weeks ago they forgot some items on an order in the drive thru. I was to far away to go back but called and they took my name. It happens. However, when I came in today, the "manager" asked who I spoke to? Like the burden of proof is on me! I don't remember or it shouldn't matter. Long story short, the staff is defined by the managers. If the managers are rude and short with people, guess what, you create culture and eventually, a bad business. I just heard her arguing with another customer as I type this. If you don't want to work here, find a new job. There is a McD's up the road. I'll use that one. Stay clear. read more

I had to give this McDonald's a 5 stars. It has been the best McDonald's I have visited ever. They went out of their way to satisfy me any way possible. I went to order to strawberry and cream pies and they said that they didn't have any so I asked where they completely out are did they have to cook them and she said oh we could cook them but it takes about 12 minutes and I said well if you wouldn't mind I would pull forward and then drive back through to pick them up and she stated that she couldn't do that because the doors were locked but then I repeated if I drove back through the drive-thru and the estimated time it took to cook the pies could they do that and of course I was expecting that they would say no like any other McDonald's but surprisingly she said yes. It was the best food that I've had from McDonald's on top of it when I told the lady at the drive-thru that I was going to be driving back through in an estimated 10 minutes to pick up the pies she said oh don't worry we'll just have male bring them out to you. I just really would like to congratulate this McDonald's on making me feel like a very appreciated customer. I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone that I know what the five stars. read more

Not a fast food person but stopped for breakfast as headed out of town. What a surprise to have fresh flowers in vase on every table. Very clean and modern decor. I have yet to go to this McDonalds and have them have a correct order. I was there tonight and took them 15 mins. to get a lg. fry for me, not only that, the car in front of me had to give all their sandwiches back. Earlier I ordered some drinks, no ice whatsoever in them. You drive you and you end up asking if someone is there, it takes for ever. If it weren't for my grandkids I would not even go to this McDonald's. It's even worse since they remodeled. They should have never put in the two drive thru's, they cannot handle it. read more

Terrible service due to inadequate & rude management. I have waited a couple of weeks before posting this review while waiting for follow-up from the franchisee. Still waiting. On May 24th we placed a mobile order & selected pickup in designated spot. After 14 minutes the car next to us asked if we had a large order. We told them just a couple of sandwiches and drinks. They said they had a 25 dollars order and had been waiting over 20 minutes. We started watching and saw cars going to the drive thru were getting their orders while we were still waiting. The passenger in the other car went inside. After a few minutes he came out with his order and said we had to go in to get it. However we observed three different people carrying orders out to people from the drive thru. My husband went inside and asked for our order. It wasn't ready. He asked for a refund, the associate was very nice and said she would have to get the manager. The manager stepped from around the corner in the back. She never spoke to my husband just looked at him, threw her arms up and returned to the back. He waited and a few minutes later & our order came out. Took 28 minutes total. The manager was very unprofessional, behavior was unacceptable. We sent an email to the Customer Contact Center and got a response from them and the regional director. They both said they took action by notifying the franchisee and requested they follow up and contact us. Has been 16 days and we have not heard a word. We will not be taking anymore business to them. If you want Fast & Friendly service, I recommend the McDonalds at Osage Beach Parkway & Hwy KK or the one in Camdenton. Worth the little extra drive! read more
