I've been here quite a few times since moving here and it's by far the best Burger King I've been to! They're always incredibly busy with long lines and short staffed, yet my food has always come out amazing and fresh. The employees who have nothing to do with their suppliers are always very clear about if they're out of certain ingredients, apologize, and usually give extras of other things in order to make up for it. Every time I interact with someone who works here they are incredibly kind and overly thankful for us understanding that short staffing/being out of ingredients isn't their fault. They're absolutely doing the best they can as one of the busiest restaurants in Omak, and the great fresh food proves it! read more

They are rude and they suck. As farm as I'm concerned, they just robbed a friend of mine!! She ordered a whooper with cheese and just got a cheeseburger. The billed her for a whooper witch is about 4.00 more than a cheeseburger which is what she got! She complained and told her they were out of tomato's and short on lettuce. Fine then you tell here ahead of time and then bill her for a cheeseburger. Then she tried to call there management and complain and they wouldn't answer their phones!!! This location is only getting a star because no stars is not an option. They have been short staffed for a while, so I have let it slide. But today was it. The last few times I have gone through the drive thru the wait has been very long. It is like they can only handle one order at a time. Absolutely the worst lunch of all time. Ordered a whopper meal, came COLD along with the fries. Very rude "kids" working behind the counter especially the gal with the nose ring!!!. You can improve your service After paying , and 25 min rolled by, not counting the long wait to order , then time behind car at window my total time there was 40 min. I tried to get the guys attention just to get a refund Ignored me Honked my horn . Ignored me . Worst burger king ever. Stay away. There is a reason there is no one eating here. Bad service, extremely slow will only help one car at a time in drive thru the rest can wait I guess. By the time I was asked to order the car before me that waited 10 minutes to order was already leaving with their food. If you go inside to order be ware. Bathrooms are dirty, dining room will be dirty and the staff helping you will look very dirty and un kept even the manager looks un professional. Just look at their hands, the hands that are preparing your food, are they clean? My employees were not. Very scary. Waited 20 minutes after being told to pull around to the front from the drive thru. Went inside and still waited another 10 minutes. Only 2 employees working the entire store. Got home and half of the order was missing. Got the $5 meal and $5 for 2 whopper juniors. No fries and no nuggets. No dipping sauce. It was unbelievable. Tried to call the store and they would not answer. No way to get a refund or even get the rest of my meal. What kind of management only schedules 2 workers on a weekend. First, it was so slow two people in front of me backed out and gave up. Then, sorry we don't have...and sorry we don't have that either. I had seen the grillers on tv and wanted to try one. Sorry we don't have the usual sauce, would you like mayo or ranch or bbq? So we finally get our order, andpull out, heading home. IDK if it was a mistake, (and how) but I received a burger with untoasted/grilled, sourdough bread. Looked and felt odd as the bread was so soft it kind of melted into the burger...yuk. In fact yuk so bad I spit my first bite out completely. The bread felt micro waved, was tough too! I got home, took the burger apart, and the grilled part, was upside down on the inside of the sandwich. Was it supposed to be that way? Disgusting result. Won't be going back anytime soon. You know they paid no attention when I ordered and they totally screwed it up, but when we went back to let them know they were totally cool and apologized. The woman, and yes, I said woman was friendly and even gave our puppy a second treat so there. Would eat here again if traveling through. I felt fine the next day....ha ha ha! Anyway eat here but make sure they got your order right before driving away. They couldn't take the wrong food back so I attempted to share it unwrapped with the homeless guy in the parking lot and got denied WTH! Went through the drive thru. It took over a half hour to get to order and get our food. Only 2 cars in front of us. Got home and one of the burgers was wrong. Tried to call and phone number has been disconnected. Don't think we'll be going back to this location. Also, can't order through the app anymore. Get with it, Omak. So my daughter wanted her birthday party at omak Burger King, shortly after we got there some Karen's showed up and we're making constant complaints about us to the staff they literally didn't even ask our side just immediately told us we needed to leave the establishment, even tho they were the ones being disrespectful to us, too the point they even called my youngest daughter a bitch for looking at them, my daughter didn't even get to cut her Cake, u can be assured they lost my service,, so would not ever recomend omak burger king for birthday.... read more

