Walked in and greeted by staff before my first 5 steps. Midday, weekend stop. All food items were available and they were actively cooking food. Staff was also ensuring tables were clean. I ordered my meals with an easy checkout. Sign up for the rewards program for promotions and exclusive offers like BOGO meals and freebies. I only order one menu item every few months and it's usually consistent. read more

Pretty gross. The food looked like it was sitting for a long time. The flavors were boring and tasted like everything was past its expiration. I have had many good meals at qdoba so I know what they are capable of. Will not be back to try again. read more

Why does Qdoba never seem to be able to get its act together? The staff always seems busy even when there are no other patrons there during the lunch hour. I suppose the fact that it's empty during a weekday lunch hour should be my first clue that it is best to avoid this place. They always seems busy even to be out of something. Today it was the habanero lime steak. In the past, they have been out of rice and black beans. A while back, their soft drink dispenser was broken so I ordered a bottle of Jaritos. Then, they could not find their bottle opener for that. I'm writing this location off for good. read more

Thank you to the managers Trish (Haggerty Rd) and Dave (from Novi) for giving me a free entree after being so awesome at my workplace!! And for their employee Jayden for being so kind and thoughtful!! 100/100 for this QDOBA!!!! read more

Friendly and quick service. This location is one of my favorites, they're less stingy with giving meat than some other locations. Food is great as always, but it seems like everything is getting pricier, even if it's considered fast food. read more

Fast service. Not so clean a facility. Busyyyy Associates were trying their best to serve fast but it was a busy time I guess. read more

Looks like they have stepped it up on the cleanliness part. Just had a great chicken bowl. What's bothering me as of late with these takeout places is they want us to tip 18% is the mark. Then you have the employee at the register looking over at your purchase to see what kind of tip you give. This would be like tipping at Micky Ds. Sorry folk, I am not tipping at these places where you go through a line and order food. Shame on the owners for this. read more

I came to pick up my online order of 6pm at approximately 5:50 pm and I went to go pick up my order from the shelf which I was stopped and asked what is the name on the order. I told them the name of the order and the woman I think who is the manager or person in charge of the shift in a friendly way told me that I'm early and it will get done right away as she proceeded to sit down for her break. The girl that was making my bowl was grumpy which I had no problem with because that's not my concern. And when I get home, More than half of my toppings are not included in the bowl..... I was shocked. It was just rice, cheese, corn salsa, lettuce, only one of the sauces that I selected, jalapeño, and pickled onions. There was no beans or sour cream and so many other things I asked to be put in my bowl. I'm sure it was not intended but it was disappointing. read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - Half empty bowl - Mexican Near Me - Northville, Michigan

Terrible service from totally incompetent employees that seem annoyed that there are customers. Zero eye contact and an inability to engage in a simple human transaction. The restaurant wasn't very clean or well attended to. Food was decent. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I visited here for lunch today. Let me just say that the staff was as friendly as can be from the moment I walked in until I walked out the door. I would give the service a 5! Food-wise I ordered a Citrus Shrimp Bowl and Chips and Queso. The chips and queso were delicious. I give that a 5. But I wasn't thrilled with my ShrimpBowl. I had to wait about 5 or so minutes for a new batch of shrimp, which wasn't a big deal because I wasn't in a hurry. But the shrimp didn't have much flavor and was very translucent looking. The rest of the ingredients in the bowl were very wet and just not that appetizing. It wasn't especially hot due to waiting on the shrimp, either. So I would give the bowl a 2. So average is a 4, but since the main entree was pretty bad I am dropping my rating to a 3. read more

My family and I ordered Qdoba for take out last night and thought it was okay. I ordered the loaded tortilla soup and was just not impressed. It was pretty cold (we ate about 15 minutes after receiving it) and the flavor of the soup just tasted odd. The portion sizing is huge for a normal burrito bowl - most people would be able to make two satisfying meals out of it. I was disappointed by the lack of chicken in the soup... they probably only had 1/4 cup of it. The biggest bummer is that we ordered chips and queso on the side, but they forgot to put the queso in the bag so we didn't get to eat it. Honestly, I'd rather go to Chipotle. read more

If you love Mexican food as much as I do, you probably want to enjoy it quick, fast, and in a hurry. What I love about Qdoba, is that I can get my fix without breaking the bank, and without wasting too much time! They have a cool rewards program where you can earn free meals. My favorite entree is the craft two, where you can choose from soup, tacos, bowls, salads, or nachos. It's very feeling and very delicious. If you check in on four square, you can get free chips! This location is clean and easy to get to. Stop in & see for yourself. read more

