This is a good location. The McRib was awesome tasting. Sauce was saucy, plenty of it & spices present. Onions were generous & slightly sweet. Perfect with the sauce. Bun was so, so good. This is a convenient location from UCF campus. The McDonald's app always has good offers. You can order ahead and wait in the pick up area. Also, they seem to always have a survey available on their receipt. If you do the survey within seven days you get a code that allows you to get a buy one get one free sandwich. There are some restrictions, but it's a great deal. The last time I ordered from here, my food was fresh and hot. It was also made exactly as I ordered it. To use the buy one get one free sandwich you do have to go inside and order at a register. read more

We had a horrible experience at the drive thru. We ordered, paid and were redirected to another window while seeing other cars behind being served. We also saw another car sent to a drive thru spot that was behind us served. We saw a couple of cars behind us handing back their orders to the window. We waited for 15 minutes and after that we decided to park the car and my husband had to go inside the store. The associate inside told my husband he was looking around the parking lot that did not make sense. The drive thru spots were open. We also signaled to them that we were waiting and we were totally ignored so I parked and we left 18 minutes after for quarter pound meal with melted ice soda for a family member. No apologies from anyone just a nervous laugh and a bad excuse. Awful experience. It is unbelievable that the crew saw us waiting inside of the car for 15 minutes and did not do anything at all. I would like to understand how is it possible to be sent to another window and be ignored. Pretty bad customer experience. We are patient and I do not appreciate the lack of courtesy and disrespect. read more

For fast food they are very slow. There is a McDonald 5 mins down the road that is so much better the. This one go to that one instead. I went to pick up some food, delivering for DoorDash had to use the restroom first when I first walked in first thing that caught my eye House , how clean the restaurant was went into the bathroom, and the bathroom was spotless, I didn't buy any food, looked into the kitchen Clean whoever's running. It seems to have their stuff together asked one of the managers told him that how nice it was in here how clean it was looking. He gave the girl that works in the dining room. The praise she kept it clean. He said it's all her, she needs a little bit more money I think on her paycheck if the place is clean, I'm sure the food is OK but we're talking about McDonald's. Horrible drive thru - cashier guy was nice - went to second window - NO ONE THERE . Waited 3 mins drove to third window of course no one there . Had to park cause apparently no one does their job - if you leave the window you come right back . So when I had to park to get my food - manager was like I didn't understand where you went - I said oh yeah I can say the same about your employee working at the window - there wasn't one. --after three mins - then went to - third no one there - no one came down to apologize- he had the audacity to tell me that he went outside when I was parked in the handicap and he didn't go outside so he lied right to my face. After the remodel it is like a bland cafeteria. Nothing is available in the dining room! No soda machines, ice tea, lids, straws...not even napkins. TVs were removed. Your expo guy give terrible service. Not only was he not listening to customers, he would literally turn his back while we were trying to get his attention. Me and my boyfriend ordered at the same time. He got his food, I went up after 10 min and told him I was pretty sure he had already called my number, he procceds to call a completely different number even when I told him I could see my order ready from here. After multiple times of trying to get his attention my boyfriend had to go up and mid conversation the expo guy turns around and completely ignores him. My boyfriend snaps at him and he grabs my order from the rack that had food already bagged where I told him I saw my order. The staff is always quick to get my order ready for me as soon as I check in via mobile app. My go to order is the Artisan Grilled chicken and it never fails to satisfy my cravings. It's healthy and macro friendly, if you're worried about stuff like that. Pro tip: download the app for new deals daily! Pros: This place has good ole nostalgic American fare. The food was actually good this evening and the fries were absolutely perfect. Cons: - You have to order from one of the four touch screens and then you have to stand there waiting for your food. - The touch screen asks for a table number, so that they can deliver your meal to your table, but the employees working here don't make that option available. - I've literally been standing here waiting for my food for ten minutes, without a beverage, they don't make that available while you're waiting forever. - Meanwhile, Drive Thru customers are being taken care of at a rate of one car every sixty seconds, so you're basically a second class citizen if you actually come inside to eat like a normal person. - There's trash all over the tables and floor, the place is a mess. - The employees here are less than friendly, you're literally a number. - I ordered my meal for here and of course it was made to go and served up in a brown bag. - There's over twenty customers here, and everyone is eating out of a bag, which may explain the trash all over the place. - There's no WiFi as advertised, so this review is on my dime, and that's gonna cost them half a star. - They're out of self serve Sweet Tea, so now I have to wait forever again to get a refill. - They're out of Hot Fudge Sundaes, we're done here.
