Arby's is really just Arby's. You go there for something cheap, easy and familiar. For being out in the middle of nowhere, it's pretty damn good. Lol. Restaurant is clean, employees are friendly, and the service is quick. The employees are really what makes this location great. It really is out in the middle of nowhere, with not much going on in this tiny town. So options are limited and you've gotta travel to get anything better. I didn't actually expect great things from this location when I was there, but oddly enough, I was pleasantly surprised. After eating at a Chinese restaurant in town and pooping it all out an hour later and feeling ill, I was craving something familiar. So I did took a drive down the "main" street in town, which is more like the only street in town, and I found the magical Arby's sign. I ran through the drive-thru and took my food back to the hotel to enjoy. It was fresh, hot, and delicious. I went back about a year later with my mom on another visit and went into the restaurant. It was again a pleasant experience. The restaurant was very clean inside and employees were super friendly. I hope I don't find myself in this tiny town out in nowhere any time soon, but if I do, I'll make a visit to this location again. read more

The drive thru service needs some work. The young lady taking our order forgot to turn off the microphone and said some things that others probably shouldn't hear. Not a big deal to me but not appropriate for young children to hear. Food was normal, just had to ask three times for the sauces. They ask if we wanted any and I let the first person know. Then she walked away and the 2nd person who was helping asked. Then he walked a way and another person gave us our bag of food and none of the sauces were in the bag . It's an Arbys. What can I say? We don't do fast food very often but they roll up the sidewalks in Omak after 3pm. Most of the restaurants that aren't saloons aren't open for dinner so...... I like the roast beef max sandwich. Filling and tasty if you bury it in sauce. read more

The food was good. Fresh and hot. BUT the guy at the counter was so obnoxious the experience was unbearable. We ate in the dining room and he loudly whistled half the time. He announced that one of the girls there "must be ovulating" He insulted another guy there who I assume he knew but it was loud enough for me to hear across the dining room and I was grateful my kids weren't with me. One family walked in listened to him for a minute then left. I mean this guy is doing Arby's no favors. I'll never go inside again because I never want to encounter this guy again. And I feel sorry for the girls that work there. read more

Not bad, was passing through and needed a quick bite. Food seemed a bit pricier than I remember but the portions were generous. Gave us lots of Arby's sauce so what was great. Friendly staff and quickly served. read more

This used to be a great place to go but the last seven visits our orders have either been wrong or the food has been inedible. We live in the next town over so we couldn't drive back to return it but we did complain with NO response. Today was the last straw we got to order quickly but sat at the window for well over fifteen minutes without so much as being acknowledged before we drove off and went else where. Disappointed. That's the second visit through the drive through in so many months and they got my order wrong. This time the order was missing two of the five meals ordered and there was a fish sandwich that we didn't order. Had to drive back to town so I could have dinner. They got my sandwiches but nobody really made any attempt at acknowledging the mistake and making it right. Won't be back. read more

I usually don't come here often, but the food is always good and the portion size is always big. That comes with a price though, and I can easily end up paying around $15 for just me. Every time I've been there they've also been slower than other places in the area. Thankfully the service has always been good and I've never had a negative experience. It's just an Arby's... there's not much else to say. read more

As others say, Arby's is Arby's but for fast food, it is reliable. What prompts the review of this Arby's is the drive thru, employees are very nice, but it has to be the slowest drive thru I have ever been through. That isn't just a one time observation but consistently slow slow slow. read more

I haven't been to an Arbys in years and was blown away by the menu selections. The cheese steak sandwich I had tasted like a top notch deli.Its no wonder it was very busy at lunch.The staff takes extra care with cleanliness. read more