I live at this location basically, order from here almost 3-4 times a week unfortunately, my employees love Qdoba as well. Everytime. Everytime, this location is absolutely so inconsistent. I order $6 chips and queso, literally get 10 chips, other days I'll get the perfect amount of chips that should be the $6 item advertised. I get a side of Large salsa as well, no option to order a side of chips because there is no option to order a Large chips and salsa, only Medium. So sometimes they will give me an extra bag of chips since I am getting a Large size of salsa assuming and then half the time the employees don't do this, then give the 10 chips. I don't understand this location and why they are so STINGY of their chips?!? Some workers over there know what they're doing and others do not. Make it consistent. read more

By far the angriest staff ive ever encountered. The girl that "helped me" literally a said what do you want and I was caught of guard because I did nothing to trigger her. Gave me a half a scoop of chicken, i asked if she could give me a full scoop and charged me for double chicken. $15 for a half scoop of chicken, rice, and queso. Never coming here again. Should have just went to trust old chipotle down the street. Judging by other reviews this seems to be a normal problem. Would give it a one but people wouldnt value my review. read more

This location usually has fresh food and a clean store. Sometimes the employees have a little attitude, but it's fast food and they don't really get paid enough. I've always been a big fan of Qdoba, hey really have THE BEST queso in my humble opinion ( better than chipotle to be sure), and I never stray from the three cheese nachos. Luckily, queso is pretty low carb so I can indulge while on the keto diet. Sometimes, I will order the child size if I'm not super hungry and just eat it with a spoon. Either chicken or ground beef are my go to options and I'll always add bacon to that. Pico, shredded cheese, lettuce, and jalapenos will round out the meal for me. You can play around with the meals there and it's highly unlikely you'll make a bad choice. read more

Excellent! We placed a catering order for an employee lunch (90 people), and it was a success! It was prepared and delivered by the Northville QDoba location. Kelly arrived with the food early and helped with set up. She was very friendly and helpful. Everything was labeled, which I really appreciate. I had confirmed the order over the phone with Michelle, who was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was great. We will be ordering from QDoba again. Five stars! read more

Had been for a dinner during a weekday... the place was almost empty but dirty ... most of the tables weren't clean at after being used by other customers... the staff wasn't friendly at all... coz we were vegetarian so we were very specific of it having any meat in our rice bowls... even tho we repeatedly asked Wch of the sauces contained meat she hardly bothered to reply... she was having a big sulkily face during the whole time we ordered... not happy wit the service at all... and one more thing everything was ice cold like all the veggies don't know if tat how it should be... nice to just carry out if we don't have any other options but not a place to sit and relax and have a meal... read more

On September 26th, a sign said "Internet orders only, no in person orders". Unfortunately they have gone back to policies of solving staffing problems by chasing away many customers with inconvenient ordering methods. I got in my car and drove to Taco Bell as fast as I could. read more

I was in line then I saw the cashier cough into his hand then grab someone's burrito to put into the bag so I left immediately

I've been coming here for about 2 years love all the workers and best qdoba food around. And very efficient.

My fiancé and I tend to eat here more than we care to admit but for good reason. The food always tastes fresh and the queso is delicious!the only downside is the level of consistency in the portions. Sometimes I feel like either get very little food or way too much of it. A middle ground would sure be appreciated. read more

The food I received here was very good. Was staying in the area for a year and this was my go to for good cheap food. The staff was so, so. Move to Southfield and went to the Bingham Farms location and the staff were a 10, but the food was so bland, horrible. My hat is off to the staff at the Bingham Farms location they were so warm and welcoming, but they need to work on the food. Northville staff need to take a lessons in attitude adjustments and share their recipes with Bingham Farms. Put them together would be a great combination. read more

Filthy, filthy, filthy. I walked in, stood in line for wayy too long, long enough to notice the dustbunnies and other atrocities and walk out hungry. Actually, more like hangry. First things first, the wait time. Ohmyjeez. The three people working (and I use that term lightly) couldn't give a single you-know-what about anything. A total of 4 people were in front of me and honestly, we stood around for 20 minutes before it was even our turn. At least I was able to take a good, hard look around - which probably saved us from stomach issues later on. Guacamole and bean goop was splashed all over the back wall above the bin, meats and sauces are all mixed, the prep area is disgusting, and if I look up - the light fixtures above the prep area have layers of grime and dust waiting to flurry into my food. The 'dining' room doesn't have a single clean table, the floors are tacky.. I don't even know what to say. Except that I can't wait for Chipotle to open a mile down the road this spring. Adios, Qdoba - til we never meet again. read more

