Fresh food.The hash browns tasted old. The eggs weren't cooked completely and were very oily. The meat was oily too. I don't know if they're cooking the food on a grill or microwave. McDonalds on Hegenberger is decent, despite all the "Home Challenged" types, sleeping in the parking lot. Their Mobile homes are a bit of an eye sore, (things to keep in mind if you're the park and eat type.) Also the soda machine needs to be Calibrated. I left the prefix out because I don't remember a time when this location ever served a properly mixed Coke, so I'm assuming the soda machine was defected upon arrival. Now I order senior coffee for my clients and residents aged 62 years and older all the time. Well today I was told very rudely that if the seniors are not in the car with you, then you have to pay regular price! 5/23/22 I realize the current rating for this McDonald's is quite poor... and yeah, I think if you're considering everything about the business in addition to the food, it's probably deserved... I went to get a $5 meal deal. For a Mc Chicken it was $5. If I wanted the burger, they charged me $6. Both are advertised for $5. After getting my food I should have checked my bag. The soda was flat. My Mc Double had no pickle or onions. They did not use any salt. I paid more for less. My order has been wrong three times in a row. This is a review for every McDonald's in Oakland California of the United States. Many people rely on inexpensive affordable food... With that being said, the food should be edible, hot and tasty...menu items and extras should be obliged. Who wants to eat chicken nuggets with no sauce? Not me. Who wants to eat ten chicken nuggets with one sauce? Not me. If you do not want to give out ranch for the fries or sweet and sour for the chicken nuggets, maybe try to infuse those ingredients into those items, or make them taste better on their own. You infuse the McGriddle with syrup. Delicious by the way. Would be nice If I could order a McGriddle with a simple delicious round egg instead of flat dry folded egg. The option for round egg substitution had been removed. They also removed the steak egg and cheese bagels that helped make my childhood more special. Why not bring it back? You keep bringing back the McRib, which is disgusting. When I ask for something and pay for it constantly I expect to be obliged. How do you never have milkshakes but they are stuck on the menu... remove it. Remove the condiments if you do not intend to give them out. And perhaps answer the phone... Don't hide. We need to come together. Food is the cornerstone of American society. We have to do better. Other great food items..blueberry muffin is a nice addition to the menu but only when warmed and the employees do not think it necessary to warm your muffin so the item becomes pointless. Hash-browns need ranch. Fries need ranch. The deluxe quarter pounder is very good. I do not like ketchup on my burger and the company slaps ketchup on every burger. The chicken sandwich regular is delicious, especially with cheese. The new spicy chicken sandwich is so spicy to me its almost inedible. 4:30PM on a Sunday and they won't let anyone inside. Options are to use the drive up window, or use the mobile app and stand in the parking lot waiting for them to come outside with your food. I walked there so I had to use the mobile app and not the drive-through. I ordered a mocha frappe and nothing else.. It took 19 minutes to come outside. They don't even see you loitering around the parking lot like an idiot waiting for your food. Won't be back. read more

Inside shopping center w/ Pak N Save, Midas, & Taco Bell...just past Arco Gas Station & Chubby Freeze burger spot. Plenty of parking in shared lot. CUST SVC: Went through drive-thru Sun 9/20/09 just after 11am...friendly service all around here & got 3 stars...but my disappoint starts when I reach my destination. DRINKS: I ordered 2 small hot McMochas. Getting to my destination & not tasting the drinks yet, gave my sis her McMocha while I said messed around in her room. Sis says, "This doesn't taste good sis. Ew, it's not sweet or anything". I taste my McMocha...taste like standard coffee, not an expresso drink at all. Really upset/disappointed & now they've lost 1 star. MANAGER CUST SVC: Let's begin with, I love my sister! She sees how disappointed/pissed I am that our flippin' McMochas weren't prepared correctly so she called this location up immediately & asked for mgr. BITTER TASTE: We took our McMochas, I drove back to McDonald's, sis threw both McMochas on door entrance, then we rolled out. Come on now folks...just in our head! Sis was ready to go back McD & speak w/ Mgr face-2-face, but I didn't feel like it & wanted to get on w/ our day. I'm still sitting I. Their parking lot a bit shocked from what just happened. The car in front of me handed the employee a bag of fries back. I don't know why. But when I approached the window, I noticed that the exact looking bag of fries were in my bag. I ordered a medium which usually comes in the red packaging and not the paper slit that the small size comes in (which is what the driver in front of me returned). I simply asked that they. Study that they have the correct size for me and was frustrated that someone may have placed the returned item in my bag. Instead of clarifying, the employee proceeded to curse at me! At a glance, the bag of fries looks small. See attacked picture. It wasn't u t I removed it from the bag that I noticed the size. All she had to do was clarify that there was a change in packaging. Cursing at me was not necessary. This happened on June 28th, 2022 around 5:59 pm according to the receipt. Receipt number is 67 and KS#13, in case management is interested in looking into this. Last week I went to this site near my work to get lunch. I ordered a Deluxe Quarter pounder with cheese meal. When I got back to the office and opened my meal, I had been given a plain burger with onions only..... WTH? I went online and filed a complaint, got the email saying they they reached out to the store to let them know and that they would be contacting me. (Still, No word yet.) Today I decided to try again, but when I got back to the office I had a burger with cheese, a TON of onions and bacon, no lettuce, no tomato. Seriously, 100 % failure rate. Every time we come here we always have a bad experience. Staff are poorly trained, food orders are always wrong. Most of the time i let that slide but not today! I ordered some chicken nuggets for my two kids, 1st they took forever to give me my order, 2nd they had to take my bad back twice to "check" what was in there because they didn't know what was missing. Finally after getting my food correct i just came home and my kids started eating their chicken nuggets. My daughter told me to they were too soft and I didn't think anything about it. A few seconds later my son spits out his nugget and said "its gross from the inside!" I check all the nuggets and the they look cooked and crispy. Once I opened each of them they were raw in the inside!! I really hope my kids dont get sick over the few bites they took! The little boy that took my order sounded like he didn't want to be there (Even had a little attitude when giving me my change back) The girl (stud) at the 2nd window handed me the bag of food like she done seen a ghost.. she had an ugly smirk on her face too.
