This Taco Bell Gets It Right. This has become my go-to Taco Bell location because the quality and service are consistently top-tier. While other locations can be hit-or-miss, this one always meets and exceeds the Taco Bell standard. Second visit. Nothing "negative" I guess but there was only two people working (one worker taking orders and filling drinks and the other prepping all of the food. When I say all, I mean it ALL). This was at almost 8 at night at peak Taco Bell time for a snack! I don't blame the workers, I blame the management who decided two workers (in plain site at least) is enough for the staff schedule at a 8pm night on a Saturday. I mean?? That by itself made my experience slower than I would expect but I can't blame the workers. The food still tasted fresh but who knows, maybe I was just hungry. 2.5 stars because of the employees and hot tasting food read more

The customer service here is so friendly and kind and the quality of the food is also great! I know many of these reviews saw otherwise but I've casted quite often recently and it's always a great experience! read more

Might as well just give them your credit card and say give me what you think I want. Food is never right. It's always cold and then when you tell them something is wrong they will say "and what you want me to do about dat" place is a joke read more

This is best Taco Bell in the area - the food is always saucy and HOT, making it feel fresh even if it is fast food. Drive through is always quick, although I do miss being able to actually order in person instead of a kiosk. read more

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, not one employee was willing to take my order. Left, got in my car and waited 20 minutes without seeing the line move once. Gave up and went next door to MacDonalds. read more

Horrible customer service and absolutely rude. The plus sized lady working there refused no make us food because she didn't feel like making it by herself. It wasn't a big order and she was just being rude and lazy. It was extremely obvious read more

Terrible experience everytime I have the displeasure of going to this establishment. Every few months I am reminded that this location is not going to improve. They are fully staffed but everyone is sitting around socializing. read more

The food at this Taco Bell is average and I've been going here for at least 3 years now and 4/5 times they would always forget 2-3 things in my order. And the service is terrible the robot for the drive through always puts the wrong thing in my order and a human always had to come on. And the inside is always dirty and gross and the bathrooms are gross. read more

Took forever and I just wanted a crunch wrap and nacho fries it took like 27 minutes just in the drive through

This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell. I order food from here because it is on my way after workout at Lifetime fitness. I normally order Veg Mexican Pizza and Black Bean Burrito. During various orders the burrito has very little Black Bean, so it feels like you are eating flour tortilla. So recently I ordered 2 Black Bean Burrito with extra beans thru the drive thru. Extra beans were not there in the burrito and when I called the store, no one picked up. After few days, I went to the store to order my regular menu and told the manager that I was not provided extra beans last time. I also provided them the receipt number but the manager refused to give extra beans. I talked to the Manager and he was rude refusing to give extra beans (cost $0.60). No understanding of customer service, dirty restaurant. The Salso are not there at their place because they don't refill. Don't eat at this Taco Bell. I hope the owner read this review because I am going to give the worst review on Taco Bell website. read more

This is the slowest drive-thru Taco Bell I have ever been to and you get trapped in the line between cars. It's gone down in the last year or more. Must have different ownership than before that read more

It is a Saturday evening in mid February as I pull into the drive thru and four vehicles are ahead of me. Thankfully it was only 6:00pm just at the apex of the dinner rush. Five minutes go by, then ten and I move up one car length. Then another ten minutes go by, and I move up one car length. Finally I move up to the menu window and I announce my order, after an AI scripted voice doesn't acknowledge anything I just spoke aloud. So I repeat my order... and no response. I yell "HELLO" at the screen and nothing. As I move to the payment window I see the other car in front of me just leave. As I peer into the restaurant no one is at the station. I pull up and look into the front dinning room, no customers and no employees. After pulling along side the parking, I walk to the door and of course it was locked. Obviously the manager was not available for comment and this was a waste of time read more

The night shift for this Taco Bell is absolutely horrible it took 1 hour just to get a online order and when we got to the pickup window it took them 10 more minutes just to give us the food and on the inside there was only one person doing what they where supposed to this is unacceptable when your supposed to be serving people and defeats the point of "Fast Food" read more

So slow at taking orders and handing them out, was in the drive thru line for 40 minutes waiting for one item.

