Let start with we LOVE the food at Li'l Rizzo's. We have been coming to the lake for 30 some years, and we have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. I picked it to celebrate with my large extended family for my birthday. But, we had a miserable experience with the large group of 14 women who screamed at each other the entire time they were there. We couldn't even talk. Everyone in the restaurant kept staring at the table. They were not drunk (yet). But the experience was so bad, I doubt we ever eat in the restaurant again. We left as soon as we could. We didn't even stay for dessert, and we had planned to in order to celebrate my birthday. It was miserable. read more

I am giving a 5 star because that is what they deserve. If you are going because you love the thin cracker crust pizza. DONT GO!! They have changed the crust. It's not bad. But it's ordinary. The old crust got me to drive 4 hours to get it. This will not. The food is still very good and the service was excellent. Just very disappointed. read more

Went to this place for dinner. We opted to sit outside. My wife had a Caesar salad and flashed fried Brussels sprouts. The sprouts were amazing. They sat on a bed of Cheese with balsamic vinegar reduction drizzle over them. I had the world famous salad and toasted ravioli. The dressing on the salad was quite oily and lacked flavor. The ravioli however were delicious and the meat sauce was awesome. Brandon our server was great . The rest of our party loved their food especially the Italian wings. read more

Happy Hour has changed recently and offers some high priced, odd choices that we have never seen on their menu. No longer traditional half price apps such as wings, meatballs, toasted ravs for happy hour. Since happy hour has been basically eliminated we tried their pizza again, even though we have never been a fan, and it has not improved. We ordered the supreme pizza it was dry, tasteless, very little sauce, and crust seemed pre-made. We have been customers for over 15 years and these happy hour changes plus the higher prices throughout the menu has caused us to reconsider and will no longer be able to recommend or support this restaurant. read more

Stopped by this weekend for a pizza and salad to go. We normally love the pizza but it was just a little off with the crust this weekend. Just a little dry. The sauce and salad were good. Li'l Rizzo's was one of the only decent looking restaurants in the area when my family and I were visiting Lake Ozark. That, and we all love Italian food so of course we wanted to try them out! The restaurant is in a very nice location. It's right next to the lake and the views are absolutely stunning! I like that they have both indoor and outdoor seating options. Of course we opted to sit outside so we could enjoy the view. Our waitress came out to get our drink order fairly quickly. Honestly I'm not sure if she was having an off day but our experience with service was strange. Our waitress seemed to be all over the place during our entire dining experience. I ordered a Georgia peach drink which ended up tasting a bit off. Like it wasn't made properly. Definitely nothing like other Georgia peach's I've gotten before. They were out of a few different beers my husband wanted to try as well. I think he ended up going with whatever their seasonal beer was at the moment. For food my husband and I shared their tortellini Alfredo and a small supreme pizza. The food was decent! Kind of tasted like any commercial restaurant food. Nothing really felt homemade with them, it's like it was all pre-made and just warmed up. The only real positive about Li'l Rizzos is the gorgeous views of the lake. The food is a bit subpar in my opinion and the service was lacking. Probably wouldn't be back if we ever visited Lake Ozark again. I'd hope there's better restaurants in the area. read more

My daughter and I came here this evening wanting to enjoy some Li'l Rizzo's. How unfortunate we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. 10 minutes before anyone came to take our drink orders. We had to request the waitress go ahead and take our order. We only ordered 1 entree of Manicotti and a side of sautéed mushrooms. It took 30 minutes to get our 1 entree. When the waitress came to bring our food did not ask if we wanted anything else to drink. I had ordered an Italian Margarita which I had finished while waiting on our entree. Hmmm, 6 employees currently standing at the bar and talking, a total of 8 other customers in the entire restaurant. Overpriced and terrible customer service! read more

I came here last week with my grandma and a few family members. I loved the name lil rizzos because of my rizz Our waitress gave us some rolls that were crazy good. I was staying at Lodge of the Four Seasons in August the week everyone went back to school and decided to stay pretty close on night one so I went to Li'l Rizzo's on what used to be HH. I ordered the Li'l Rizzo's "World Famous" House Salad and the Cavatelli con Broccoli. The salad was not fresh. I could tell it had been sitting and didn't have a lot of texture or vinegar. I didn't really like the cavatelli either. The sauce had a pasty consistency and if you look at the photo it looked like someone dumped something green (Italian seasoning?) on half the plate. I didn't finish or take home either of these. I ate at Li'l Rizzo's in my teens, twenties, and now my forties. I was a little disappointed. I guess I should have stuck with the pizza? read more

Great staff and service! Food was delicious! This place was close to our Airbnb and it was recommended so we decided to stop in and check it out. We opted to sit at the bar to eat and it was a great decision! Our bartender was amazing and hilarious, she doesn't usually work there so she was just helping out but we loved her! Very attentive and checked in on our food often as we waited for it. We ordered the Bomb Pop and Dragon Berry Burst cocktails and they were delicious. She brought us some extra biscuits while we waited for our food, they were pretty good. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and enjoyed it! The shrimp were a good size and there was a decent amount. The sauce was a little on the thick side but still good! My friend got the 8 inch seafood pizza and said it was good but we did think it could use more seafood on it, it was mostly mushroom and bacon. Still delicious though! Needing a pasta and pizza fix and this was close to where we're staying. From the time we walked in, the staff were attentive and courteous. Walking in, we were pleasantly surprised by the decor. It was dusk when we pulled in and the outside wasn't striking but when we walked in, it was such a warm, Italian-flare environment. We had a short wait and had a drink at the bar. At our table, we quickly had waters and our order take. We ordered the garlic cheese bread app. For entrees, we got the night's special, a seafood cannelloni and an 8" Sicilian pie, both to share. Great experience! I'm not sure why the rating for this place is as low as it is. I got a chicken dish with some minestrone soup and it was amazing!! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the soup was so delicious. Our waitress was incredibly nice and was always checking in on us. The house moscato was really nice as well. I've gone to Li'l Rizzo's 50 time in the past 20 years. It was always part of vacation plans when traveling to LOZ. We've gone for the last time. The restaurant was filthy and all the staff that we interacted with look so wasted that it was embarrassing. The food that came out sucked and we bailed. Yuck!!! read more

Terrible service, first time we have ever walked out of a restaurant after being seated. Only one couple there when we walked in and they had ordered. Got menus, put in drink orders and got our drinks. 2 other couples and a group of 3 enter. when the server gets to the group, she knows them and chats for several minutes. When she comes back, she takes their orders! Goes to the bar, types it in the orders, turns around and then takes the orders of a couple at the bar [who arrived after us]. Then, she disappeared for a while! When the server returned, she went over to the table of her friends and started talking. By this time, it was 1 pm and we were hungry. That's when we put money for our drinks and walked out. She never noticed despite the table they were at was closest to the door. I wanted to say something to mgt at the time but my wife nixed. We have been eating here for years, used to love their pizza. Now you get a dry sauceless pizza. I even tried ordering a pizza with extra sauce and it didn't even matter. Won't be trying again. Their other food is great. read more