Sat in the drive through for over half an hour the other day. We could have gone elsewhere, ordered, eaten, and been out during the time it took (probably about 45 minutes from start to finish) between ordering and getting our food. The manager on shift at 9:50 m on September 2, 2021 is the worst. She may be frustrated but she took it out on us. We ordered and when we got to the window she proceeded to hand us a warm fountain drink with no ice. We said that's gross and her response was "it says no ice everywhere" with an ugly attitude. We said we wanted our money back for that crap and meant to drink not the food but she was already rambling not listening refunded us our full order money and closed the window. She said she is the manager. Well she lacks the skills to be a leader. read more

We go to this Burger King ALL THE TIME! It is, hands-down, the best 'fast food' in the area- and it very much surprises me that it has gotten bad reviews! On a typical visit, we go in, don't have to stand in line, and get our food most of the time before we have even finished getting drinks and napkins! When we don't, the staff often runs the food out TO the customer at their table. The staff is super friendly, and often learn customers names and preferences if they frequent the place. They DO often run out of things (perhaps the ice cream machine is down, or the icee machine stops working) but not usually anything particularly big- it's almost always an equipment failure, and I imagine it takes a long time to get repair service to a town 2 hours away from any other big town, and 3 hours from a major city! One bonus, is that this Burger King takes expired coupons. This means if you have a BK coupon, you can use it whenever you happen to come in- no worrying about when it expires. They often honor relatively old coupons for us with not a blink of the eye. Great savings sometimes! Another bonus is that they give children a free Ice Cream Cone- a little bitty one, but it gets SO hot here, the kids LOVE it! They recently built an amazingly well-thought-out playroom, which has made everyone happy, because now people stopping through on a trip can let the kids go WILD, and there is a nice closed door between the rest of us and the crazy kid-playing loudness! :) They also have two tables at which are electronic gaming systems. They are free to play, and include all kinds of games. Everything from the typical 'match 3' or 'hidden object' genre, to math and trivia games for kids! My personal favorites are the bowling and skee-ball games- with a touch-screen, you'd expect it to get pretty messy, but when they clean the tables, they clean the screens. Very thoughtful! I highly recommend this BK for your burger/fast food fix. They do a great job! read more

If I could just give a part of a star. Its not even WORTH a half a star. My daughter worked for BK as one of her 1st jobs. She was trained to get a car from the speaker to the window in 2 and a half minutes... this BK can't move 1 car in 5 minutes! Imagine if you are the 5th or 6th car in line. It took 20+ minutes from speaker to window. It was a mobile order... it was barely warm by the time we got to the window. read more

I have no idea if they changed management or had a bunch of people not show up for work on Independence Day weekend or what, but this is possibly the nicest Burger King I've ever been in. After reading the most recent review, I tried to talk my kids out of going here while we got our oil changed. I lost, and I am glad I did-- it's clean, the seating is well positioned, the way it was designed for people to come in, use the restroom, order, get their drinks and then either go sit or head to the play area is well designed, and frankly there are only two flaws I could find: the floor is cream-colored tile, which makes it so that the faintest bit of dirty snow tracked in looks very nasty, and the play area's huge windows made it so that when the weather outside is about zero, the play area is a bit cool. I'd say about 65 degrees, not that it slowed down my kids at all, but if you're getting food and letting it sit while they play it will probably get cold. There are at least half a dozen other people who are using the internet here, and it's not bogged down. No power outlets that I can see, though, so not a good place to buy a coffee and sit while you use the internet. That might be part of why the internet is good.... My family usually stops here because it's an acceptable fast food burger. It's perfectly good burger king type food. read more

Just gotta say...as Burger Kings go, this place is awful! I live here in town, and even though I like the BK menu, I will not go here. The joint is very dirty, the help is a bunch of disrespectful teens, service is EXTREMELY slow (15-20 minutes sitting in the drive-thru when you're the only one in line), and they seem to run out of stuff on a regular basis. After several really bad trips, I've completely given up on this one, and will wait for my Whopper when I go out of town. read more

Stopped by the recently renovated Burger King for a quick lunch on Sunday, July 2nd and was disappointed to see that all of the renovations were less than exceptable. As we tried to enter the reaturant, we were stopped at the front door by a number of other customers standing in line, waiting for their opportunity to approach the single order station. It was a log jam from the start. Not because there were too many customers but, the cash register is close to the front door. Who ever designed this arrangement must not have basic knowledge of "customer comfort". When the rain returns to Omak, who is going to want to stand outside in the rain as you wait for your turn to enter the resturant. read more