Waited half an hour with a crowd of people. This isn't fast food. The rice is crunchy like it's always open to the air. The guy that took my order mumbles and has no manners. What a terrible experience. Go someplace else to eat. read more

Ambiance was top notch. Total vip level I can't believe how Ambiance was top notch. Total vip level I can't believe how

Alright Taco Bell. Cmon now. I used to work at Taco Bell and I know damn well it doesn't take 15 minutes for someone to have the decency to reply that the store is open at the speaker box. We waited in silence after they greeted us for so long. We even asked multiple times if anyone was there and got met with no response. When they finally answered us they were out of Baja blast entirely. Seriously?! You guys need to be on top of that! Keep it stocked for christs sake that's the only fucking reason I wanted to go to this god forsaken Taco Bell in the first place. They also had no mild sauce which is just the cherry on top of an already shitty cake. People complain about Taco Bell being so slow. It's probably because they take so long serving the first customer in line that they end up wrapped around the building!!! The food on the other hand. The WORST!!! A dry as hell chulupa shell with some under seasoned, cold, soggy nacho fries. Thanks for nothing Taco Bell. You're employees are rude and snippy too. Workin hard or hardly workin? HARDLY WORKING. FIRE THEM!!! The place looks like it would be a good Taco Bell too which is the biggest lie I've ever seen. Honestly just tear it all down and start over. Worst Taco Bell experience ever. read more

Taco Bell - Chulupa supreme and nacho fries - Fast Food Near Me - Novi, Michigan

Been waiting for about 30 minutes, still haven't ordered my food. Three cars were ahead of me

Maaan I order a crunch wrap SUPREME. IT AINT GOT NO MEAT ON IT. I don't recommend this place

Placed a mobile order and came here. The first thing the employee said to me when I pulled up to the speaker was "Sorry, we are out of quesadillas, etc." and named multiple other menu items. I told her I placed a mobile order and one of my menu items was a quesadilla. I figured she would offer me the option to switch for another item since I had already paid, but she just said to pull around. Pulled around and got my order after 5 or so minutes, which I noticed did contain a quesadilla, still hot, must've been made within the last 2 minutes. Y'all are just lying to people when you don't feel like making certain things? read more

I'm writing this review while I'm in the drive thru lane. Been waiting 40 minutes (that's not an exaggeration) to order and I already paid through the app. While watching several cars leave I couldn't because I already paid. So I decided to leave the drive thru line since I've been waiting for so long and go inside. I left the line to go inside and found out they're not even open in the lobby. So now I have to go back in the drive thru line to wait an additional 30 minutes. Pretty much been here for an hour total so far. read more

Hands down worst Taco Bell ever. Line took forever. Told us they were out of refried beans. Then received order with the same beans they said they were out of?? All the food was stone cold except one taco, immediately upon leaving the drive through. And everything was completely slopped together. The tacos weren't even folded. At least the employee taking our order was friendly. Astonishing how a franchise can get away with this poor experience. read more

ZERO STARS. Slower than continental drift. The only Taco Bell location worse than this one is the one on 8 mile in Livonia. Staff has bad attitude. They've gotten my order wrong the past three times. Totally ridiculous. Never going here again. read more

Found a living ant crawling around in my chicken taco after I had already eaten one. Alerted the staff and they offered to make me another one The staff seemed very unconcerned about this. Make sure to go to the McDonald's next door and get something to eat and drink before you go to the drive thru because chances are, you'll starve before you can get to the ordering station. These people take longer than the Titan submarine rescue team to even get your order down. Don't understand how you can have a Taco Bell in such a high traffic area and have it go downhill (especially almost 2 years after Covid). I really hope they get their shit together because the Taco Bell on 8 and Farmington is even WORSE and now I'm gonna have to drive at least 5 extra miles to get a Crunchwrap. read more

Don't go. At least not late. These people don't care and you can taste it in the food. Unpleasant experience every single time

I wish I could give 0 stars. I work nights and was trying to get food on break. I arrived with 6 cars ahead of me and each one was taking forever. After 25 minutes with a line reaching onto Haggerty, there was only 1 car ahead of me. The guy says hello 15 times and waited for 6 minutes with no response. This was at 12:50AM and they didn't close till 2AM. Not a single person in that line got food and instead of saying they are closed, they made every person in that line wait and did not care. This wasn't even the first time this has happened. Where are the managers? Where is the oversight? How do you not realize your employees are literally sitting inside, ignoring customers EVERY night and refusing to work. The one in Novi on Grand River also does this frequently. Every customer ended up next door at McDonald's. I hope you guys get shut down!(: read more

I was in the area and realized I hadn't had anything to eat on my way to Ann Arbor. As I traveled along Haggerty Road looking for a fast food restaurant, I spotted the Taco Bell. Since I hadn't been to an authentic Mexican restaurant in a couple of weeks, I thought it would be fitting to travel 'south of the border' and order up a couple burritos. While none of the staff seemed to have any hint of a Mexican accent, I still took the plunge and placed my order. One of the burritos had potatoes, reminiscent of the most delectable Swedish Potato Sausage I have had from Dearborn Sausage. I readily recognized the chunky potato bits as I ate the burrito and wondered to myself if this is a seasonal offering, or if perhaps it will become one of the standard menu items. We shall see. My memory fails me when I try to recall the name of the other burrito, but it was indeed flavorful and a delight to eat. As I had ordered one of the burritos as a meal deal, I also received tasty nacho chips to dine on. The dining room floor was a little messy, and the windows near the entrance could use some attention. Otherwise, the restaurant was not too bad. read more
