Quick, Hot and Delicious! I love their menu. You pick the pasta, then the sauce, and the protein. You build your bowl of pasta! I had the mushroom ravioli, "Naked" - butter & garlic olive oil, with grilled chicken breast strips. It has melted cheese on it and was served with a breadstick. I would order it again. Husband made his own pizza with the spicy red sauce. Again a definite do again. It was a bit spicy but added such great flavor to the pizza. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and smelled yummy as soon as you step inside. I would recommend this place for a quick bowl of delicious pasta or pizza. read more

We stopped by for dinner the other early evening, and we were very impressed! Super nice family own it, and the son waited on us. He was very helpful on recommendations, and was spot on! We loved the way they bring out the salad. It comes in a plastic closed container. You can shake the salad to get the dressing mixed up good, and then poor it in the bowl. Their house dressing was amazing! My husband and I both had the seafood ravioli, I had the red sauce topped with mushrooms, and it came with a bread stick. The other couple had a sandwich and they loved what they ordered. They especially commented on the bread and how good it was! Our waiter was very attentive and really nice! We will definitely be going back! I want to try their lasagna! Looking forward to going back! One of our FAVS now! We love supporting small business places! read more

Really good pastas. The toasted raviolis are a must when you come here. I try to stop at this place when I'm in town.

The floor was dirty, our table had spilled liquid and food under it. There were multiple children running around screaming. The food was nothing spectacular by any means and it was not an enjoyable experience. If you're looking for true authentic Italian, this is not the place. read more

Wife ate last eve with a group of hers. She said everyone raved about their meal. Brought me takeout of Fettuccine with cream sauce and added chicken. Decided to try and they did not disappoint. Service was good and steady. Ordered the spicy chicken Alfredo with mushrooms. It was good. The portion was a good amount. Priced accordingly. Ordered the fettuccine noodles with alfredo sauce. Order arrived fast and hot with a great breadstick. The sauce is okay but not seasoned like at a full service Italian restaurant. Not bad just not very tasty. Service is a plus and maybe being open a lot longer will elicit costumer suggestions resulting in more flavorful pasta. We were not impressed. Overpriced, very bland Alfredo sauce, cold entrees, and insanely small portions. Bread sticks seemed to be stale/old, were bland and chewy, and half the size of normal breadsticks you would be served at places like Olive Garden or Fazoli's. For the price, they should offer their customers a salad bar (side salad at the very least) to compensate for the small child sized entrees the serve. Big men, or growing boys with huge appetites would have a difficult time getting their hunger satisfied with the pathetic portions that they serve here. Save your money, as you could find better Italian meal, at the same or lower price, in the frozen section at your local grocer. read more

I really want to give this place 5 stars but several times I've been here and the service was my least favorite. Seems like it's the same girl each time. The girl is slow, rarely keeps our drinks filled, and often seems confused by her businesses ordering process. The most recent time I came with my family, a couple arrived 10 min after us and although our orders were in hand and ready, the waitress spent over 5 min explaining the menu and ordering to the other table and placed their order ahead of us. This experience wasn't the first time this particular waitress has put another table ahead of us (even though they arrived long after us). My second visit in 2 days! The tomato salad and regular salad are delicious! The pizza is very good. We like the veal ravioli and red sauce and bow tie pizza with pink sauce. Yesterday I had the fettuccini with 1 meatball and pink sauce. Fantastico! This is a small, woman owned business and us gals have to support our gals! The lady is also the chef! If you're going to call yourself a "Pasta Emporium", the bar is set awfully high for a quality experience. Also, if you're going to have table service instead of a fast casual format, again, expectations are higher. I imagine that even top flight restaurants order some of their stock from food service companies and don't scratch make everything. I could be wrong, but nothing seemed freshly prepared. Overpriced toasted ravioli probably frozen. They tasted decently, but at $8 for 10, you expect something extraordinary. Breadstick that came with the pasta? Bland and probably frozen. Alfredo was bland and seemed like it was jarred. And if you're going to use a microwave to heat food, do it in the back so it can't be witnessed. Overall, as a lone diner, I dropped $18 bucks with the tip without anything remarkable. As a local resident, I won't be back. read more

Nice people, good sauces... slower service, microwaved food, and no communication between the chef and server (only two employees we saw working) even in the small, open air kitchen/restaurant. We shop at the Lake annually and are always looking for good new places. Went here because we heard good reviews. Got here about 6:15, almost two hours before closing, the restaurant was only about 1/2 full. The only server there sold one of us (3) on the special "there are two left!" so we ordered one. We each ordered an entree plus appetizer. We waited quite a while for food, and asked once about our appetizer coming out before food. The server assured us "it was ordered". She then came back over (after we'd already waited 20 min after ordering) and said they were actually out of the special and we chose a replacement. {Meanwhile we heard and saw the chef putting bowls in a microwave and pushing buttons but couldn't see what it was. We were saddened to see that.} When our food finally was ready, the cook (owner?) hollered to us that "Your appetizer got messed up and will be out after the pasta. The pasta is done." The done pasta then sat for another 5 minutes before our server brought it over. Lastly, we ordered dessert but forgot to tell them to go. Went to counter before it was to us and asked for to go. The chef hollered back to the kitchen, but a few minutes later it still came out on plates and we asked for containers. The food... the pink sauce is a red sauce pasta bowl with a little white sauce on top. I feel like pink sauce is supposed to be closer to a mostly white sauce with a little red. But maybe that's me. The broccoli in our pasta looked brown and we thought maybe looked microwaved. But it tasted better than it looked. We remembered the menu said it was sautéed in garlic and herbs so maybe that was it. The red sauce and breadsticks were both really good. The mozzarella sticks were good, but baked so not as "greasy appetizer" fulfilling as we had liked. read more
