I used to bring my family here all the time. The kids loved the PlayPlace. That was then. They rebuilt the restaurant from the ground up, for no other reason I can see except to get rid of the PlayPlace and make people not feel welcome. Now, they don't seem to want any contact with customers at all. It has all the atmosphere of a vending machine. They don't want you to come inside. I had to walk behind the counter, flag someone down to come take my order, the employee helping me did not know how to open the register, Management told him to figure it out. come on, that is ridiculous. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've been to. Literally, they get the order wrong every time. They always short you b food that you ordered and paid for. I can't count the number of times this has happened to me and my family from this particular location. Then you call and they're like, you can drive all the way back down here and we'll give you your nuggets or whatever they missed, causing your food to be cold and unenjoyable. This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!! Save yourself from getting ripped off (missing food every order that you paid for), and go to Freddy's, the Garage, damn, even Burger King gets the order right. Food was good. That's the good that I can report about this restaurant. First off, if I'm going to be pushed to order my own food on a kiosk please bring the food out to me which is supposed to be the deal. Don't leave it cooling on the counter. Put ice in the machine in the dining room for drinks. Don't ignore your customers standing at the counter. Finally, I think the days of dining rooms in fast food are over. If you're not going to clean the tables, stock napkins and other stuff, then why even use it. The drive through is obviously where your focus is. I would like to let everyone know about this young name Alora super sweet and seems very quiet during a recent visit i observe this young lady during a dinner rush, never stopped working and going from preparing fries and taking orders and sacking orders never stopping at one time to just stand helping get orders sacked for drive through and lobby I am very impressed any more you dont see this happening usually its a lot of standing around talking or ignoring the customers. This review is not isolated to this location; all stores are subject to findings based on my recent experience. It's post COVID, so expectations of customer service begin at 0. If I get a please or thank you, the business gets at least two stars. Today reviews are based on the product. I left work without eating for the day. I had a bag of candy in my backpack, but opted for McDonalds because Chick Fil A was closed for remodeling. The menu was shocking, as I have never paid more than $6 for a gut bomb. Today I would "splurge" for the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich because I thought it was larger and included fries and a drink for $9+. Nope. If I wanted fries it was two more dollars. Screw the drink as I had bottled water in the car. Then I ordered a quarter pounder; not the double to keep it slightly under $10. Again, two more bucks for large fries. "Pay at the next window", said the voice. I handed the card to the robot at the window who never glanced at me. A receipt for $23 something and returned card appeared from a hand poking through the window seconds later. I was so hungry I didn't care how much it was. Fifteen + minutes later a very nice man brought me a bag of food and a smile! My gratitude lasted until looked in the bag and found a large box containing a regular sized ember-colored glossy bun holding a small thinly-sliced piece of tomato, shreds of lettuce, a pickle, and a schmear of some condiment. On top of my deluxe items stood a thinly breaded flat paddy I could only assume covered some cooked chicken. I was so hungry I folded the $9 deluxe spicy chicken sandwich in half, took two bites and it was gone. The box held nothing else and I was still starving. The taste did not resonate as good or bad. As I was driving I dipped into the fries, which I've always know to satisfy any appetite. They were cold and bland. I finished the first box in two miles before dipping into the second (my husband's), which were over salted. I reached home and destroyed the 2nd box of eaten fries evidence, and threw the bag at my husband who thanked me until he finished the $10 burger, noting how I skimped on his burger until I told him the price I paid. (Don't care if that was a run on sentence.) The McDonalds business model has changed...for the worse. I remember before COVID the items I ordered were not necessarily nutritious, but were highly satisfying. In hindsight, I should have eaten candy to stave the hunger. Someone tell me how McDonalds is still in business? Who in the hell can afford to put this junk in their body? I visited this McDonalds at 11:00 pm on a Wednesday night ( i know don't judge me) with my baby moms. We ordered 2 mcChickens with big mac sauce, a large and medium fry, and a six piece nugget with barbecue sauce. We should have checked before we left, because we were NOT happy to find what was in the bag, and our two children were devastated :( :( :( There were no napkins, the fries