I recently ordered with the app for a curbside order, I had to go into the store after watching the drive thru move along and my order was no where in sight. Once I entered the store I say utter chaos, the kitchen was dirty there were fries all over the floor, the "Manager" Brynn, was yelling at her staff and also yelling unto the restaurant area about a door dasher who didn't get their whole order and how that was "on them" she then told her employee who was doing a great job not to worry about curbside right (which was me) not worry about the other orders. I watched 2 customers come into the the restaurant look at the kitchen area and say "I don't think I want to eat here, do you see that" as he pointed to the kitchen. Lastly, I think your manager Brynn would maybe be a better server than manager as she is rude and cannot properly manage her people as in this short amount of time being in the restaurant I watched her do nothing but yell at her people and even told one of them they couldn't go on break. read more

My husband walked through the drive- thru because his motorcycle is loud and he didn't think they could hear him. The Manger said she couldn't serve him that way. She felt it was a safety issue for him to walk through but not a safety issue for him to ride out of the drive through holding bags of food. I ordered on the app but because I was home and my phone wasn't there it wouldn't go through. The manager was on her high horse and got into it with not only my husband, but me when I called. She was very, very rude. I WILL NOT be going back as long as she's the Manger. She's very incompetent and does not know how to treat customers. She needs to be fired!!! Oh, and the last 2 times we went there, we ordered large fries and got home to find the containers half full. Basically got 2 small fries in large boxes for a large price. As with many people on Yelp, we don't usually review "Fast Food" restaurants because it seems like a waste of time... The food is extremely predictable and strait forward... But what most of us DO comment or critique is the service and decor. Well last night, the McDonalds here in Omak caused me to take aim and fire with both barrels of my verbal shot gun... Service here is awful! I have never felt so infuriated in a restaurant in my life. The young lady who took my order seemed to have a very large attitude and couldn't wait to walk away. For 2 burgers and fries, it took 20 damn minutes... I think I'll skip the Omak McDonalds from now on... Oh, and by the way... Your worker want $15 to push frigging buttons on a cash register??? I want to say yesterday on Wednesday is the third time I have had lunch at 1-2pm and your staff here in omak Washington is having a meeting, I don't care to be having my lunch and listen to 8-10 of them discuss employees work ethics and I just think it's not appropriate out in the public to discuss about how long it takes some one to roll burritos, or laughing and joking about how people work or don't work. I am disabled, live 10 miles away and had someone go and get me a Spicy Chicken Deluxe. What I got was a very over cooked Chicken with 2 pickles and a dap of sauce. Not exactly a deluxe. I could not very well ask this person to take the sandwich back as it would have been another 20mile round trip. This Chicken should NEVER have left the store. Very poor quality control. read more

When you live in such a Rural place, sometimes you really rely on a fast-food place for quick reliable and predictable food when you're out and about, or traveling somewhere... Don't rely on this one. The fries at this particular McDonald's are the most horrific things you will ever see, feel, or taste. They are always cold, and usually greasy-cold with under-cooking- or on very rare occasions, overcooked to rock hard consistency. They have never once been edible- even when we requested them to replace them with 'fresh' fries, the replacements were strangely NOT hot, and had that 'cold grease' flavor to them. The burgers are relatively average for a McDonalds, but you can't count on anything when it comes to how they are assembled. If you ask for anything (say, no onions) you have to check. They often forget, or simply give you the wrong 'special'... once mine was no onions, but I got a no pickles one... a man at the counter was also complaining, as his no pickle burger had no onions instead. You see the problem there? I don't know how a McDonald's can have such terrible service, either- there is ONE employee who shines, and he hustles his backside, working HARD... while everyone around him does nothing at all. He handles breakfast rush all on his own... everyone else they have had working there when we ate there, has been belligerent or full of attitude... and I'm a really friendly person who gives everyone respect, so I don't understand why they have attitude for me... Once, I went there and an employee at the register was so busy on her I-Phone, she was truly ticked off at every customer who 'bothered' her... finishing her tests and things BEFORE she would take an order, and in the middle of MY order, she /stopped/ to take a text and respond. Sure, it /could/ have been work related, but WOW the sneers and attitude... I didn't think it was. She acted like she was hanging at high school, not working at a cash register. I was very close to just walking away. I am loathe to complain to a restaurant if they get an order wrong, but here, it will do you no good if you DO. They won't always fix it, usually they blame you somehow, or simply say "sorry!" and walk away... on the rare occasions that they do listen, you have to get past the attitude with an unusual amount of smiles and upbeat joking, etc- you shouldn't have to pander to someone to get the normal level of service from them. I recommend you skip this McDonald's... or check your order carefully if you do go, before you leave drive thru or restaurant... and expect slow service with attitude, which may hamper your visit, no matter how bad you need that Cheeseburger fix. Hey, at least the Wi-Fi always seems to work... but you better hope you don't need to plug-in... there's only one outlet accessible by guests. Why? I have NO earthly idea. read more

the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. this rest should be shut down. they have messed up every single order I've made in the past 3 years. I just placed an order via DD and called to ask if they could add some ketchup packets and the lady said "I have no idea which order you're referring too" so I tried to explain the items in my order and she said "if I remember I'll get some ketchup in there for you" then hung up the phone on me. Of all the bathrooms I have ever used, this one has to be one of the nicest. The walls are lined with tiles comparable to those of any church in Rome, and the door doesn't make that sound that most doors make in bathrooms or horror movies. This bathroom has the perfect color tone that says "hey, come on in, but don't stay for too long, because this is a bathroom". This bathroom is so nice, that I decided not to write the Nietzsche quote that I usually write on public bathroom walls, seeing as even Nietzsche is not sophisticated enough for this bathroom. The only reason this bathroom does not get 5 stars, is the mystery door leading to what I would usually identify as a stall, but judging by the grunts and moans the man behind the door was making, is actually a labyrinth of sorts where you must fight a minotaur to the death. I did not get a chance to look behind the door, as the rules of the labyrinth probably state one at a time. I like to imagine the man behind the door won his battle, but I left before I could find out the result. I am worried the minotaur might escape and ruin the bathroom, but that is only for time to tell. The restaurant attached to this bathroom was not at all necessary, and was sub-par at best. read more

It's your standard McDonald's, so I'm not rating it on that. Rather, I'm rating it on the lack of functional power sockets for individuals using laptops. With McDonald's widely promoted free WiFi, providing people the ability to work during their lunch hours is important, and right now folks are having to string their power cords across walkways to plug in. read more

First off, the employees are obviously hired based on lowest IQ because their only answer to anything is "that's what the computer charges" And secondly, management was trained to deal with upset customers by saying a half-ass sorry, and then shutting the window so they don't have to deal with us.
