Came here to write about how this is the superior Mickey D's on DPA and I'm glad I did because most of the reviews are old and reflect poor experience. However, happy to see the more recent ones giving 5 stars. I wholeheartedly agree. Not only is it the nicer looking, cleaner franchise since the renovation, their drive thru is a great experience. The fries are always hot, their soft serve is always working and always deliciously creamy, and the employees are pleasant. Drive the few extra minutes to this one, it's worth it!! read more

Great friendly service...the best McDonald's around.Christina the manager is friendly and prompt!I appreciate her service.Remember,they were essential and working during the shut down.I came here after a terrible experience at the Oakdale location....with not one manager but 2.I was honored after my phone call to corporate (which the managers at the Oakdale location said did not exist..ya ok) with 2 value meals for free cards.Christina happily took my cards and the rest off the staff had my order out CORRECT in moments. Occasionally it's been a little on the sweeter side but now I know to tell them when ordering. The morning crew is usually always very sweet. This is the WORST mcds I've ever been to! I went through the drive thru and the girl on the speaker was rude. On top of that, she started charging me for sauces???? Like excuse me??? I had a big order and 4 kids with me to feed so I'm entitled to sauces? She then went on to tell me that because I was getting so many "I had to be charged" while this has never happened to me before? I asked for 2 of every sauce? I don't think that's unreasonable when I'm spending nearly 40$ with 4 kids to feed. I ordered a large order of fries and large coke. Get the fry, no coke. Lady walks away looking at the front of the store looking like she's taking an order. It's 1am, the line is me and the dining area is closed. I politely try to get her attention and proceeds to give me a nod only to ignore me. 4 mins later proceeds to pick up said drink (already made mind you), hands it to me and says "what did you need"? I came here late night, around 11:30, picking up a delivery for Uber. I waited OVER AN HOUR, in the drive thru. Let that sink in, over an hour.. I couldn't cancel my order, I couldn't go inside. When I got to the window I waited another 10 minutes FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS PLACED AN HOUR AGO, what am I even waiting for ?!?! This place always messes up the order, they try and pass making you a iced caramel macchiato by giving you regular iced coffee on the bottom with a little milk on top to you which isnt how its supposed to be made, and then when you ask for your money back, they look at you like you're the worst person. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's in all of Suffolk County... first you wait on drive thru line a minimum of 20 minutes, then get to the window and your order is either wrong or ice cold. My advice to the owner is get some competent employees or fix your business because it sucks. They served me raw chicken when I called to let the manager Darlene know she mocked me said I was like blah blah blah even after telling her I have health issues and salmonella poisoning would hospitalized me don't go here ever. I'm calling the health department I told her I have pics which I have posted on twitter and Facebook and she still insinuated I was lying then I told her I would come down there with it she told me no that would let other customers know what they did and they wouldn't eat there she isn't concerned that she just may have poisoned me only about her profits.