were old and barely warm, the nuggets where old and crunchy, the was no mac sauce on the two mcChickens, and they gave us BUFFALO SAUCE! Only giving the second star for the customer service. The cashier I had tonight was a really nice guy. Probably 30s, longer hair, glasses. I didn't catch his name but he made the whole experience somewhat okay. Sadly, the food was NOT worth it at all tho. They didn't give me my drink, and the line was too long and slow to make it worth going back through. Then, my fries were cold as fuck. I literally live right down the street so there's no way they could've gotten that cold and mushy during a two minute drive. The food is the same as always. You either like it or you don't. This location's food is the same as all the others as near as I can tell. I'm giving them one star to reflect my cumulative frustration, over the last several visits, with service at this particular location. They do not want you to come inside and order. They only want drive-through orders. If you go inside and try to order, they will completely ignore you for as long as you stand at the register until you go away (which I have done) or use the kiosk. They will studiously stand with their backs to you, even if they have nothing else to do. I finally got so frustrated, I walked behind the counter. McDonalds is really looking after us with their new promotion: Weightwatchers Special!!!! You only get half your order! And the half you get only has half the ingredients!!!! First, they really saved us some calories by not having Ice Cream.... They NEVER have ice cream. Ice cream lovers can definitely save the calories here. When the helpful, attentive server at the drive thru window gave us our order with the large fries on top, it was brimming over. Yes, I was about to overeat. Tons of calories in those fries, not to mention the rest of our order. The waiter, ever solicitous of our health, realized how awful this might be. He asked for our bag and receipt back, saving face for us and bravely accepting responsibility for our health. The bag came back with my Crispy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich on top. He waived us on, trying to keep me from the massive calories of my Mocha Frappe', but I realized his ruse, slammed on the brakes and backed up adroitly missing the car behind me and forced the server to give me the Frappe', such was my lust for food. But I need not have feared. He had anticipated our gluttony. When we pulled the Crispy Chicken Deluxe off the top, we found the box was nestled into the Large Fries container that he had thoughtful removed most of the fries from. This not only saved us from those extra calories, but also likely helped save a tree. The order would have needed an extra bag if he hadn't made the fries and sandwich occupy the same space at the same time. Of course if he had taken this to its logical conclusion, we might have not needed even one bag. But at his pay, you can't expect him to think of everything. He did however thoughtfully remove the other order of fries completely. So, there is that in his favor. He really helped us a lot. Our Apple Pie was nowhere to be seen. The calory savings there was immense! Perhaps even better, he managed to really help out with the Bacon McDouble. Bacon can be a real diet buster. So, no bacon here!! And I swear, though I can't prove it, that he had taken a single patty and sliced it sideways through the middle, making it LOOK like two!! Wow! The illusion of two patties, helping us THINK we had gotten some food. Amazingly there was yet another helpful illusion. You know how calorific Coke is: Virtually liquid sugar. But the sugar is all in the syrup. Soda water has no sugar. So, there was JUST enough syrup to color the water brown. Except for the complete lack of taste, we would have NEVER KNOWN, there were no calories there. However, I must fault him on the veggies. Those CAN be healthy. But in his haste to remove calories, he inadvertently took away all the vegetable matter from the Bacon McDouble. The Big Mac and Crispy Chicken Deluxe were sadly almost intact. So, we still may have gotten more calories than are good. But McDonalds is really making an effort to help us stay healthy! Even better, the cost was literally only slightly more than if we had eaten at the nearby Chinese Buffet. And THEY hate their customers so much that they actually leave food just sitting around to be eaten. If I had wanted food, I wouldn't have gone to a restaurant!! They should advertise our local McDonalds as a health club. We appreciated their assistance in our diet so much that we attempted to call and thank them. But, despite many, many attempts no one answered. They are probably tired of all the "Thank You" calls and just wanted to be left alone. read more

Typically a pretty good McDonalds for the most part. Came in this morning ordered two thing for me and two for my daughter. They gave me two things at the window and it took another 10mins for my other two items to come out. Each came out separately every 5 mins. After 10mins realize the worker at the front window did not get my daughter's sand which ordered and these people had the nerve to still charge me for it even though they were in the wrong!!
