I went inside last year and noticed it then too but thought maybe it was an issue they were handling then...We went again this evening SAME SMELL! Floors were sticky, food was cold, soda machine was gross. no soap in ladies room. customer service was also subpar and almost incompetent. They need to fix this or close it down. TERRIBLE service. me and my boyfriend went to get something to eat and the lady was EXTREMELY rude and then tried to say she had a "long night" after being super rude basically trying to get us to hurry up. Which we get being busy we work on the strip but that is NO way to treat a customer. read more

Multiple times I've visited this Wendy's, and the food always comes out of the drive thru window cold Bo matter the time of day. I've even asked for them to make me a fresh sandwich when I'm ordering at the drive-through only to be disappointed to find another cold hamburger in the sack. For the outrageous price they charge for their food, you would think they would better. Will continue to take my business to Culver's and McDonald's as this Wendy's can't seem to get it together. read more

The best run Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. The food was Wendy's standard. However, the service and the efficiency of the employees was outstanding. We entered the line and I thought this would take forever. Everyone was working quickly but not harried and they were getting orders out as quickly as they were receiving them. In addition, when there was an error in an order, they remedied the situation without argument, with an apology, and produced the right food in less than a minute (this was mother customer's order). They also had a dedicated table cleaner who kept everything sparking and without food remnants from previous customers. I would return to this site anytime. read more

Ordered a "Double" and it was good. Baked potato with cheese was also good. Order was prepared promptly and correctly. My pet peeve though, especially with"fast food" restaurants is the cleanliness. I was the only customer in the restaurant and there were 4 employees working. During the entire time dining there not once did anybody come out and clean the tables off. Every single one had trays, trash, spilled condiments or crumbs on them. I had to get napkins to wipe off my table. One employee came out sat at a dirty table and ate a meal. The staff was very rude. The place was so disgusting, had to wash off a table myself before letting my family eat. They forgot my bacon so I told them and they tried to make me a new sand which, but that took 30 minutes Luckily I asked another guy for 2 pieces of bacon and he gave that to me right away. This is the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The food and service are top notch. It is clean and the employees are genuinely nice.

The cashier Verona, was quite possibly the friendliest employee I've ever encountered here. I've always had good luck at this Wendy's and I've always loved the employees, but she made the biggest impact today. She breezes through the lunch rush and kept a beaming smile on her face throughout my meal. My husband and I both agreed she made everyone's lunch even more pleasant than it would've been otherwise. This Wendy's had the most incredible customer service I've ever had at a Wendy's. The workers were all very nice and personal. A lot of them even visited our table to ask if we needed anything or to throw away our trash for us. Food was fine and a normal Wendy's, but the customer service was phenomenal. read more
