We got here at 7 am and we're waiting for a large fry for 3 hours. My mom wanted to be polite and wait because she is too nice but I needed to share. My mom is so kind and to be treated like this is despicable. I will not eat a large fry from here again because my mom is nice. If my mom were mean she would have written this review but we wasted our day here waiting for some fries to be moved from the bar into some paper. Two suggestions for management. 1) please invest in a noise cancelling microphone for your drive-thrus. The background talking and Noise are not only annoying but make it hard to communicate when placing orders. 2). Please use only those team members who are Pleasant and sound welcoming.. Last order I placed when the guy said 'welcome back " can I help you?' he so sounded like he was annoyed and angry at me for even being there! Not a good way to start my lunch. Went through McDonald's drive through and was initially greeted with a worker who was hard to understand and spoke to me like I was a moron with a slow mocking tone and over enunciated words. Later I was heeled at by workers for refusing to move my car up to window because a car was there. About 35 minutes after my initial arrival at McDonald's I was given my food but had to argue with the server in order to get condiments. When I got home it should have been no surprise that I found I was missing 1/3 my order. read more

Decided this morning to stop here for a quick drive thru breakfast, was surprised to the unfriendly service. I ordered the steak egg and cheese combo which is a #10 with large diet coke and large cafe mocha. I drove to work, parked in the lot and enjoyed the steak bagel. When I reached in the bag for my hash brown it wasn't there? I mean come on people how do you forget a hash brown? Worst fast food experience ever!! Drive thru was packed so went inside. I was only person in there. Took 10 minutes to take my order of 2 sundaes and 15 minutes to make them (after 2 attempts!). Two of the 4 people were working their butts off and the other 2 were making mistakes that the 1st 2 had to fix. The place was dirty and one of the lazy employees was just tossing her garbage on the floor. Someone needs to find out what's happening there. I'll never go back. Good news is I love the McDonalds at Michigan and 275 in Canton. They are always friendly, the food is fresh and they care about customer service. Drive a few extra mikes and go there. read more

It's McDonald's. I think everyone who's been to one has had a drive thru order not quite to spec or maybe had to deal with the restaurant being a little unkempt. That's just par for the McDonald's course. The food at this particular McDonald's tastes as you would expect. Here are the reasons for the 4 stars: the management staff is very friendly, the decor is new and modern, and I always get my food quickly. For some reason this McDonalds cares nothing about customer satisfaction. They have consistently cheated customers on portion size which is supposed to be controlled by corporate. The hamburgers have hardly any onions, mustard or ketchup. McFlurries are about half full. Cones have gotten so small they are an insult - not to mention robbery. Yesterday we stopped in and they didn't give us a fish sandwich. They did manage to give us the tiniest cone ever. If you only have one thing to do, how does someone manage to screw it up so often. They seem to more interested in driving customers to the competition by giving lousy service. read more

I LOVE this McDonalds! I'm addicted to the Diet Coke, have it every morning on the way to work and this specific McDonalds has THE BEST POP! When I called to speak to a manager this evening, mind you this is my FIRST time calling this establishment, he mistakenly took me as some prank callers and said "You're really pissing me off. Stop calling my phone you thirsty bitch". This is my first time EVER speaking to this location over the phone and I cannot believe what just happened. First things first, the drive thru is busy in the mornings so that was pretty annoying. I walked inside and I fell in love. The store was very clean compared to where i live and better yet they have the option to order your food with a touch screen. the younger generation like me find it to be quicker. it seems like they make mistakes at the drive thru but I'll rather come inside. read more

This manager is a horrible LIAR!!! He ruined my experience with McDonald's. I told him I ordered 5 burgers and said I would be back if they weren't there, and I only got 3.5!!! Yes, three and a half!!!! He ate half of my burger than wrapped it up. Also, he only filled half of our order in the first 20 minutes so our fries got COLD, COLD FUCKING FRIES, are you kidding. Have had a few problems with stale fries, and my biggest complaint with this location is they always short serve you on the fries. According to corporate, a serving of fries should be the container full, and not anything less. But, they get 4 stars from me because they'll make everything fresh for you if you request it including the fries. For the most part they are right on about 95% of the time. Better than many other locations, and performs ALMOST consistently within the top 10%. read more