I've worked in restaurants for almost 10 years and I have my bachelors degree in hospitality management. This being said I'm usually very laid back and understanding when people are in a bad mood or having a bad day. When I go to Qdoba I know the quality of food is generally the same at every location, so that's not the issue. I've gone to this location maybe 5 times and every time I've received rude and impersonal service. Employees will be having side conversations about wanting to leave work and complaining about fellow employees. I think it would be a good idea for the Qdoba chain to monitor this location and consider retraining some of the staff. Fortunately a second location has opened in Novi, only a few miles away. The service is up to par and the food quality is consistent with Qdoba standards. It's worth the extra 5 minute drive to receive better service. read more

I thought we'd give it another chance, because we were hungry, in a hurry, and it was exactly on the way. That was my worst mistake of the day, we should have gone hungry. I've eaten at a lot of Qdobas around the country. I haven't reviewed all that many, as they are generally simple places to get easy food. A few miles away is another Qdoba that we've always had a decent meal at. But this, this is the worst Qdoba I've ever seen. It's incredibly slow, and filthy. How many flies are okay? Two, three, four? I stopped counting. How much trash on the floor is acceptable? It's like every table dropped food and napkins, and nobody has ever swept. Probably because the trash cans were overflowing, so why try to gather the floor garbage. How long does it take to just roll up a burrito? Longer than it takes to ring up two orders? Yeah, that long. The employees seem to have been coma patients that were almost awake. How much lime is supposed to be in the rice? Enough to make my mouth burn? Eating the rice was like eating sour candy. If you complain to corporate, the District Manager does a great job of not calling back. How sick should all four of us be after leaving there? I thought the answer was "not sick", how wrong was I? Frankly, I should call the county health inspector. read more

Went to QDOBA on Haggerty in Northville and had just a bad experience with customer service. It seemed like maybe new people, but I was shocked in the minuscule amount of meat they put on the bowl and when brought up to the cashier, who seemed to be a manager, she didn't even acknowledge it and just said it'll be more for extra. She was rude and no sense of hospitality!! I won't go there again. read more

Love this place! Visited many times and never had any issues. Quick service and good food. They send out coupons for BOGO sometimes too.

Yes, its a quick service place that is meant to be inexpensive and fast. It's not cheap food, but yes, it is on the quicker side of things. Stopped in to grab dinner for hubby on the way home from a hair appointment. It was just after 8PM. The staff was RUDE. Talking so fast I couldnt understand what exactly they were saying to me, so I had to ask them "what?" about 3 times. They just slop down the fixins on your tacos. Half the meat didn't even end up on the tortilla, it was just rolled in the foil they wrap the tortilla in. I asked for cheese and lettuce only on the tacos and she barely put any cheese on. I asked for more and she put just a sprinkle more. I gave up. I was wondering if perhaps I had come in close to closing time and they were annoyed? That was not it - they are open until 11 during the summer. Maybe just disgruntled in general. I could live with that. Who doesn't have a bad day? What I couldn't live with was after making my tacos, the woman who was in charge of "slopping the meat" then stepped off the line and started talking about another employee who refused to change his gloves after he sneezed into them. Loudy. With a line full of paying customers. Guess sloppy, snotty tacos are their specialty! I will not return to this location. read more

Man, honestly they need a new staff. Rude, don't give you what you ask for, not engaged. Customer service a -5. I wanted 0 stars!

We ordered using their catering service. Patrick was punctual and did a nice job getting it all set up for us which was so convenient. After he left, we realized an item was missing. I called and he ran the item back over quickly and went above and beyond to make the situation even better than expected. Great service! And of course delicious. :) read more

What happened to the basics of customer service? One of three staff members working the line was able to speak politely. The second one didn't say a word when my food was passed down the line for him to add the toppings, and the cashier gave an attitude when we were checking out. I am a huge fan of Qdoba, but won't be returning to this location. read more

I don't usually review the chain restaurants but just wanted to give a shoutout to this particular location. In my experience, this place has been miles ahead over other qdoba/chipotle restaurants. Particularly the employees that I see there regularly are great. Mostly the black chick with some dyed hair?, white skinny blonde chick, and buff black guy. All you guys make my work lunch great. Keep at it. read more

I don't know if it is this location or Qdoba in general. I've noticed I've been eating a lot of chipotle lately so I decided to switch it up and try Qdoba again. I was very disappointed. The service was very sub par and the food was cold and not that good. The burrito wrap didn't rate all that fresh and the wait staff had an attitude when I asked for them to repeat themselves since I couldn't hear them. I will not be coming back here. If I need a burrito I'll go down the road a few miles to chipotle or pancheros and if I'm just hungry and in the area I'll stop by five guys right next door. read more
